What Are You Upgrading: adding a few techniques. and possibly a new skill/mastery or two, so she can properly use dragon energy, dragon techniques and dragon magic as they do not pull from reiryoku and reiatsu

Ryū no Odori

Name Ryū no odori: Kaminari Shōkei
Type Hakuda
Description Neya uses her dancer's skill and flexibility to move faster around the battlefield in close quarters combat. as she moves she gathers up a static charge that she then releases in quick hand to hand strikes that do not deal much damage but pile up into long stringed combos. the static energy is released into the targets body as she hits them.
DrawbacksThis technique is slightly physically taxing for someone not very experienced in the art of hakuda, and causes them t o tire quickly. it also can back fire if they do not discharge the gathered energy within 5 posts of gathering it, resulting in injury.

Name Ryū no odori: Hi ken no bāsuto
Type Hakuda
DescriptionThe user channels their reiatsu around their hard striking surfaces, and then manipulates their body temperature to create fire around them. this allows the user to increase the damage potential of their hand to hand strikes and burn foes with the fire around their contact points. when contact is made they pulse the fire into the body of the target, like jabbing a nail through them by pushing their reiatsu into the fire.
DrawbacksThis requires constant energy use and tires the user out. if they are not very proficient with the use of hakuda it makes it even more difficult as they have to struggle to concentrate on not only controlling the fire but also trying to land effective strikes.

DescriptionNeya, through studies of the scroll she has in her possession, has learned to manifest her dragonic energy outside her body, and utilize it. This allows her to cover herself in dragonic energy that allows for her to engulf herself in an element(s)/elemental field. This then allows her to use the drawn out element(s) as a shield or attack force. As her skill in Dragon Skills increases, she can use more and more elements in more complex ways.
Drawbacksthis is drawn from a separate energy source than her reiatsu and reiryoku. It uses dragon energy, which is measured alongside her reiryoku and reiatsu CURRENTLY through tier. once her dragon energy is gone, she cannot use this until it refills

Description of Dragon Skills:

Dragon Magic:This skill is similiar to the kido skill. However it differs greatly, as it does not draw upon the user's reiatsu for use, but instead upon the user's pool of Drag Energy. These abilities do not use incantations as kido do, using words to form incantations. instead, they use not only a special language known only to dragons that only those with direct blood connections from dragons or has been raised around or by dragons or has read a dragon's wisdom scroll to speak, Will, and intent to create their spells. As each breed species and kind of dragon is different, the spells used will always differ from user to user even if they are using the same spell. this skill measures just how well the user can control their magic,and the difficulty of spells they can use. the spells are measured in difficulty by what is called "rings". The initiate's ring, are the lowest level spells, which are equal to spells numbered 1-35 in kido.

the next step is the student's ring. these are spells in power similar to numbers 36-55. after this is the Scholar ring, which would be equatable to spells 56-75. the Next ring is the Sage ring, which are spells 76-80. the next is the Secret ring, with spells from 81-90. the second to last ring, is the Archon ring, with spells 91-98. The final ring, (which is equatable to the highest rank achievable in kido corps) is called the Celestial Ring, and is all spells classed at level 99, and forbidden/hidden. There is a special trial that one must complete in order to gain permission to reach the last ring, and it requires fighting against a(n) NPC dragon like or dragon character of at least 1 to 3 teirs HIGHER than the practitioner, using ONLY dragon magic. The npc DOES NOT have to kill you if you lose. it depends on the npcer AND the personality of the npc.
