  • Info: 4 very old and fallen Shinigami come across a way to increase their powers, and come back as the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse
  • Notes: Need help fleshing this out this is my first idea ever

Uhm, is there anymore to this idea? I wouldn't mind helping you out, but you are gonna need to give me a bit more then this. What is the objective of the event? What is there for people to do? Will you need NPC Controllers? What is the story behind this? I'll put this in WIP, and if you are still active, we'll help with this.
