It'd be nice to have it in, but damned near impossible to set up properly. Various nations and restrictions would limit their power immensely. I think it'd be best to hold off on the organization for a while, until we can properly sort it out. Keeping my vote for later, due to being stuck in the middle.

I say yes, because the current way things are going I think it would be good to give human's an organization that will help direct them in the right direction. The fact is the shinigami have an organization, the arrancar do too, and a few other races as well. So why not give human's something to that extent. A group that is maybe shadowy and hidden that has a sort of secret mission or purpose. Just my thoughts.

Katsumi, the "Shadow" Organization is the Hashiamatsujiyuu. Having another would be redundant.

And since it seems like more people are for it then against it, what would be the purpose of this human org? Like give me a name, their history, rankings and everything. I'm just curious as to what this org would look like before we approve anything.

Thinking about it, any human could potentially become a Sunriku through a ritual. Effectively you could have your human die and become a shinigami or hollow However, I still dont know bout any human orgs... hashimagicalthingy is new news to me too
