But something strange was happening, he walked past the people and nobody noticed him. The Assassin of Fourth, he was known to be extremely skilled. His lips smiled as he looked ahead at the person of interest, the new third seat of this Division. The male wouldn't of noticed Tsukasa, he was using that extremely advanced training now as he vanished. The battle with Magnolia made an impression on him, he wouldn't kill still but that wasn't the problem here. One arm hit the male's shoulder as it gently wrapped around the neck of new 3rd seat. His lips curled into a happy smile as he spoke now, his presence revealed to everyone in the area. Fourth Division's happy Captain was simply an enigma like his father, he smiled as he let the words come out of his mouth. " Hey there, nice to meet cha..I'm Tsukasa the Captain of Fourth, let's be good friends.." He had an energy and warmth that dwarfed anyone here.

His eyes looked around, almost like child observing things, by touching the male's neck the way he did Tsukasa examined his skills as he smiled softly. This was pretty impressive, this one would be big someday. But that was neither here nor there. His lips kept this happy grin as he knew what would come next. Tsukasa couldn't call it little else than shock value. He was a serial hugging person. It was fun to spoke people like this, his white haori moved now as he stepped back gracefully with a big grin.
