Temporary Bodyguard [Nix]

“I should have never agreed to leave the protection of the city,” Kazumi grumbled, not bothering to look up at the boy that had been tasked with protecting her. A small part of her wanted to question how he’d had known where to find her, but she refrained from asking, she assumed it had something to do with an ability he hadn’t shown her yet. “You know, that was my first time actually seeing a hollow. I heard of them and even seen several pictures of them, but never…” She drifted off as she looked up, blinking several times as she took in Nix’s appearance. She could had sworn he had clothes on when the two had begun their journey to some location he hadn’t bothered to tell her about. She wondered if he had stripped during his fight with the hollow that had attacked them and if so, she was trying to figure out why. What advantage did stripping have? It was then that Nix’s lack of clothes began to really dawn on Kazumi, the sixteen-year-old suddenly perking up and pressing her back against the wall behind her. Whatever heartwarming moment she was about to have with him was thrown out of the window, replaced with whatever moment this would be considered. She blinked several times then rubbed her eyes, making sure her eyes weren’t deceiving her before working up the courage to ask a very simple but important question. “W-w-where are your clothes!”
