The Coming of Change Empty The Coming of Change

Sun May 31, 2015 1:07 am
The sun was high as Azure Iramasha made his way forward through the streets of Karakura City, more specifically the central area of the city. Azure was on a mission, not one that were to have an end or even a beginning really, but a mission to create a statement for all those around the world to hear. Whether you were enemy or friend, Azure hoped that those who were listening would heed his words carefully. Stepping from left to right, the male spent his time thoughtfully as he moved throughout the streets, preparing himself for what it was that was set before him. The Vanguard were in a small predicament when it came to the world's current status. That is, what was currently happening. The streets of Karakura were bustling as always, the hot summer heat was taking a toll on everyone that lived in the City. Not only were the people around Azure wearing shorts, tank tops, sun dressed and everything in between that, Azure himself could be caught in a muscle shirt and a pair cargo shorts. Not normally what he'd wear, especially for such an occasion but he couldn't bear to survive in this heat wearing a suit or proper attire. Despite the look of an unprofessional brat, Azure was quite the opposite today He had a stern look of determination on his face, his body rushing with adrenaline as he continued to think of what he'd tell the world.

Shadowfall, an organization hell bent on causing issues for the masses that gathered on earth, controlled a large amount of its territories. This was a problem in both Azure's eyes and that of the Vanguard's as a whole. The world did not belong to the mass amount of spiritual beings that so dreadfully ruled it day in and day out, the world belonged to those who protect it and are born from it. Those willing to lay their life on the line to protect those that call this planet earth home are the one's who will be the victors. Eventually. It's never instant and will always take work, work that people may be scared to give. For Azure though, this was not work. He was here to help those that needed help, the people that wanted to feel safe at home where they were without needing to worry about massive battles occurring at any given moment. They didn't deserve that, no one did.

As he thought to himself, Azure continued to make his way to Sukai Karakura, the area which held the main headquarters of the Vanguard. It was a simple trip from the middle of the city over to the area, the guards enlisted by the Vanguard looked over the area itself and that of Karakura as a whole. Today, they were on high alert due to the world wide broadcast that would soon be going out to the entire world. Without knowing it, the world was in store for quite the speech, a speech that would ring true for years to come. Until the said speech was made, there was a room specifically tailored for both Azure and a handful of people watching the cameras and making sure their signal was not being blocked. Despite what many people would believe, this room was not located in the hidden base of the Vanguard. No, in fact this room was located in a newly erected building in Sukai Karakura specifically made and tailored for this very occasion. Of course it was unsafe and detrimental to both the people of Karakura and the Vanguard if it was held in their base. A complex trace could give away what they held close and dear, that was an issue that they had to look out for with where they had planned on broadcasting to.

Stepping carefully up the steps leading to the newly created building, Azure smiled and put on hi s game face. He was needed, the Vanguard was needed, and those willing to do their part would be needed. Through a series of doors, the clicking and clacking of keyboards and camera equipment could be heard. The feverish typing sounded around the room as Azure busted through the camera room's door, a slightly bang occurring as he did so. "Yo." Not only was he nonchalant, he seemed to want to get a rise out of those around him. Someone needed to lighten up the mood before they all went insane. Glares and sighs were all the male got as he climbed his way to the stage centered behind three different cameras. These cameras were angled so that one focused on his face while the other two were showing the side profiles of Azure's limber body. Adjusting his shirt, Azure looked to those behind the camera. Friends, colleagues, people he didn't even know were here to make sure that this plan worked out. Azure wasn't alone, and that was what needed to be shown in this broadcast. Letting out a slight cough, Azure watched a the fingers of a male behind the center camera counted down. Three... Two... One... As though an eternity had passed in those three slow seconds, Azure looked directly into the center camera's lens and let a smile smirk slide across his face.

"Eyyo World, it's Azure here. Azure Iramasha to be exact. Some of you out there may or may not know me, but I'm here to inform you of some very exciting and good things in store the people of earth!" Point to the top right of his body, Azure redirected the left camera to what was a map of what used to be known as the European Union. "This right here used to be known as the European Union. The U.K., London, Spain, Germany and many other countries can be found here. Most of the countries have a past that have yet to be forgotten by those that live here on Earth, that being you. Currently, a large mass of these countries are known to be under the control of Shadowfall, along with many other territories here on earth. As the leader of The Vanguard, a organization based off the idea of helping those who were born and raised here on earth. You, as a person, are the reason the Vanguard was first created by Genpaku, a man of both great power and influence. Despite his retirement and the quiet halls of the Vanguard as of late, we are definitely here and willing to see what has happened. With that being said, I, Azure Iramasha, as the current Leader of the Vanguard, am here by stating that our number one mission as an organization is to give the people of Earth their world, to protect and serve those of you needing it. We are here to help, we will help until asked to leave. We will do everything in our power as a group to make sure the population of earth is once again reunited with the world that was once theirs."

