Surrounded and Unwavering [PRIVATE-Shizuo]

Song: Bouzouki --- By: Aero Chord --- Word Count: 654
"Hahahah! Aha! Now this! This was unexpected!" A bead of sweat dripped from his brow, Kururai in the midst of a heated battle. All around him, an estimated 70 lesser hollows and 10 gillians surrounding him--another 30 already slayed. Kururai swallowed his spit, looking around as his acute sensing gave him the position and exact movements of everything around him. "Who woulda thought I'd end up having a bit of a hassle fighting some hollows. But, I suppose this makes finding some a whole lot easier." Swinging his neck from side to side, a crackle echoing about the deserty plain, the relentless sun heated things up rather well. Following was the cracking of his knuckles, clearly giving off the impression of readiness.
Kururai's hands extended outward, a sword made of Dimensional Energy seeping from his palm. In the same moment, hollows left and right began to charge at him, leaving little time to think of how to deal with them--but, by then, he had already formulated a plan. Simplistic really--kill them.
Despite the disastrous situation he was pitted in, Kururai was more than ready to deal with the soon to come onslaught. In fact, he was even enjoying this, a joyous grin painting his face from cheek to cheek, his eyes dilated and pupils shrinking.
"GGRAAAAAAAAH!!!"
His shout bounced off the skies, an echo returning to him. In the same time frame, Kururai had already begun to move. First, the ones from the left. Using quick thinking, he had attempted to hasten his movements, focusing and bursting Dimensional Energy from under his foot, like the sword forming from his palm, except this time the energy would be less condensed and chaotic. To say the least, it had given an unexpected result. While successfully propelling him towards the large group of hollows, it boosted him at a speed far faster than anticipated.
His grin held true as a second sword was expelled from his other palm. Kururai's right arm swung close to his chest, forcing his body to spin around as he launched towards the oncoming hollows. As soon as the motion got started, he jerked his hips in a twist, speeding up the rotation while his hands were extended outward, the swords held in a slashing position. Channeling Dimensional Energy under the hilts of these swords, Kururai attempted to replicate his initial bursting movement, this time speeding up his spin. With the first attempt proving successful, he had confidence in this movements success.
In one swift moment, Kururai's body had entered the fray, landing himself amidst the wave of hollows that had targeted him. Three.. Five? Eight! The Hollows, failing to react fast enough, showed several deep cuts on their bodies which soon fell limp, likely dead from the tornado of slashes Kururai had just performed; however, he wasn't out of the clear yet. Based on his acute sensing, he could tell that there were ten hollows in this wave, leaving two remaining. But, they were nothing especially hard to deal with.
The first of the two approached Kururai from behind, bringing a massive fist down on his position. In response, the boy had leaped less than a metre to the side, followed by a jump forward, high enough to place his feet on the mask of the attacking hollow. Naturally, the only sensible follow up would be to swing down his heel as hard as he could, in an axe-kick fashion--and that he did.
Bringing his foot down to come into contact with the mask, a cracking noise echoed, Kururai's foot having had more and more pressure put on it. Through sheer strength, the Hollow's mask shattered, revealing a massive dent in its face. "Heh. Least that attack covers up this ugly mug of yours."
The hollow flopped on the ground, just as lip as the other eight--Kururai on the other hand landed gracefully, one foot at a time. One more hollow was left to be dealt with--this one was a Gillian.

“…I smell vermin.. crawling around where they do not belong.. Tch.. I guess Ibiki did have more of a impact on me then I had intended..what a laugh”
The voice of the infanta Inami Asthavon had said slowly her eyes locking on the skirmish that was unfolding in the skies in which everything seemed to be becoming a messy battleground, something that was all too common in the modern warring state of this planet. Her hues seemed to change and constrict her retina filtering out light as she focused further on a little anomaly she had discerned duking it out apparently in the middle of the minor horde. A feminine figure was moving rapidly amidst the hollows ranks, slaying them without digression and without mercy. Inami seemed to follow those movements as the lady lay waste to her opponents causing hollow ranks to fell to die, and to wither away. Her thoughts going back to her unlikely alignment with the drunken lady with reindeer horns and a pretty strong right fist, her amber hues slowly sliding shut as she kneaded the side of her skull. Fickle as ever unable to make up her mind about what she was going to do, but still amused.
”..Huh… this girls not actually half bad, for a novice to say the least. Just some more refining and she might.. just might be a girl who is of use to others. She just might be able to do this.. if she was motivated enough.. huh… Interesting”
Inami had mused in her mind slowly as she looked around the vicinity , slowly raising her hands and discretely she’d begin to slowly charge energy into her palm, kneading and working the energy but keeping it at a gradual slope of increase, to mimic the arrival of more hollows so that everything wouldn’t exactly, point to an over-whelming force hiding just above the clouds Which was undoubtedly what was currently happening. Her eyes slowly narrowed now as she had allowed her mouth to part as she exhaled concentrating on what she was doing but also trying not to alert the one who was down below her. Keeping a level demeanor and gathering the precise amount of energy that she needed to do this, making effective work of her duel cores so that she would be able to continue to gather up energy without bringing notice to herself.
Then letting her demonic mind spread out letting her blood slowly boil, letting her body come to terms with this strange strike of passion she had been feeling. To give someone purpose wasn’t something that she was normally aiming precisely to do.. But she felt it would be good to try it just once, to try and see why both Mana Nee.. and Khala nee, felt so drawn to helping certain individuals. But more importantly that reindeer headed bumpkin with a bottle of sake glued to her hand kept popping up in her head. That did make Inami grin her teeth showing as she exhaled and slowly scratched the side of her head. Kind of just letting out a low breath as she’d then begin the process of gathering the demon energies from her seal, allowing a subtle redness to begin to grow and glow in the sky above allowing it to energize the surroundings… as a reddened orb of demon energy began to take shape, growing and glowing slowly and pointedly as it seemed to begin to draw the clouds in.
