Comments/Notes: This app was actually really hard to read, I can tell a lot of it was left alone from previous renditions of the application, especially as it hasn't be edited since 2016. Anyways, there's not much issue with the contents of this application. With the history as it is, I will be semi-approving Demonica. Also, don't forget to move her Masters down to Elite; furthermore, because of how physically focused Demonica is, especially since you've made note that her level of energy control isn't an area of expertise for her, I'd like to have Demon Magic moved down to Beginner. However, I will also be approving a Master in her Strength, since it's utilised by her particularly powerfully, to the point of exchanging blow for blow with Ibiki amongst other powerhouses, with her speed upped to Elite as well.To further emphasise her reliance on physical ability, and given the way she uses Za Koa Skill, this will also be dropped to Adept. Will skills are unchanged from whatever they were previously.
I'll semi-approve for 0-4- for now. Once I can see an actual full history for her, I'll move it back up again. Reason being, without that history, I have no clue why she's a personified blade, why she has a subsidiary nuclear-energy based thematic, and how much work she's put in to get those tier upgrades for her in the past. There's no mention of her past with Yui (if that's at all canon), no mention of the old Auronagari, pretty much no understanding of what she's gone through since being a 0-5. Much of this was discussed with Shizuo in DMs as well.
