Reasons For Upgrading: Tsubasa took in the orb from the Core and grew stronger and more stable with his powers from it. Gaining new features and strengths from the sword itself, the core has provided him much and granted him much wisdom.

What Are You Upgrading: Upgrading the tier from 0-2++ to 0-1- and maybe a GM in general speed with his new speed becoming more evident, up to you if not I'm cool with what was given thanks.

Since I gave clearance for the 0-1- rank, I'll go ahead and approve it. The reason I decided to go with this decision is because I feel Tsubasa as a pillar-type Shinigami, actively engaged the community, has great change in his position and is otherwise a front-liner for the race. So I feel he has earned it a bit. I'll move this into approved upgrades.