After that the whole orb caught fire, flames jumping high into the sky as inami waited timing it with the gillians Emerging from the portal waiting for it to close so that it wouldn’t deter what was going on , and then the miniature star began to grow more and more as inami grinned slowly the wickedly unstable mass of flame slowly diverging onto the plane of plasma would have begun to let out a brilliance which would diminish every light source around it, block out the vital street lights or the sun light which would filter in from above. Then as the gillians moved to attack, Inami had shoved her entire hand into the glowing mass, causing it to explode suddenly into hundreds of miniature fireballs which would blast through the clouds, pegging hollows smashing and burning the ground, raising everything within a 5 mile spread to ashes through the wide dispersion of the flames which crashed every where imaginable. Reducing everything to rubble to ash and to glass which formed from the immense heat that was radiating outward. The sillouette of Inami visible as she hovered in now a clear patch in the cloud cover above. Her arms crossed over one another as she looked down her mouth parting as she spoke.
“.. Are you fighting because you must, or because you want to pursue a better goal, to get stronger?..”
Inami would ask and then wait for a reply.

The final hollow amongst the batch she had just disposed of--a gillian. From what Kururai was aware of, it could possibly be on par with his power; of course, it's not like such a challenge would make him worry, much less reluctant to fight. No. Rather, it was the complete opposite. Hollows are how he would grow stronger, and one on par with his own strength just meant being one step closer to evolution, and therefore a growth in strength. If anything, he felt that it should be a given to feel more excited in the presence of such plausible danger.
Gripped tightly in his hands were two longswords purely constructed by energy. What caused the especially pressured grasp of his palms was not the trilling sensation of this battle, but rather the feeling of a demonic presence--and with a demonic presence, ShadowFall was the clear thought to come to mind. ShadowFall... Kururai had despised them in his current state; and yet, he didn't fully harbour sheer hate for the organisation. If anything, he held mixed feelings about them. One thing was certain though--a deep animosity was held in his heart towards those of ShadowFall, and especially demons.
For a few brief moments, Kururai looked round to spot the energy felt, discerning their location with the help of reishi displacement; thanks to his acute sensing, finding them was easier than finding toast in a toaster. The demon was quite a few paces out, but enough to be caught in Kururai's sight, and they would appear to be a girl. But... their visage was somewhat recognised. He couldn't put his finger on it just yet, but he knew that face.
Ignoring those thoughts in his head for the moment being, Kururai simply focused on the Gillian before him. Prior to confronting the demon, he would first need to dispose of the hollows attracted to his unique presence--and that he did. Running forward at an incredible pace, a small build up of energy in his feet launched the slim boy upward, already at mask-height. Unfortunately, that also placed Kururai in the perfect spot to eat a cero.
"Shiii-" Not even a curse was able to be spoken before the Gillian suddenly spewed out a massive black cero, enough to encompass Kururai's entire body, and thensome. Thoughts ran through his mind as the feeling of serious damage entered, the cero hitting him directly and full on before he could think of a plan of escape.
Kururai's body now laid on the ground, burn marks and heavy bloody damage coating his garments and skin, a rugged and angry face shown. "Bugger caught me off guard.." he mumbled, protecting his pride while at the same time admitting fault. But all that damage sustained was nothing compared to Kururai's inherit ability. The Dimensional Energy woven throughout him instantly regenerated the damage sustained, as if Kururai's body hadn't been hit in the first place. The only thing showing signs of the hit taken was the tattered clothing, showing even more of his pale smooth skin, only furthering one's assumption that he would be a girl, no less an oriental beauty.
Somewhat fatigued from the Dimensional Energy used to recover him, Kururai immediately got up, not a single look of hesitation. Already, he was quite prepared to go out at the Gillian again, despite withstanding a blow capable of instilling fear into the hearts of many shinigami some 400 years ago; for Kururai, failure to take this opportunity to grow stronger would be too humiliating. They say a lost battle breeds experience, but to Kururai, a won battle gets you just as much as experience as well as an unscathed record.
Dimensional Energy pulsed throughout his arms as the vitality and aspiration within him was restored, two longswords expelled from his palms and gripped tightly. But, during such an ordeal, Kururai had failed to take notice to the steadily grown, massive ball of fire existing not to far away; under the whole thing resided the demon he had once felt, and with that, a bit of memory returned.
"She's.... an Asthavon?" Most all Asthavon's were known quite well to Kururai, as not only were they a renown family in itself, but his feelings towards ShadowFall would cause him to study at the least the members. Inami Asthavon should be her name, but at the moment Kururai would fail to recall much else. Especially considering the massive fireball, who not only displayed a powerful presence, but was clearly built for the offensive.
In a flash, the many hollows once around him were attracted to the fireball--or perhaps more specifically, the demon generating it. All of them began to rush towards her, clearly spelling their imminent doom. Unfortunately, Kururai seemed to be a target as well--a thought born when her hand reached into the flaming orb, the damned thing exploding into a burning hell of raining fire.
Small fireballs fell down, razing the entirety of the vicinity in sight. Spots were left on the ground where it once hit, while essentially all of the hollows were pounded to the ground or burned to oblivion. Kururai on the other hand desired life, and instead ran towards the epicentre of the raining hell which would be free from attack. Flaming particles fell down left and right at amazing speed, but none of them were to hit him, who had already developed a focus on speed and agility, preferring the more comforting solution of avoiding damage wholly instead of being able to tank it on.
