{PROTAG} An Epidemic at Karakura Central

SITUATION

There has been numerous reports of people falling and being unconscious all over Karakura Central. The ID's are all from Registered Human and Quincy Citizens throughout Karakura Central. The Hospital is calling upon helping hands to find and get the victims to the portable traffic porters given to the volunteers to put the victims into and send them to the Hospital. We have limited amount of them, so we still use the ambulances to get from places to places. For each section of the Central, we will have one PTP available, so the search party leaders are automatically responsible for these expensive emergency devices. Please find these victims and bring them to the porters, so the doctors can find out the cause and treat it. Those who are volunteering for the hospital section will be responsible for helping the doctors find the treatment and getting the victims off ambulances, porters and floor if they happen to faint in the hospital. We will pay! If any of you are able, there are people who are separated from their families, so if you recognized their relations and unite them, that will be great!
