Since she is both a power player and someone that Inami would seek because of her strength Inami will Nominate her, however Reigen has the right to veto and kick Demonic Out at any time.

Spot Requested: Devil 9/9th Devil [ Recommended by Shizuo anyway ]
Reason for joining: Considering that Hiriko doesn't have any orgs to peel her eyes out for, the Devil 9 became apart of her choice due to obvious reasons of Inami's presence. Although Hiriko is not the type to directly serve under someone than herself, playing a little game on her own course wouldn't be a problem to get onto the board of the 9th Devil. In contrast of their similarities in terms of races being both the Demons of Hell, it would be most likely that Inami may accept her as well given by the capability of her abilities to distort the reality around her.

: Because of this and factors i have considered, i will accept this, however upon apps completion both hiriko and inami will need to have a thread explaining how they met either in chaya nation, or hell itself.