Finally, moments later the falling rain of fire would cease, seemingly complete in destroying all which could be seen for quite a long while outward. Kururai had gotten out unscathed, successfully leaping left and right to avoid any burns he might receive; unfortunately, he never made it to the epicentre, but being alive was enough for him. Instead, his focus was now taken by the floating Inami Asthavon, whom spoke as a shadow before the ashy debris floating throughout the air.
".. Are you fighting because you must, or because you want to pursue a better goal, to get stronger?.."
The spoken words irritated Kururai, as his right eyebrow twitched and a displeased smirk wrinkled his left cheek. But, despite the animosity held towards demons and quite likely the Asthavons, they were not only royalty, but powerful. Kururai had already been known to not back down before those stronger than him, but it would be a sensible decision to keep his cool and at the least answer the woman politely. But of course, with a bit of snark to accompany it. "Asthavon-sama, I'm not sure whether you are aware, but to many people including myself, they are one in the same. We fight to get stronger because we must--perhaps you might not understand."
Kururai's soft and vibrant voice resounded throughout the empty surroundings, the silence having carried it all the easier. Even speaking, a feminine thought came to mind. Perhaps the soothing quality of his voice might be noticed, taking away from the fact that he may have just implied Inami was more of a sheltered gal due to her being royalty--but, for the most part the insult was rather subtle. Moreso than that, what one might take notice to was Kururai's pupils, which went from a normally round dilation to extreme sharpness, akin to a reptile. Furthermore, a large raise in his Dimensional Energy would be apparent, despite losing quite a substantial amount through regenerating. Clearly, as always, his feelings towards ShadowFall and their people would raise the extent of his capacity to withhold energy.
Once gripped in his two hands, the longswords vanished, to subside any feelings of hostility from him, though one look at his face and rampant energy leaking about and one could tell he was feeling something a little more substantial than hostility while in the presence of an Asthavon. Nevertheless, he kept himself contained, only to not act too rashly, as the Nether would frequently recommend. In the meantime, running through his mind was the display of power earlier. From what feel through acute sensing, it was easily noticed that the whole thing was, for the most part, generated via energy.

[color=green]“for both huh? ..naive..”[color]
Inami would have said slowly, her voice resounding clearly while she noticed the increase in spatial type energy, her own eyes narrowing just a tad, the clear recognition in her facial features was easy to discern. Inami then allowed her body to touch into the ground, threads jerking in every direction, through the ground, weaving into the dead hollows bodies, the smoldering wreckage and pulling it inwards. Turning corpses into energy and devouring the new souls stitching them into the bodies which sucked inwards into her body. Her own eyes widening as she grinned slowly recognizing something else, a demonic emotion in the other that she would be able to discern at the slightest drop of a hat. Her eyes narrowing then as she took a little giggling exhale, her mouth parting somewhat as she would have deliberated the words she was about to say, pondered their meaning as she felt the chills from its excitement. From the meaning of what she was just about to say, and the impact it might have.
“..Do you hate me? I am a demon a demon of the Asthavon family, we are the instigators, but also we are the ones who know better than any other being, the look of hate.. And when I glance into your eyes, I can see it the discernable gleam of anger of malice. Those narrowed slits for your eyes.. the way you still exude killing hostile intent even though you have no weapon… Its magnificent in its own way.. “
She’d mutter her left thumb coming up to press against her lower lip, gently as she’d chew on her finger nail. Amber eyes shifting as she had thought about what exactly was the message she was trying to get across. What was the reason she had stopped here to talk to an insect.. what had drawn her here. And why did that girl Ibiki’s spirit get so lodged into her own psyche that she couldn’t even forget it .. So many different things raced through the Infanta’s head as she slowly began to giggle, her arms thrown out wide, definable and like alien limbs trying to touch the horizons. Her eyes narrowing into twin pin-heads in a sea of absurdly wicked white as she grinned a demented asthavon trade mark grin. And Bellowed.
” THAT’S RIGHT! Asthavons ARE meant to be hated by lesser beings.. WE ARE FEARED , HATED, RESPECTED. You hate me right? You want to kill me right? ARE YOU A coward? If you think you can kill me.. kill a royal demon try it now, take your weapon and plunge it into my chest. Make me feel your hatred, because holding on to that hatred will breed yourself into a monster which I will put down one day. I don’t meddle in the lives of mortals, but sometimes I find a idiot or two I take interest in.. So if your willing .. if you have the balls.. “
She muttered, her mouth parting as she grinned her eyes widening even further her lips parting into an insane grin, as she stood there the wind blowing all around as the flames seemed to be roaring higher and higher, thunderclouds approaching over head to put out the raging fire. After saying what she had , she didn’t even move an inch, a millimeter, she stood there her insane grin displayed proudly , she honestly didn’t give a damn about many things but she understood the turmoil in this lesser beings heart, in this little ants heart which made her want to fix it.. And she mused maybe this was how khala felt with that git Eric.
“But if you stab me, you must be willing to give up that petty hatred we who are the strong do not coddle the weak, but those who are demons, we nuture those traits which make us ruthless killers to our enemies. But a demon is never driven by emotions as impure as joy, hatred or death, they kill because that is what demons do, they kill they pillage, they steal, they hunt, they don’t feel emotions for lesser beings. I don’t care if you are a person, a god, or a child. If you have the balls to do this, you will have to come to grips with this unruly display of emotions you have. “
Inami would have said, thinking back to when she had went off her rocker in the Australian war. Her lips parting as she exhaled, allowing her own eyes to slide shut.. then she sucked in breath and yelled at the top of her lungs, shaking the very earth vibrating glass which rattled, caused trembling in the flames which suddenly had been doused by a deluge of rain.
