Why Applying: Well, all the positions that in my opinion I would find appropriate for my skill are taken. Me nor my character would ever be concerned with being/having anything to do with medical and every other sector he would fit in with my skill level is taken, so I figured an Honorary Member sounds mysterious as well as secretive and fun.

Why Applying: Reiko's had a lot of experience with healing while in the Fourth Division and whatnot, and her zanpakutou's shikai is well-suited to it. She also enjoys giving people life, although she might not love the janitorial duties so much >.<
