The Relations Division, and the Devil 9, have been asked to compete with one another in the Chaya Tournament to figure out once and for all who is "the strongest " in chaya nation besides the queen. For those who wish to get their name out this is a battle of honor, of wit and of Glory, the canon thread announcing this will be up shortly.