“..COME ON YOU WRIVELING WORM, SUCK UP OR SHUT UP, PROVE YOUR METTLE NOW. LET ME SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS SHOW”

"For both huh? .. Naiive.." The Asthavon spoke her thoughts bluntly, imparting on Kururai how she felt about what he himself had said--and those words were enticing. The words of an Asthavon, and something which sounded utterly stupid to Kururai. The two clearly coincided in Kururai's mind. If Inami hadn't been Asthavon, a being of power in itself, she would have had to rise in strength her self. He didn't know where she stood, in terms of power, how she got to grasp that power or her story in itself--but he knew damn well she grew differently from him. The way she spoke, confident in her words as they were what she seemed to believe in. As for Kururai, it was the same. He was made from nothing, tossed into nothing, and took the nothingness around him and put it under his belt. They say 'Made from dust, Return to Dust'--in his own mindset, it was 'Made from Nothing, Resist Nothing'. There were likely those with more hardships than him, and naturally those with far less, but he had possessed his own fair share of experiences and philosophies; clearly, they didn't align with Inami's.
But even with all his swirling emotions towards Shadow Fall and their royal Asthavons, he always felt something more than simply animosity, hostility and an grudge. Some of it was curiosity and wonderance. To Kururai, Mana Asthavon, the Middle Throne of Shadow Fall was responsible for her organisations actions, including the experiment which brought Kururai to life. To him, meeting an Asthavon was like meeting an angel--a messenger of god. In this moment, that was who Inami was to him. But in this situation, he placed himself as a fallen creature. He despised those angels, and at the same time, reveled in their power. Certainly, mixed emotions were a way to describe what he felt. They were like a pinnacle to him--a status, a level to which he would want to obtain. Power was his desire, and they had it in spades.
Inami descended to the ground, before threads were expelled from her body, coarsing through the ground like popping veins, grabbing hold of the hollow corpses and drawing them in. Following this action was something that would seem very useful to Kururai; she had begun to absorb these corpses, taking in their bodies as energy--a feat which he had felt attracted towards.
Jealousy. That was another emotion Kururai would feel towards this Asthavon. While he had been abandoned by his creators, which he saw to indirectly be Mana, Inami had stayed within the ranks and rose to power--from what he would slowly recall, she was an Infante. A royally ranked being. It was like she was someone who was chosen--and that was something Kururai would have a hard time understanding and dealing with. With such an emotion of jealousy, it was understandable that he would want to be someone like Inami; and as such, he attempted to mimick such a talent. Dimensional Energy coarsed through his body and into the ground beneath his feet, strands of it seeping into the ground and running along the surface like indigo vein bathed in a black miasma.
Inami giggled with widened eyes, hesitating with an open mouth before expelling the words she had in mind, "Do you hate me?" What kind of question was that? It was beyond obvious his feelings towards the girl before him. It was a spot-on assumption... though, it didn't encompass the entirety of the truth behind his disdained look. "Asthavons ARE meant to be hated by lesser beings.. WE ARE FEARED , HATED, RESPECTED. You hate me right? You want to kill me right? ARE YOU A coward? If you think you can kill me.. kill a royal demon try it now, take your weapon and plunge it into my chest. I don’t meddle in the lives of mortals, but sometimes I find a idiot or two I take interest in.. So if your willing .. if you have the balls.."
These words riled him up. It's true, the Asthavons were indeed feared. They were certainly hated, and with their overwhelming power, respect was a commonality before them. Certainly, he despised their being, and these words only strengthened such a feeling. It was overwhelming. The speech she professed took the darkness within Kururai, and fed it oil. An oil that caused the animosity within him to burn immensely, and with that, the Dimensional Energy from within him expanded. The gateway between himself and the Nether had widened, allowing far higher amounts of energy to make its way throughout his body. The amounts of energy seeping throughout him increased rapidly, a miasmic indigo hue coating his body entirely, to the point where only his shape was discernible, and his figure was nothing but a black shadow. The only thing which could be clearly made out was the sharp eyes which told everything about his heart in the current state.
"If it is your wish, Asthavon-sama."
His words were crisp, clear and vibrating with emotion, only furthered in seriousness by the concentrated eyes he displayed, sharp enough to pierce diamonds. It echoed and grew in pitch, as if the voices of the Nether were accompanying his words, like multiple voices speaking in unison. And the grin Inami wore--in only served to further enrage Kururai, who had the faced a target of hatred, their confidence purely brimming in his eyes. It was most certainly an insult. As the wind blew and clouds approached, the darkness they supplied only concentrating the light burning from the flames from earlier, which rose higher and higher, the setting transforming as if it were a different place altogether. And with this new setting came a wider grin from Inami. It was crazed. Tempting. Luring Kururai in to attack, and that was very clear. He was intent on acting upon those inviting words from earlier--but not before her insane smile opened to speak once more.
"But if you stab me, you must be willing to give up that petty hatred we who are the strong do not coddle the weak, but those who are demons, we nuture those traits which make us ruthless killers to our enemies. "
In Kururai's instigated state of madness, he couldn't help but agree. Weakness was practically a sin. And, as he would grow stronger, those below him would matter even less. They were like insects, and to Inami currently, it was likely that Kururai was just that. And as such, it was clear that there was only one thing left to do. Ascend past such a rank. Grasp power and pull through to stand on equal grounds. The first step to that? Guts.
