Eldrazi Board Help [Minor Change]

Hello, I am Dexterity. You may not know me but I happen to have a board to my name here: https://www.platinumhearts.net/f381-eldrazi

For it's description I'd like to have the various countries in it listed at the bottom (India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tadschikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, and Nepal).

Additionally, I'd like the board name of Old Switzerland to be changed to "Szlanor".