Giving a nod, Azure lifted his right arm to his heart and sternly looked into the center camera as the left camera once again focused on his side. "A call to arms, my friends. We will make sure that Shadowfall does not control the world, we will decide who will live here on this earth and we WILL make sure that any enemy of the earth will be punished. This is not their earth, it is OUR earth. United, we can protect and take care of those around us. We need YOU. I NEED you, without your help we cannot take back what was rightfully yours. I promise, Azure Iramasha, that we will do everything in our power to win this war that has been waged for so long. The end is near, we WILL WIN." With a vibrant yell, Azure let out a small sigh and smiled at the camera, letting a small wave escape from his once held high hand.

"As always Earth, stay classy. We'll be back eventually, until then stay safe. Vanguard Out!"

The cheers around Azure seemed to echo through his ears as he leaned against the wall behind him. The cameras had turned off, the broadcast could be seen worldwide, even in areas where Shadowfall had entire control. It seemed that everything went according to plan, it SEEMED like everything would end up fine. As the cameras were faced towards the floor, Azure shifted his weight forward to a standing position once more. Taking a few steps forward Azure made his way out of the control room's main area and out into the hallway. There wasn't much of a reason to stay in the building anymore.

The sun was now shrouded by the dark grey clouds of a rainy afternoon. That's a nice touch to the end of a rough day, the smell of nice rain and the cool air that followed. Standing beneath a small umbrella, Azure let out a small sigh and watched the world around him. This was his world, the world he wished to only help. A simple smile could make everyone's day wonderful, so through all the bad...

Why not smile?

Like any other day when moving through the hustle and bustle of Karakura, the streets were alive, crowded and ever flowing. The city's people functioned like one giant organism to the young Iramasha. Her jet black hair flowing behind her as she moved quickly through the busy streets. People passing her by didn't seem to even notice the graceful woman. A thick leather book in her hand as she had it open, in front of her face as she walked. Her destination wasn't too far away, thankfully. Thus getting in to record the speech to show to Moroi seemed like a wonderful idea. Possibly something to get the spark back in the child-king's eyes.

A snicker danced from the woman's lips as she moved the book to peak upwards. It had been a while since construction on the building had begun and the sight of it caused a grin to dance over the woman's lips. To think the blue prints were so easy to find by them being sent via e-mail to the contractors. The woman gazed upon her book once more as the text within it shifted to exposing detailed images of the building infrastructure and base design. There weren't many design flaws for her to see but it didn't phase her. She just wanted to know, after all;

"Knowledge is Power and Power is Everything." The words danced from her lips with ease, not a souls seeming to care for her as she stood on the sidewalk and admired the building from afar. However, reality struck back into the girl's mind as she remembered she had attend the speech to get it written down. She made her way into the forming crowd and quickly found herself a seat. As her eyes looked about, she came upon a frayed looking young man who made his way tot he podium. Staring, Amayah couldn't help but suspect such to be a trick or a joke. Surely security would dispose of such a kid. However, it wasn't the case in the slightest. He made his way up to the podium and began his speech.

The young woman was astonished. Slowly she began writing into her book, not saying a thing or looking as the words were placed onto open and blank pages, gathering the information of all that was said in the speech to bring up to Moroi if need be. However, she was taken back by the amount of passion behind the young man's words. Her eyes watching intently with their golden hue. The more he spoke, the more she wrote and the more she began to shake her head at herself for being the fool to judge a book by its cover.

It was all impressive to say the least and the speech seemed to go on without a single problem. The woman only smiled as she came to a stand and clapped at the end, enjoying the cheers of others around her. Her eyes taking in the details of people so to pass onto her book soon enough through a simple channel. Her figure sat back down and allowed the crowds to disperse. It didn't phase her to be sitting in a slowly emptying lot. What did bother her, however, was the rolling in rain. The woman panicked, having forgotten to bring an umbrella with her, she quickly made her way over to building rather frantically, using the front archway as shelter from the rain for now. A sigh leaving her lips as she shook her head. Her eyes looking down at her book which had gotten slightly wet and thus caused her to pout.

"Goodness... I hope this isn't a bad thing."