Sucking in a massive amount of air, words vibrated throughout the ground, coarsing in frequency through anything in sight. It seemed as if it shook the Heavens and the Earth, and of course, Kururai as well. These inviting words would shake him to the core, the widening of the gate which connected Kururai and the Nether ever-expanding, the Nether's silence in this leaving the massive amounts of energy suddenly being supplied to Kururai unhinged.
"..COME ON YOU WRIVELING WORM, SUCK UP OR SHUT UP, PROVE YOUR METTLE NOW. LET ME SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS SHOW!"
The words set Kururai off. The Gate, for at least that moment, seemed to have opened completely, Dimensional Energy pouring into his body seemingly limitlessly. His body, still not yet trained to handle such power would begin to break down, pieces of flesh ripping off in a coating of indigo flames, outlined by a black fog; with every piece falling, new flesh would replace it, regenerated from the sheer amounts of Dimensional Energy flowing into him. His emotions begun to grasp Kururai, as his words vibrated just as loudly as Inami's, the multiple voices once again accompanying him.
"AS YOU WISH!!!!"
Rips in space appeared in high numbers, some right next to Inami and Kururai, others far off in the distance. Dimensional Energy expanded below his feet, and with a burst, he disappeared, launching into a rip that had opened beside him. Unlike the usual, these rips stayed wide open. For the time being, Kururai had completely disappeared, but his energy signature exuded from all of the rips in high density. All around, his energy coated the entire plain in sight.
Without warning, Kururai exited a rip directly in front of Inami, a longsword extended and aiming directly for her chest.

“..Yes embrace your truth… you who has been a pitiful being..”
Inami’s eyes widened her grin widened the blade plunged in cut through sinew , through bone, through organs, or what felt like all of the above, blood spraying everywhere as if she had been dealt a killing blow. Unnatural amounts of blood ran throughout the blood of hundreds of souls she had assimilated, it kept pouring and pouring running and running. While Inami’s eyes seemed to remain pinpricks as her body remained how it had been previously her arms spread wide, her eyes then slowly twitching down, her grin widening even further as she had slowly let out a hysterical bubble of laughter. Her lips parting as her teeth spread to look like a gin-ichimaru look alike sickeningly wide and insane. She had felt the blood soaking her clothes as the blade had gotten stuck, utterly stuck . Winds blowing in every direction as rain poured in every direction mixed with blood. Mixed with her blood which washed the streets and stained them a perpetual red a red that would probably never go away.
[i] “..So this worm can bare its fangs if it gets unstable, unhinged… but this is not enough , not near enough its to weak this resolve is much to weak, this blade barely stings, there is still uncertainty in their heart.. I can feel it. “
With her eyes twitching, she’d then allow her composure to remain the same , as she thought backwards at her own insanity, her fight in Australia had been an embarrassment, something that was utterly ashaming for her, and still she had gotten over it and moved on, it didn’t matter much to her anymore the past mistakes she had been foolish enough to make. There where more important things now. But still she had then brought her hand up quickly. Fingers tearing through the left hand that held on to the hilt, then gripping the hand if it worked which would be more likely then not due to the suddenness of the attack which made her essentially look like her hand had vanished. After her arm jerked around , allowing the hand to smash roughly across its owners face before she’d let go of it, letting owner and hand fly backwards , as she would have reached down gripping the sword by its handle as she didn’t even grit her teeth.
“..You call that being a demon, listening to me without doing it just because it was needed. You let your insanity give rise to something ugly inside your soul. If you cling to humanity, you will be burnt by the light that comes with it. Monsters don’t live with mortals. Monsters live to Kill mortals.. “
She said slowly as she raised her hand to her mouth and licked the blood clean from it, the other hand which was on the sword, would have pulled the blade clear of her chest, blood spraying in every direction as demon energy slid from the internal workings of her body, threads rustling inwards and mending the hole in her chest, the movement like the rustling of many worms in a pile of dirt, trying to all converge together on some prime spot on the ground. Her amber eyes slowly returning to their normal size. As she would then hefted the blade moving it around in circles, as it boredly toying with it for a second until it began to gain speed, turning into a helicopter propeller with how fast it was turning. Wind blowing from the edge as she would have tossed the blade up beginning to spin and mess with it, before catching it backwards, her hand tightening on it, threads forming around it.
“…Why do demons exist? I’ve always wondered that question. “
Inami said as she had twirled The kids own blade between her delicate and slender fingers, working it so fast sparks flew from where demon magic from her barrier met the blades keen-eyed and now enhanced edge. She seemed to be just moving and dancing with the blade her hand though moved with precision, the blade diving to the left and dismembering a hollow clean in half, as more had shown up. Her eyes sliding over to meet the little one who’s arm she probably had just ripped off, waiting just waiting as if challenging the little kid to get the weapon back. Her hips swaying as she mused entirely to herself and her audience.
“..Where is a demon supposed to ruin? Are we meant to solely spill blood?”
She’d question the longswords keen edge dipping and diving to the side curving around and bifuricating a hollow outright. Blood spraying as her feet hopped up and then landed on the ground again, as she would quickly slide her left foot back, right foot thrusting forward into a hollows face, as her back was bent all the way in a complete arch as she flipped in the air, her eyes meeting the poor soul again, as she seemed to be trying to convey something even amidst the carnage, her body contorting in mid air, the long sword coming around in a circular horizontal cleave, the blade stained red with blood slicing audibly and cleanly through the heads of 4 hollows at once as she spoke .
“.. Do we live because we weren’t good enough when we are alive? Are we all sinners?”
