The Other Suzuki

So when this character was originally conceived, she was one of a set of twins (hence both of the images I used are shared claims). The original concept called for twin sisters whose Zanpakutō look like the other twin, and are pretty much complete polar opposites as far as personality, in SPITE of just how close they actually are.

Name is up to you, appearance is up to you aside from it DOES have to be Kallen Stadtfeld (even if it's a render) from Code Geass.