"It's not too hard to ask a question, Miss." Azure smiled without recognizing the woman's position, but still adhering to the words she spoke. The rain became steady now as the building as pelted with water, but despite the rain Azure seemed to stay entirely dry. It was a gift, really. People on the outside would never notice it, but Azure was constantly sending a wave of vibration around his body in order to deflect the tiny, repetitive droplets of water from reaching his skin. The same could be done for the woman he didn't know how to open her mouth loud enough. It was fine though, Azure wouldn't mind going out of his way for another Iramasha, despite her not knowing he knew (most likely). Stepping away from the center lot of the building, Azure made his way to a small archway that wrapped around the very front of the building, nearly connected to it's cement walls. She wasn't too obscure, most people would look at her and smile, as Azure always seemed to do with those he'd meet.

"I'm sure you've already gotten the information, but my name's Azure. It's a pleasure." Sticking his left hand into his pocket, he tilted his small umbrella behind him only slightly to deflect anymore rain that may come their way. The woman had what seemed to be a dark brown, if not entirely black locks that reached just below the arch of her shoulders. With a book in one arm, she had what seemed to be a skin tight, white shirt being pressed even tighter against her body by what seemed to be a corset. But, despite Azure's extensive knowledge in female fashion, he couldn't tell the difference between most sets of clothing. Her lower half consisted of white pants that also seemed to be contrasted with black thigh highs, possibly showing that she had shorts on. As Azure thought, no one should ever ask him what he thought, he'd be entirely wrong on most occasions. He remembered noticing her in the camera room before he made his departure in the hectic celebration that those around him had started to conjure. It's a good thing she decided to come outside instead of staying inside on her own, being alone isn't entirely fun he thought.

Turning to his left only slightly, his unkempt pink hair flowed with the motions of his body, the air around them swaying his clothing only slightly. It was nice to have another soul around, instead of being some boss that had to always be on his toes. Letting out a small sigh, he glanced over at the women. "I see that you were writing in the middle of my speech, yet I haven't seen you around much. I take it maybe I peeked your interest? I didn't plan on making anyone applaud my words, let alone say they were good. I just wanted to state what I thought would be good for the world." He tilted his body slightly to the left, leaning against the heel of his left shoe as the rain continued to pelt the building around them. It was a bland and gray day now, something Azure always seemed to notice whenever something decently important happened. Was the world telling them something? He hoped he made a good decision, hopefully the words that he spoke on that day weren't in vain.

"A question?" Amayah asked as she heard someone approach. Her gaze shifting upwards to look upon the individual only to notice it was the young man which just gaze the speak not too long prior. Her golden eyes looking over his being one more, examining him slightly. Such was brief and to the point of her search, however she wasn't going to make any comments which could cause any sort of disturbance or make the individual uncomfortable. After all, he did just plead to the entire planet. The man spoke once more, gaining a light nod from the young woman as she met his gaze. The contrast of his hair to his eyes was like that of cotton candy and caught the woman slightly off guard but she spoke none the less.

"I am Amayah. It's a pleasure to meet you. Quite the speech. Let's hope the world hears your pleas." She said softly as she watched the rain for a moment. It was like the calm before the storm. Though there was just steady amount of rain, it caused so many people to panic and move indoors rather quickly. The once hustling and bustling city streets were much quieter besides the occasional passing car. It wasn't shocking in the least but after such a speech, it was worrying. Her gaze soon fell upon the young man once more, taking in his rather lazied appearance. Bright bubble-gum pink, shaggy hair, seemingly cut unevenly caused a bit of questioning to remain in the woman's head but none the less, it didn't last long. Acceptance was the easiest way to keep a balance.

"I was writing during, yes. I have a tendency to keep record of major events or things of importance. So I wrote down your entire speech. After all, I believe my boss would greatly appreciate such a thing. Hopefully it lights a fire back into his eyes." The woman sighed lightly ans let her fingertips slide through her hair before giving the man a light smile.

"Though you didn't ask for praise, you got it. Welcome to attempting to motivate for a good cause. You'll be cheered for but also targeted. It's how the balance of these things always remains."

"If only you weren't right, Miss Amayah." Azure let out a soft sigh as he pulled his left hand back out of his pocket once more. Rubbing the back of his head he gazed off into the dark gray sky. The world was soon going to turn on it's head, and Azure was the only one that could be blamed now. Shadowfall will inevitably take their time gaining allies, just as the Vanguard will. The Vizard Corps will begin to move, The Yayjuu, the Iramasha and maybe even the Shinigami. They will all soon be moving out in order to defend or attack on what seemed to be an unstoppable war. If only things could be different, Azure thought.