Was what she’d say her voice loud and clear as the sword arced down cutting a hollow completely in half from head to toe, blood soaking her body as her steely amber eyes gleamed through like daggers, her mouth parted in a smile, as she begun twirling her feet a blur of spinning dashing, and flipping footwork which made her jolt through the ranks of hollows, that silver blade spinning, flashing and becoming an extension which would slice, dice, and decimate the hollows, as she spoke, her body now lunging forward as she would skewer a hollow through the mask her words leaving her mouth again.
“..Are we sinners, or are we able to make our own choices? Demons don’t need feelings
She’d muse, her eyes sliding over to a gilliance as she would have skipped forward base ball pitching the blade into the massive gillians skull, the force shattering and bringing out a wave of blood which would drench and cover the infanta. Her eyes gleaming through as mouths formed from threats jut from her body, devouring gulping and consuming every last drop of blood. While her eyes seemed to smolder she would have raised her hand up, the burning sun stained red by her energy peaking from the clouds signaling sunset and the near dawn of night. Then she looked down at the sword slowly her own energy vanishing , as she spoke her words clear crystal clear at this point.
“..I don’t need my power to take you down, just as you are unsure and unrefined, this blade weeps with pity of being wielded by you. It LOATHES it, and it doesn’t find the real meaning in it. “
Inami now would throw the blade forward allowing it to embed itself infront of The worm, her own hand pulling out a small nifty dagger as she would have flipped it up and caught it’
“..If ur truly a demon then fight me as if you where no stronger then a human, demon’s Don’t need power to be strong, they don’t need supernatural strength to kill, a blade will do the job fine. If you think you are able to do that.. COME ON, AND SHOW ME”

His blade stuck directly into her chest, slicing through bone and organ, blood ravashing his vision as it dripped from her breasts and splattered onto his rage-stricken face, smiling madly with his lips reaching to cheek to cheek. But her own expression seemed to match. Her grin was just as wide as his own, her needle-sharp eyes shifting their gaze downward at the sword plunging into her being. It was a disgusting sight. This whole ordeal was disgusting. A mad boy with rage fueling desire was connected to an insane girl by the sword which stuck itself into her chest, all by his hand. The whole occurrence was disturbing, but it bothered neither one of them. Both had held onto a madding look, blood coating their visage.
Rain dropped, extinguishing the flames that once were in a sizzling tone; with those forgotten flames was blood, massives amounts which were washed away from their bodies, draining onto the ground and painting it with an eternal crimson flood. Her words, spoken in this horrid state, fuzzed through Kururai's ears, but they were understood. At least, in their truest form, for whatever hey meant, he could understand. She was still looking down on him... and that.. that was unforgivable.
The hatred coarsed throughout his vains as madness ran amok within his body, even the Nether's calm words filtered out. Inami's eyes twitched, her composure remained--if one could call the insanity that was her 'composure'. In fact, both of them were seemingly broken in the mind. The girl who had just been stabbed, pouring gallons of blood onto the ground from her chest--and the boy, who had attacked an Asthavon without reserve, who was several levels upon levels stronger than him.
His mind was blank. Solely focused on the target before him, who had tempted him into such a state of madness, so much that his psyche had been challenged and broken. There was only one thought on his mind. There was nothing but the desire for bloodshed within him.. and yet, the feelings of animosity were not all that was left within him. He still had the feeling of wondrance within him, who had looked upon Inami as a higher being in this moment. But this feeling had been blanketed by the sheer amounts of anger building from within.
In a flash, her hand was raised up and appeared, holding Kururai's own hand--the one holding the sword that had dug into Inami's bosom. That hand of hers gripped his own tightly, so much that her fingers began to dig into his flesh. Typically, it would've hurt, and Kururai wouldn't have flinched, but in this moment, his inner desires had revealed themselves. While her own self held intact, Kururai's was running amok within his head. In this moment, his conscience was watching himself act like an animal--like a true hollow. And more than feeling the pain and ignoring it, his senses to such a thing were completely shutdown. All that remained was madness, anger, and the desire to rip Inami apart.
Before such a wish could even hope to come true, the entirety of his left arm was tugged upon, Inami's fingers gripping and ripping off the whole limb. His shoulder was shattered as the entire thing came off, blood spewing wildly from it; and following this action was her fist, smashing into his cheek and shattering bones and ripping flesh, his whole body flung backwards, once again enveloped in the rip in space.
As Inami spun his blade which she had ripped out from her chest, tossing it into the air and catching it, playing with the sword as if it were a toy, Kururai had appeared before Inami, no warning or sign to present itself. His body would reveal itself from a rip opened in that moment, the left arm returned--or rather, wholly regenerated.
As usual, her next set of brief words could be heard, but they were fuzzy in Kururai's ears, but their core meaning would be grasped, although his attention to it and concern over what she would say was lacking. At this moment, all he cared about was spewing her blood further, coating the entirety of the plain before them in her innards.
In Kururai's right arm this time, a sword was gripped, and this time from the behind, he would lunge forward and stab into Inami's back, right over where a human heart might be. If this would work--a likely assumption given the brief timing between his own arm getting ripped off and his reappearance, as well as the suddenness of exiting a rip behind her--he would jerk the new sword out of her body by slicing it out her left side before drawing it back, and this time, slashing into her neck. With this action, his own philosophies would be spoken, and the one chosen for that particular moment would be a concept formed only just now.

