Unfair...

Alright. The point of this topic is to officially address something I find unfair. According to a member on the Xat chatbox, this discussion has been brought up in the past, many times. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but I don't doubt it. It's not right, and it's unfair.


Ahh, thank you Alter Ego, that was a great question and following statement. I shall enlighten you.

What is unfair is this: You allow people to have as many high-powered characters as they can make. It's kind and nice of you *blush* however it's unfair. People around here are running around with more than 5 Tier 1 characters, yadda dadda. That's a lesser issue that I have.

Powerful characters should be limited. Possible 1 or 2 elite characters? (Elite character defined as Lieutenant Class & Above. Tier 3+) and as Many characters below Lieutenant class. It's just fair. So much power is given to so many characters. So many people here have bankai.

I recall it being said in Bleach that Bankai is very rare. All those who have acheived Bankai have their name added to a list & the list will continue, it is that great of an honor. Bankai is hard. Bankai is this, Bankai is that, but Bankai is not easy. It should be given to the BEST, and all those who are inactive w/ bankai should have their character removed.

That was all the things that came from my mind as I was thinking of how to word what this topic is truly about. Thank you for reading those rants, getting to the main rant: the reason I created this topic.

Akemi - Captain of Squad 3. Captain of Squad 9. Vice Captain of Squad 10, 11 and 13.

Mind telling me what that is?
That is ONE person filling 2 Captain spots, and 3 Vice Captain spots. That person right there is hogging 5 high-ranked positions within the Gotei ranks. That is unfair. Why do they get 2 captain spots? 3 Vice Captains? Captains are powerful, as are vice's, to an extent. They control 2 captains, 3 vice captains. That's 1 less captain spot than what is fair, and 3 vice captain spots more than what is fair. They should only get 1 high ranked spot in this organization so another person who registers has a chance to join the Gotei as a captain, and 3 more people can join as a Vice.

Silim - Captain of Squad 5 and 13.

Once again. 2 captain spots? with squad 13 being ichigo? central 46 would never allow a vizard to be the captain of a squad. thats just illogical for the entire universe of bleach. and once again, they control more than 1 captain spot, that's 1 less for a person who joined to potentially get.

That's just unfair. They hold more than 1 IMPORTANT and desired positions in that group. It's unfair they already have 1, and get another. It should be given to another player, because they already have ONE. They should not have two, three, four and CERTAINLY not five. One high ranked spot in the gotei is sufficient so others have a chance to live out their role playing fantasies as a Captain.

I know a lot of you wont agree, but that's very restricting and aggravating to a roleplayer. Two extra Captain spots are being used up by two people who already have one, and three vice captain spots are being held by a character who has TWO captain spots (which as i've said a bagillion times is UNFAIR)

As I explained in the chat, I don't think it should apply to Canon characters. Lieutenants are a lesser matter, as even now I don't believe all of the Divisions have a lieutenant. And I've been meaning to talk to Silim about that. Also, you're forgetting yours truly, as I have two captains, both Canon. Now, do I think that people shouldn't have two OC's as Captains? Certainly. Canons? Nope.

Also, most of the points you've brought up, are things we have in effect now, and are most likely going to be stopping in the future.

Yeah, but a person shouldnt be allowed to have more than 1 canon captain, as thats one more person taking up a place when they already have a captains spot.

Well, considering that most of the canon captains are DEAD, I don't see the point in that.