"What sucks the most is that despite what I say or do, someone will end up. People would continue to be attacked and killed and there's absolutely nothing I can do to stop it. It's as if without my consent, my words and actions are a detriment to those that live on this earth. I'm not a leader to cause problems for others, nor was I a member of the Iramasha council to watch my people take the pain that I cause." Azure was blatant and straight forward, without speaking of his personal experiences Azure could still state that what he has done throughout life caused issues for those around him. But, alas, that is what comes with the job apparently. Throughout the years of helping those around him he has also caused problems, it's something that Azure was all too familiar with.

"You're correct. I didn't ask for your praise, nor anyone else's praise. But, like every other leader in history, I'll be given the praise repeatedly due to what I have done. But, I'm not the only one that should be praised. There will be those that stand up and fight for what Earth stands for, along with those that promised to help the Vanguard and other organizations protect this world. Whether I was born on it or not, my leadership is just one of many. It won't change anything on it's own." Azure once again looked away from the women, the rain around them intensifying as the sound of water splashing against cold cement could be heard throughout the area. The world was a dangerous place filled with even more dangerous things. It seemed that this women didn't know anymore than he did.

"I appreciate you for writing down my entire speech. No one has done such a thing, nor would I ever expect anyone. So, again. Thank you." A slight pout crossed Azure's face as he blushed, his cheeks growing bright red as he pondered the fact that a single person would do such a thing for him.

"S-Sorry about that! I was a bit lost in thought." She said with a slight panic in her tone. Her head bowing towards the man who had previously had his hand out. Her worry for her book was rather natural after all. This was the first time at which it had ever gotten wet. She had never thought such would occur due to her always being so careful and thus she wasn't sure how it would react or if it would be damaged after a bit of water. A sigh leaving her lips as she heard his words and slowly looked up at the man, taking note on a few things he said, including his mentioning of the Iramasha Council. Visibly, her body relaxed. It struck a slight chord with the young devil. It had been years since she had interacted with another of her kind. After she was granted permission to interact with humans, she had no intentions of turning back but it seemed she didn't have to worry about such.

"The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Or at least that is what they say, huh? You mean well and it will eat at you that others are in pain and suffering. However, after such a strong speech... You'll find a way to make such things work. I believe so." She replied to the man. A light smile upon her lips as she rubbed the back of her head. She then took note of his thanking of her for her writing his speech. It was odd, to say the least. Even at work it was a bit harder to get a "Thank you" let alone from a complete stranger.

"N-No need to thank me for such a silly thing. I.. It's a bit of a habit. I like taking note of important times and events. For example, your speech. It's a call to the people of Earth. A plea for them to help you and themselves... I couldn't allow it to be said and then later mis-quoted by someone that could possibly not be an ally. I-I don't know.. Just seemed important." She felt a blush coming to her paled cheeks, which was shocking to the woman. Her eyes glancing away and out to the rain.

"I... Um... Would you be alright with me just staying here until the rain stops? I'll be sure to sty out of the rain for sure."

It was wonderful interacting with someone on such a personal level again, those around Azure never seemed to treat him like he was just a simple person. Do this, do that, can you help us, can you make sure this gets done. Time and time again Azure spent his time working and doing everything anyone would ask him, no seemed to be a word that he couldn't comprehend too well. "You're right, as usual it seems. Despite my actions I will try my best to come up with a solution that will help everyone. It's my job after all." Looking the woman down once more, Azure took know of her soft features, golden eyes that seemed to stare into the distance. She wasn't as tense as she was when it first arrived, that was good. Stepping out from the archway that she sat beneath, Azure looked out into the rain once more.

She was adorable to say the least, stammering and slipping over her words as she exclaimed that he didn't need to thank her. It was his decision, so why couldn't he say as he pleased? "Amayah, have you ever heard of the cute woman that said praise is almost never asked for but still received?" As a smirk danced along Azure's lips he kicked his right heel into the ground. The rain quickened as she exclaimed that she only wished to stay long enough to shelter her precious book from the rain. The pink haired Iramasha shifted his glance once more to the woman as a puzzled look crossed his face. "It's not neccesary to stay here alone, you know. It's just a little rain."

