Why Bison Was Banned

As a note, I will be locking this thread after I have posted it up. If any staff member or person has something to add, they can unlock it and add their piece if I missed anything.

The long story short version is that he was unwilling to cooperate with anyone. Many people had already told me that they had problems with his actions within threads, or that they were constantly causing problems among them or attitude problems. Tonight, at 2:00am ACST, Bison was banned for bringing a constantly toxic attitude to members of the site and staff. Tonight tipped it over the edge where I PC'd him about the situation and tried to explain calmly that he was going overboard and insulting members for no reason, only to have him always pulling a victim card on me and that I was abusing my power.

Cookies had similar issues within a PC chat where he was constantly being disrepected when asked to give his honest opinion, as well as just do his job to sort the situation out. Nobody within the staff or member base should have to deal with that behaviour, and after discussed with some members that we don't want him bringing that attitude to our site.
