Saved by the Bell [PRIVATE - HORUS]

Amada Kamimura, 6-0
In one deep breath Amada inhaled the reishi-rich air occupying one of the alternative "realms of the dead". "So this... this is the infamous Hueco Mundo!" After "tweaking" around with the mechanics of his device Amada successfully "switched" himself into the dimension of hollows and demons. His initial motivation was to see the origins of the Shinigami, but along the way he impulsively changed the course of action to instead seeing the origins of their polar opposite: Hollows. Not too recently was he reading up on some textbooks that caught his interest, describing the more common cycle of souls before the turn of the 21st century, and how places like Hueco Mundo and Soul Society typically inhabited one spiritual race in mass. Or at least, those were the circumstances as far as common knowledge went. But besides the point. At this time, through a quick change in decision, Amada found himself standing on the stereotypical dunes of sand that constituted appropriately named--and ever so imaginative, one might add--"Hollow World". But, considering the present populous, "Wouldn't it be better called "Hollow and Demon World"?"
Again, his thoughts digressed. To be precise, Amada came to see Hollows. That in mind, "Something isn't right here... Where are the Hollows?" What would be the point of going to the zoo if all the animals were sleeping in their caves or behind rocks, invisible to the onlookers outside the glass and cages. To remedy the situation Amada took out from his back pocket what seemed to be an old-fashioned pen. In truth, it was a prototype. The very first version of what he acronym'd as "SEC", standing for "Spiritual Energy Condensate". Amada clicked the top of the cylindrical item, and the whole in the bottom of the item produced a wheezing noise, as if it were sucking something in. For Amada--he felt nothing special. Given the fact that he was spiritual inept, unable to see, hear, or otherwise interact with spiritual presences or any related entity, for him to feel any sort of change--that would be odd. Despite his lack of spiritual awareness, the sound of sand being kicked up into the air was recognisable.
Shortly thereafter, the item--which happened to be sucking in reishi and condensing it to the point of being easily recognisable to just about any spiritually-aware being within miles--ceased the wheezing noise. "Gah! Damn prototypes!" The SEC seemed unresponsive at this time; alas, it already served its purpose. Amada wasn't crazy for thinking he heard sand being kicked up in the distance. Out quite a ways back he could see a small trail of sand forming into clouds after being seemingly ran across, like a four-legged animal. "Hohoho! That must be the Hollo--oh... wait.. I can't see it." Having only now just hit him was the fact that, as a spiritual inept being, Amada would not be able to interact with Hollows. He came to Hueco Mundo to see them and somehow forgot that it wouldn't be possible in the first place.
"Damnit! Agghh, I should've known!" he yelled in frustration, flailing his arms about in expressive manner. "Ghhh.... Alright. Guess I gotta go back now." Amada whipped out a small rectangular device with a lit-up screen and buttons all over the surface. "Hm.. Home should be preset, right? Ah, fantastic, it is!" Ready to return to his dorm room, Amada's face went from frustrated... to scared. He smacked the side of the device a few times, mumbling to himself, "No.. no no no no no... No, don't do this.. You can't do this to me. Noooo! NO!!!" The LLS seemed to be failing its job, just like the SEC. For a reason Amada couldn't grasp the device failed to operate. Under these circumstances, being scared was a perfectly appropriate feeling. Powerless to defend against a potential predator that couldn't be seen. Who wouldn't fear the situation?

Landing with a heavy impact that resulted in a plum of dust and sand kicking up, Horus simply laid there in the white sands of Hueco Mundo as he recalled what had just happened to him.
For the Lt. Commander of the Jade Cross the day started normally, well as normal for Horus that is. The crimson haired Vizard had simply been wandering around the Human world, travelling from country to country. It was actually a nice journey, despite the fact that in taking this journey of his he had been neglecting his duties in the Jade Cross. Oh well.. He'd climb that hurdle when it came. Today the male had taken to travelling around Canada, starting on the east coast in Nova Scotia. Expecting things to be quite boring at first Horus was surprised to encounter a large group of Hollow almost immediately.
Upon setting his sights upon the group Horus was quick to take action. In mere moments he had crossed the vast stretch of beach between himself and his prey. It wasn't until one of the Hollow's let out a pained shriek, Horus's blades thrust through its torso from behind, that the rest of the group even noticed his presence. Suddenly all hell broke loose as amber eyes quickly shifted from one hollow to the next, each shift of his eyes accompanied with multiple slashes and stabs into one foe before moving to the next. Within thirty seconds a single hollow remained, the rest of its group littering the ground around Horus. Closing in upon the last hollow Horus wasn't prepared for what happened next. Unlike its kin this particular hollow really wanted to live another die to grow stronger. And so it did the only thing it could think of to defend itself.
As dual blades swept to behead the hollow a dark maw opened directly infront of the target, the hollow having opened a garganta in hopes that Horus would realize it too late and enter the portal to Hueco Mundo. Unfortunately for the Vizard this is just what happened, resulting in his falling to the sandy floors of Hueco Mundo from the garganta that had opened in its skies.
Propping himself up off the ground, amber eyes began examining the surroundings. Unfortunately everything looked the same.. Endless white sands stretching as far as the eye could see. The vast desert was littered with massive dunes, the odd boulder, and odd quartz-like trees. Seeing that he had no idea where he was, nor where to go, Horus did the one thing he could. Standing to his feet the male immediately set out across the white dunes. Utilizing his own natural speed, augmented by shunpo, he was making good time across the dunes.. although still having absolutely no idea how to return to the Human World from here. And so Horus simply continued to wander the sands of Hueco Mundo, itching to slaughter any hollow stupid enough to cross his path.. Who knows maybe he'd find a way out while doing so.