“.. Failing to comprehend.. Giving into rage.. you think a blade like that can touch me.. you piece of trash”
She said having felt the minute changes in the pressure around her via her sensitivity and using her demon barrier to feel rather then stopping attacks. Thus with this going on her body spun impossibly fast everything in her eyes moving clearly in slow motion, not even using her energy , just raw strength she was clearly enjoying herself. As she quickly as if she was trying to underhand throw a ball straight up, brought the gleaming edge of the blade across the ground, scoring it with screeching brilliance and sparks as the blade jerked up smashing into the lunging tip batting it to the side where it would scratch inami’s cheek. The only thing was her wounds they didn’t heal as she didn’t wish them to yet. So as the sting registered in her mind, she brought the blade quickly back around, smacking kururai with the flat edge of the blade serving to if this hit send him flipping back into a wall as she then ran after him with bullet speed as in 150mph, not super human speeds she was capable of. The dagger elongating as she threw it quickly picking up the sword she had put in the ground, his old sword.
Then she brought the blade up not relying on superhuman powers, not relying on the abilities that made her a entity to be feared. No she felt the unrivaled rush of adrenaline as she brought the blade swinging around at unrivaled speeds using nothing but her minds eye , her will, and her muscles the muscles of the body that the demon god had given her. So now as she honed in she left her mind blank, yet seething with annoyance, the blade would jerk down roughly and if Kururai didn’t do something fast he was about to be skewered by it no infact he was about to be straight up chopped in two if he didn’t do something fast, as the swords edge made its way down and she kicked up blood splashing from under her sole, her eyes flashing around as she jerked the blade around behind her in time to cut another hollow in half, her eyes narrowing to steely slits as she would have flipped running forward jumping from her left foot mid run, the blade jerking around to slice through a hollows head, as she straight on pommel crushed the next hollows mask, then landing on both feet she turned around expertly swinging the sword again.
“..My turn..As khala did for me.. Let me beat some sense back into you lad”
She said the blade screeching against the ground as she kicked off running towards the opponent like a homing missile. Her feet slapping loudly against the pavement, rain drenching her hair, spleuching sounds coming from her feet as she stepped on bodies. Zig sagging through hollows, slaying left and right, her sword swings seemed to rip everything to pieces. Now as she had brought that blade forward again she without hesitation would have brought it for a upward slash using brute muscle and strength, hoping to sever one of kururai’s legs or half the mans body clean off as she had then quickly by switching from her left handed grip to a right handed grip brought the sword back around with a dizzying return stroke, striking and sparking off pavement as it would come up with intent to cut Kururai’s arm off if not dodged propely.
“.. We are all monsters, to become one who kills monsters, you must be willing to kill the monster inside yourself. Demons, Humans , Hollows, Shinigami’s , Vampires, God’s.. Angels… Iramasha , Conceptions given sentience. Guardians of hell, hybrids, half breed’s souls, life, dead. Everything’s a different kind of monster, so to kill the monster you must look inward for your first hunt. You want to be a killer of monsters?all I have to say is.. “
Her lips paused as she suddenly with a shock of sudden movement, switched her legs through a hop, ducking down and shifting to the right side, her frown turning into a dizzying smile as she looked up and practically frothing at the mouth said, as her arm brought the sword up , hoping to cut the other one of the lads arms off, or give him a wreck he’d remember..
“..WHAT A JOKE, YOU MONGREL WAKE UP”

Inami had spoken once more as Kururai exited the rip, as if she had anticipated his strike, but those words for all for naught as Kururai registered their meaning but not the actual words themselves. But even their meaning wasn't something on his mind. Instead, it was the blade which swinging towards him as Inami turned around. In such a maddened state, he hadn't taken notice to her reaction instantaneously like usual; despite his inherit ability to usually be able to sense and predict movement via acute sensing and the help of the Nether doing the actual calculating, Kururai was in a maddened state. And in this state, he didn't rely on acute sensing as usual.
The rapid about face Inami performed was followed by the swing of a blade that had screeched along the ground, sparks flying in reaction to her unfathomable speed. In turn, the blade went along to meet Kururai's own sword, making contact at its tip and swatting the blade away and out of Kururai's hand, Inami brought back her swing with the flat side of her weapon, slamming into him and throwing his body into a nearby wall like a ragdoll.
He wasn't done though. Flying towards the wall, bursts of Dimensional Energy controlled his flight, his feet landing and firmly planted onto the wall. Turning his head up, he could see Inami chasing after, this time his own sword in gripped in her hand. Rage was still present, and with that anger, he would act in return. A new sword expelled from his hand, brimming with the high amounts of Dimensional Energy he was letting loose--but even then, his supply was beginning to be exhausted. Already, he had let rampant a high amount from before, fighting the several scores of hollows. And after that, he used enough Dimensional Energy to regenerate an entire arm. Certainly, the gateway to the Nether further opened, the amounts he was producing which in turn powered his abilities increased by far, but it was still damaging to him, as he had not yet trained his body to the necessary strength to endure such massive amounts flowing through him.
His movements and reactions slowed down, and before he knew it, Inami was already before him, jerking down his blade to slash him in half; Kururai had gained a bit more awareness by now, as the leaking Dimensional Energy he exuded began to reach its limits, and his fueled rage was dimming down, despite still being quite vibrant in comparison. For now, he would have to avoid such mortal blow. In that moment, Kururai had raised his right hand which now held the new sword, blocking Inami's blow with a horizontal parry.
Following her slash was another about face, as she turned around to decapitate a hollow before pommeling into the mask of another. In quick succession, she turned around once more to face Kururai again, speaking words which this time would be comprehended in full. "..My turn..As khala did for me.. Let me beat some sense back into you lad." Rage filled Kururai once again as these words were expressed, but this time it was something more conscious, like he wasn't simply spewing out words he felt from within, but something said with actual thought. "Beat some sense back into me? What sense? What sense is there to be had in this?! Just as you said, monsters live to kill mortals--IN THIS MOMENT, I LIVE TO KILL YOU."
