Seireitei
Seirei operates off of the basic principles and focuses of the Seireitei. The things it cares most about is the purification of souls and their natural place in the soul cycle. Additionally, it cares deeply about the protection of the Seireitei and the maintaining of the order.

Rukongai
However, it cares about more than just the Seireitei. It cares about the Ruknongai, indeed all of soul society. Every single facet o f soul society is its concern, and the ideals of justice and intelligence are what govern its being. It is a living pact of Seireitei, wanting to keep order between all of the dimension's various factions and at the same time retaining peace. At the same time, it does not like civilians being harmed in the actions of anything, and believes that soldiers should always be the ones involved in battles, never their charges.

Iramasha Island
Also within the realm is Iramasha Island, a place where the spirit itself looks down on to support those around it when they are called upon. It has a definite understanding that it needs assistance, as it understands weakness very well. At the same time, it is extremely accepting, just as the Seireitei is of most souls who have not committed outright murder.

Maggot's Nest
However, at the same time, it believes that justice should be done. Those who commit crimes should be confined briefly or perform civil service to resolve their crimes and hopefully learn from them. In all honesty, it does not want to punish anything, and sharply disagrees with the ideal of the Maggot's Nest, something it fiercely desires were never to exist.

Central 46
It does love the idea of community working together. In its dream state, the denizens of the Soul Society would all participate in determining their collective destinies, while at the same time being responsible for their decisions. The Central 46, therefore in concept, it approves of, but at the same time sharply disliked the Central 46 which was only a bureaucratic institution for an extremely long time.

Soul King's Realm
At the same time, though, it does not believe that there are truly any beings above it. This is because its existence is simply meant to be one that exists. It exists because it does. It understands the ultimate meaning of humility, and therefore will be humble before all adversaries, and dislikes it when they do not return the favor.

Appearance
A radiating blue cloak dawns its form, the imprint of a slug covering it from head to toe. Beneath the cloak is the figure of a man, but instead is replaced with shining light, energy pouring out of every part of its body. Its face is constantly shifting, but has settled into that of Iriko Crow, switching between his own and a faceless one. It has hair, shining blue hair that is normally shortly cropped on its head, laying flat there.

"...Did I… deserve this…?"

The being asked itself as it cascaded downwards out of the Soul King's realm. After having been split off from the main body, its body descending downwards as it straighten its body, roaring as it slammed down into the ground. As it did so, a place appeared around its body, a dimension literally spanning out from itself as it looked out around itself. It was the Duty of the Soul King. That much was certain. As it looked out along the rapidly forming plains, its heart began to calm itself.

After all, these planes were its home. These planes were justice, and souls rapidly began to appear there, all those whom had been collected before it had appeared. They gained a home at last, and the Spirit who watched over them believed this to be good. However, there was also a problem. He could not police everything and help souls.

So he melded some into himself. Using his own abilities as the template, and his own strange weapon, he helped them develop weapons based off of their own souls, showed them its unique magic, and taught them how to perform Konso. And so it was that the first Shinigami were employed. However, it was only after millennia that they began to realize something: The Soul King they served was only a figure head, never interacting with them outside of a whim, and a faction appeared who rose up against this.

However, Seirei could not harm them. They were members of himself, and to divide himself against himself would lead to his ruin. So he was forced to instead create the Central 46, and as a member of its body he rapidly faded into obscurity… at least, his body did. His own soul began to dislocate from where it had originally been, and it watched the Seireitei from outside. It watched as the Maggot's Nest was created, tears developing throughout its body as the Soul King became more myth than reality, as the origins of itself became dispersed…

And slowly gained cause for joy again at the actions of Genryusei Yamamoto. To create a central person who held power once more, who taught more… it was this man whom the being known as Seirei favored.. So he prospered, and Seirei aided him in his prospering, ensuring that his ambitions became reality...Until the day that Negativity infected the Seireitei.

He lost hope, for the first time, he lost hope, and Yamamoto died. Without anything to sustain him, his spirit fully faded into darkness. This darkness became itself as it forgot its purpose, forgot even that it existed. This darkness continued, lasting through generations of Captain Commanders, without the hope ever returning to it, as it became a spirit of essentially despair.

Then, one day, this finally changed. A being close to its own came nearby, and it reacted, drawing near. It was here that it felt reminded of… something, for the first time in a long time… it remembered it existed. The Golden Shine given off by the Shinigami reminded it of… itself… and so it was attracted by that Golden Shine. It was absorbed into the male, as it met a spiritless zanpaktou of a man who had always been alone, to the point where even his Zanpaktou was an object…

But with the advent of this spirit, he could feel himself become a complete being once more. As the Spirit of this male, he began to accept this male's ideals, and even to grant the wishes that it found to be within its power, allowing for the male to discover the Divine Dragons, as Seirei lent him the Primal Influence which was a part of its nature. However, it still does not know what it truly is, and at the same time has merged completely with the spirit of the Zanpaktou of the Shinigami Iriko Crow.

That is the record of this piece of the Soul King. Its existence was a mission: Soul Society, and to this day, it carries that out.

Basic Powers:

The Primal Shinigami
As the base, the template, or every Shinigami, Seirei has the greatest amount of potential of every area of being a Shinigami. However, as a Zanpaktou Spirit, he can only lend this power to his owner, allowing for fantastical feats that otherwise would not have been possible. However, due to the fact that he is not the original Zanpaktou, this comes at a price of the user's organs having to suffer the fact of a mortal attempting to wield an Immortal.

For Iriko, this ability basically comes down to him being able to use Divine Dragons in his Shikokai.

Furthermore, Seirei has the ability to manifest himself in the realm of the Shinigami, and even for him to use up to Iriko's Bankai in order to defend itself and Iriko, though not at the same time as the male. Furthermore, it cannot be seen nor heard by the male, and indeed only gains real sustenance when its owner is unconscious.
