How Do You View Things In The Site?

«HOW IS PLATINUM HEARTS NOW»
Connected much in the same way as the Activity/Event/Mission thread was, this thread is going to focus on the site as a whole. I usually make a thread 1-4 times a year in order to gauge where the site is at for our member base.
So, with that being the case, how do you feel about Platinum Hearts at the moment? Are there any complaints you see? Any improvements that can be made? Or is everything running smoothly as should? Feel free to post much of anything related to the site in this thread, even if its just a thumbs up to approve how we've been cruising along.

I have zero complaints. The staff are great, as is the memberbase. I enjoy the core essence of PH and how it's all about freedom and whatnot. It's pretty (thanks to a certain Frost). It's got great systems in place. I enjoy the massive world-shaking events that pop up here and there. Honestly, I can't see myself leaving this place for as long as I roleplay, and it's this site that keeps me wanting to roleplay. I luffle it.

Mannnnnnn... release the reigns on some legacy claims. lol
Another thing that would actually make a decent amount of sense... double up time. Characters grow strong too fast in terms of time on this site. While it's not a big deal, just makes a slight bit more sense to me. Just will be harder to translate to newer members. T.T

My biggest reccomendation for the site as a whole is simply... 'be there'. To be in xat when a person is online, but also to help generate people's interest. Maybe start a site wide 'champion' system of some kind, where each person picks a 'champion' and when we do OTMs redeem stuff for things they did with their 'champion' for the month. This provides more direct incentive to work up certain characters or plots, as well as let other people know what kind of a mood a person is feeling that they wish to write in. I dunno, it just flowed into my head and I fleshed the idea out as I wrote here, but it still feels like an... interesting proposal, nonetheless.
Basically, it feels like we've become a bit disconnected from our characters, as well as the relationships forged through roleplaying. I have noticed that in recent times we haven't been maintaining a lot of our new memberbase, and I also don't feel like I see a similar connection that was formed between roleplayers in years past.
Anyway, those are my two cents. Now good evening, and to all a good night.

Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

«ARCHIVING ALL THIS STUFF NOW»
Okay, I'm going to go ahead and archive this into old feedback threads. The reason for this is because this poll ended a long time ago and I'm just cleaning up the board.