Azure stepped even farther into the quickened rain as the water droplets once again dispersed from his skin in an almost perfect oval of area crossing his skin. Dropping his umbrella to his side, Azure waved his left hand in the air once more as he spoke. "Here's an idea. Let's say you stand up and follow me on a little walk. I can go without the umbrella, unless you'd like for us to get rid of it in general. Either one will work for me, I'd prefer not to stick around here at least. You know, just gave a death defying speech and all. A walk sounds nice, no?" A sly smile formed on Azure's face, his azure blue eyes focused ever so slightly on the woman's figure.

"Y-You're right... I'm right? Hm... Thank you." she decided the best way to take his words were to just thank them before it struck on her what he said to describe her. 'Cute?' She thought for a moment, trying to understand his meaning behind such. it wasn't like the young woman to be complimented so much and in honesty, it was odd. She just kept a soft grip on her book as she looked upon the man, giving him a light smile. It was odd to converse with others like this, so casual rather than formal and under regulation. It was obvious she hadn't spent much time around usual and casual people. Her gaze falling upon the man as he stepped out into the rain and spoke once more.

"A walk? Well after such a predicament, most would wish to walk alone, let alone with a stranger they have only just met. Be it of the same kinship or not. However... I would enjoy a walk. I don't get out too often." A warm smile remaining on her paled lips as she came to a stand and walked towards the man. She walked over to him, taking hold of his umbrella and bringing it above her head to keep ehr dry. It was up to him if he wished to allow such or play a game of keep away.

"So... Where to?"

Azure smiled, the women was rather quiet when it came to his compliments, or rather his comments. She didn't seem to get this sort of treatment from many people, if at all. Despite what Azure thought, this wouldn't keep him from making sure she had at least a slightly good time. Tapping his toe in the rain the male watched as the female crept her way from the archway to where he stood. The rain was  a constant pelting of water. One after the next, the water droplets were an unending down pour on the two. This was Azure's favorite type of weather. It wasn't cold due to the summer heat bearing down on them, but accompanied by the cold rain washing down over Karakura the air felt like a cool breeze flowing through your very person. It was a type of feeling Azure could never explain to another person, you had to feel it he believed.

"There's no reason to let something like this destroy a lovely day. Sure, there's a pending war about to occur over all the Earth, but for today there isn't. Why let the future chaos disrupt your present time?" He let out a small smile as she arrived to where he stood. Slipping his arm out slightly he watched as she grabbed for the umbrella. Now, normally it was not Azure's nature to play someone so easily, but he did just say why let a day's activities ruin a happy moment, did he not? Tipping his hand to the side, Azure swung the Umbrella around her back and into his other hand. After doing so he tipped his imaginary hat to the women. That was enough playing. Opening the umbrella and handing her its handle, Azure turned towards Karakura City to direct their group to their newly found destination.

"We have all of Karakura to explore, why stick to one place? Where ever you wanna go, we'll go. Or, we can wander aimlessly. It's up to you darling." Azure smiled as he stepped out into the rain, letting a small drizzle wash down his hair. The feeling of the cold water was, once again, one of Azure's favorite things about living. Now, if only it could rain like this for eternity. A city of gray and a wind of ease. Life would be much easier if it was so... quiet.

The man spoke in such a way that almost made the Irimashan woman excited. A smile dancing over her lips as she walked alongside the man. He had a point on the situation. Just because it's raining does not mean that the day must come to an end. The rain was something which brought life along with the sun. Both were needed in an equalized formula to continue the cycle of life at which was known to all who inhabited the Earth. After a light sigh, the Irimashan woman of knowledge looked up at the sky before looking back at the man once more with a smile and an answer to his question.

"No worries on such at all. We can walk aimlessly and spontaneously like this rain appeared for us, if that's fine with you. A small chat to enjoy sounds lovely, to be honest. Not often I run into another of the Irimasha." She said with a logical delight. Her eyes looking up at the man as she tilted her head with a smile, letting her long onyx locks sway. The tips of them had been slightly we but it wasn't something which truly bothered her. Matter of fact, nothing about the rain really bothered the woman besides getting her book wet. Such a sacred item getting damaged at all would make the woman panic beyond belief. None the less, with the comfort of the umbrella over her, she had no true reason to go running back to the office.

Her steps were calm as she moved beside the man only for her to finally realize what she was called by the man with such emphasis. 'Darling'. What was the meaning of him calling such? As the woman looked through her thoughts, she couldn't possibly think of anything which she had done which would grant him calling her such a normally romantic phrase. Was such a thing normal? The woman hasn't had much practice with social interactions and thus decided it was best to follow along with the playful word choice.

"So lead the way... Handsome~"
