Ludalfa's Behavior

I'm bringing this up because myself and others find Ludalfa's behavior uncalled for and because its being let go on a case by case basis. I've thought about this thread for three days, ever since Ludalfa's made a gesture to Zetsurin, 'cums inside Zetsurin'. I don't care if you are a mod, stop. This is me finally complaining about his behavior, which from my view does not promote this site in a good manner. Its disgusting, and I haven't even seen Cookies go that far. Joking about penis is not fucking cumming in someone. The flying hell is wrong with you to even joke about that?

Imagine if potential members came in and saw that sort of behavior. Ones that were very interested but turned away once they saw how he was behaving. I've talked to Phantasia and Zetsurin on the matter, and its uncalled for completely. Zetsurin claimed she didn't see him say it to her, but Phantasia and I didn't miss it. You can go and tell me its 'joking' but do you really need to joke about something like that, Ludalfa? You even groped Phantasia and that was after she told you not to bite her. In fact, it was the next day when she politely asked you to stop, again. You overall ignored her and went about your business. Do you really think this is okay? People are not comfortable with you doing this. I've even stopped several perverted habits after seeing Tina and others didn't like them.

I don't like to speak up, since I am scared I'll be punched down like I am with my family. I hope you all won't be like them, and take this thread into real consideration since this is nothing sort of harassment on Ludalfa's part. I like you, Alfa. I do, but I'm tired of this behavior. People don't like it.

My opinion:

Even if it's just text, it's still harassment, as we are roleplayers after all. Ludalfa has been getting away with these lewd and perverted actions because people keep letting him or don't care. Well now it's beginning to affect people like me who do not appreciate it at all. It's disrespectful, it's harassment, and he keeps on doing it (only female members of course). So I am going to support Nitrogen with this matter because I frankly want it to stop. Ludalfa shouldn't be excused from the rules of the site.

Since this has been brought up, and it's been discussed in Staff actions will be taken shortly and progress will be made to rectify the issues that were brought up. On behalf of the Platinum Hearts Staff, we apologize for his behavior and appropriate repercussions will be taken upon the staff member in question. Again I sincerely apologize, and his behavior will not go unchecked. His punishment will be a multiple step process, that will we think be hopefully satisfactory.

Good evening,

Alright, I've been contacted about the problem and I am going to respond officially with a ten hour ban from xat. In addition to that, the admin team is giving him a warning not to repeat these actions. Failure to comply will result in termination of his moderator powers from xat and potential to be demoted or further more extensive banning. Luda means well, as he genuinely doesn't know better, so we hope to teach him from this incident and understand where boundaries lay. A written apology will come shortly from him and I hope this incident doesn't occur again.
