Account Activity: How To Keep Account In Good Standing

Activity
Since there is a lot of confusion about where activity stands on the site, I'm going to outline what I believe should be objective clarification as to what constitutes activity on PH and what doesn't.
The Account: The account itself needs two needs to be considered active. The first? The user should have at least logged on within a period of 30-35 days. Following that, a user should have at least one post per month in order to be considered active. This is to avoid mistaking accounts that log on once a month as active when they are clearly not.
Voluntary Activity Check: If someone post in a voluntary activity check? Then their account is covered for up to 60 days. This is because they have made a reserve of sorts on their account and we can tell more directly that this person does intend to stick around a bit longer.
CAUTIONS FOR STAFF:
• Be mindful of whether or not the user has a temp leave up. If they have posted something about a leave, or have communicated a message for staff about an absence, then they will have 60 days in order to correct their situation before we do anything to material related to their account.
• If you aren't sure of what to do with a users account? ASK! Go to the staff skype and leave a message asking your questions. So, say you have a user that is disputed to potentially be active. You have members saying one thing, the account saying another and you are pretty much lost. Well, if this occurs, go to staff and chances are we will help find you the correct information. Don't just blindly assume things.
WHAT TO DO IF AN ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE
If you spot that an account is inactive? Then you have free reign to archive their material. This ranges from faceclaims being taken off the list, characters being placed into inactive characters, characters potentially being removed from positions within organizations, reserves being nulled and things of that nature.
Face claims: Well not required, a grace period can be given for those who had activity before. So, say you have an account that has one hundred post and we know the guy to have been active in the past. If you meet someone like this, even after the 30 day mark, I may give them up to 60 days to get their act in order because of their previous activity. So please use this with caution.
