Reasons For Upgrading: Naziel faced off against 3 Demon Soldiers whilst also in the presence of Styn. Naziel also fought using no Shikai and still managed to defeat the monsters, although not without injury. Therefore I'm requesting a tier upgrade.

Riiiight. Approving the tier upgrade and potentially boosting him to 3-3 unless other staffs say so. Dun be abusin' dis, man.
