Reason: Well, why wouldn't The Demon Queen join it? There is a massive chaotic event occurring the Soul Society, and she is an embodiment of Chaos. Being that it takes a lot to feed her appetite, and refined meals like this don't occur often, it would be perfectly reasonably to assume The Queen of Lunacy would put her foot in this event.

Not to mention she is here, somewhat, as a token of good-will to show she intends to hold up the truce that was made in Demonic Incursion and considers this is a "Favor" of sorts to the Soul Society. The Queen is also here to have a bit of fun and seek some entertainment out of the powers that have amassed here; along with taking out this entity known as "The World Breaker". As if the world is destroyed, how the heck will she feed!?

Plus, she needs to check up on the bae (Iriko) and see if Tsubasa actually managed to heed her words since their last meeting.
