Description
There was a spike in Hollow activity within the dome of Karakura and Osaka. The Hollows detected are merely small fries compared to the Menos from Hueco Mundo, but the variable anomaly was their organization was more structured, indicating that something has command over them. However, it is not an outbreak yet because they are only active in Osaka and Karakura. Nevertheless, Hollows within the domes are no less than a threat to security orchestrated by the Soul Society. Apparently, Osaka has heavy occupation of lesser Hollows while few lesser Hollows are spotted in Karakura City. It became imperative to deal with it discretely and quickly.
