These circumstances were very unique, and it showed. Romulus looked over the list that was given to him by Captain Giriko, and was perplexed. Not just with the list in and of itself but for the reasons this man would even want this type of knowledge in the first place. Romulus had called the fellow Captain perverted and an assortment of other related names the entire way of travel over here. Still, if he wanted the letters of recommendation, this was the mission put before him. It couldn't be done with a sword or brute strength or any displays of power. This was going to require something in abundance that Romulus wasn't quite sure he had......charm.
The 9' tall figure would have approached the gates of the Squad 11 Compound and let free a single breath from his heaving chest before ducking down and entering. Stuffing the list down into his inner pocket with his left hand, his right hand contained a fairly MASSIVE container of very potent, and very tasty Liquor that he had obtained from his personal connect---a distillery found in the lowest numbered districts, producing some of the best tasting and most potent liquor in existence. The Captain whom assigned him this task wasn't a total douche, he did give him an in, and it seemed that it was common knowledge that Captain Ibiki was a heavy drinker--much like Romulus was.
Crowds of Squad 11 patrons stared on at the impressive sight of the large Captain making his way through their compound toward the living quarters of their Captain. Whispers and talk, the likes of which Romulus paid no attention to, keeping those red reactors for eyes trained forward on the doors of the Captains Head-Quarters where he'd stop and set the jug down, allowing his voice to carry out and over the 40 meter threshold from where he stood out and upon her keen ears, "Captain Ibiki! A moment of your time please, it's Captain Bison of the 7th Squad....i'd fancy a moment of your time, to get to know one another over drinks if you'd have me. To celebrate if you will!"....the game was on.
Romulus had to stave off a nervous appearance for one of confidence. In his mind the list kept being recited over and over while he struggled to conjure some means of succeeding here. Time will tell...for now he waited.