Drawing back his blade, Kururai pushed off the wall he once stood upon, bringing up his sword in a passionate burn of emotion. In the meantime, Inami's arms swung wildly, rapidly cutting cleanly through hollows left in right before raising her arms to slash right into him. In reaction, this time using acute sensing, he would sense the displacement of reishi as muscular movement would be recognised, allowing him to accurately predict her line of attack. As such, he rose his own blade, sliding it towards her vertical drop in the same manner, expecting it to effectively redirect her blade and slide it off, resulting in him being unharmed, and his own blade still going straight in for a direct blow.
Unexpectedly, her grasp of the blade switch from the left to right, bringing it back for an upward swing, interrupting Kururai from going straight for her open upper-body. Instead, he noticing the switch via acute sensing and reishi displacement, he reacted accordingly, jumping up above her head to avoid being hit--and on the descent down, he would rotate his body and hold his sword forward, dropping it down upon her head as she spoke, ".. You want to be a killer of monsters?all I have to say is.."
Not grasping what she said, he continued the drop to cut her body completely in half.

“..Rushing in recklessly, that is a weakness that you need to learn from.. .. Do you..-
Inami slowly said, after her blows had been parried partially, the blade moving like quick silver as it was struck. She still wasn’t using any spiritual or demonic energy, and the opponent seemed to be adjusting well. Parrying her next strike, and appearing above , unhinged and mad he dropped with both hands clenched on his sword, intending probably from what inami Guessed, to chop her pretty body cleanly and utterly in half. However as Inami looked up, her left foot skid back , the blade in her hand jerking up in a upward crescent, not blocking the sword; but slicing the mans wrists cleanly off using his own momentum to cleave through bone, and come out of the other side , the timing of this making it highly possible that the opponent wouldn’t be able to dodge it. Inami herself then with her other hand, jerked forward grasping the other blade as it would bite deeply into her flesh, causing her royal blood to well up, splattering as she would jerk it around, throwing it back like it was nothing bigger or heavier then a throwing knife. Hopefully catching an offguard opponent in the abdominal cavity, sending him flying back and ultimately if it worked as planned, impaling them against a wall.
”..-Think a blade like that could end my life? Or could even put me in danger of dying? Wake up, this is reality, not a dream. Is your anger clouding your judgement mongrel?”
She said as she would have twirled the blade around and around , the one in her palm scraping at the ground as she would have kicked off, her eyes widening as the sword jerked around, already corrupting from the demon royalty that was wielding it, seeping in her own energies. Becoming more in tune with her body. Becoming one with her, she was enjoying it, using this blade and swinging it. Being in tune with it, as she jerked it around then allowing the blade to glow as she would have sliced up, cleanly through the wall adjacent to where she intended her target to fall, her feet shifting as she had clenched her hand on the blade even more, her eyes narrowed like daggers which shown no remorse. No hate, just the intention to fight and to show a misguided being the error of their ways.
Shifting now, She would have turned her head her eyes narrowing into slits of raw anger as hollows by the thousands had come in waking her vengeance, and her anger on them for interrupting her most enjoyable fight. So as cero’s flew, her teeth grit visibly and the ground shook as her eyes flashed a deep purple, one massive blast of raw energy exploding from the blade as she swung it, causing a massive explosion which would mushroom and obscure the area with a dust cloud. The hollows would have vaporized blood flying in absolutely every direction as she could be heard in the middle of this to be yelling something at the top of her lungs.
“..MEDDLESOME SCUM, DON’T INTERRUPT ME WITH YOUR DRIVELING MAGGOT EXOSKELETONS AND NEEDLESS IRRITATING JIBBERISH. IF YOU WISH TO DIE, THEN DIE. BE GONE, DISSAPEAR AND KNOW YOUR PLACE. YOUR VERY EXISTANCE REEKS AND IS REVULTING , I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR Primitive scum.”
Inami said now, her mouth closing as she had left a massive crater behind them, her eyes shifting back to kururai, her hand clenching the handle of the longsword further, as she then would have kicked off and begun running, accelerating to immense speeds and suddenly appearing in front of him abruptly as if out of thin air, the sword cleaving down with all the intentions to rip the lad limb from stinking limb. Blood flying from the blade and moving in every direction as she bore down with all her force with that one swing, and said only one word to him from this slash one word which was met by an alien feral grin splitting her face apart and showing the monster she spoke of earlier as it surfaced.
“..Dodge”
She wasn’t asking, she was ordering him to move, to dodge to get out of the way. To allow her to truly teach him that killing a monster wasn’t as easy as saying you where going to kill a monster. So as hopefully the opponent got out of the way, the ground would cave, and explode jutting skywards in uneven chunks, turning the terrain into a rocky bed of boulders, crags, and skeletal remains of buildings which had been destroyed. Dust flying in every direction as Inami straightened up, clenching the blade tighter as energy pulsed in it, the steady stream, corrupting it, making it entirely hers.
Next she vanished jerking forward honing in on her opponent hopefully , her body appearing out of no where as the blade cleaved forward, her eyes narrowing as she would have said heartlessly. A single word, expecting for kururai to do nothing but follow her orders, now that he had shown his mettle, she was going to train him, turn him into the monster that he could and would become, to beat the sense back into him, and to teach him how to use his abilities to the fullest, which was why as her blade jerked around with bone crushing force , she said.
“..Block to the right”
Then she would have jumped back, flipping through the air and landing with her feet spread apart, her blade steadied in her hand, as she then leveled her gaze and said without remorse.
“You Can’t Kill What You Are. You Cant kill me either. You know why?”
Inami paused then said with a small cruel grin.
“..Because You’re a Monster Too. “
