Reasons For Upgrading: Many years have passed from the canon giving Soi Fong ample time to grow and become a far more skilled Shinigami in several aspects of her fighting style, I am planning to update her app after my trial but I wanted to see to it she was given her proper stats and tier now.
What Are You Upgrading: I feel that Soi Fong is far stronger than 0-5 and to think otherwise is slightly insane. Hitsugaya on site is higher than her, I believe she's on par with him or slightly higher than him as both were growing at the same speed and equally skilled. I believe the following are where she would be in terms of Racial, the only two I am not absolutely certain on are Shunpo, Focus, and Zanjutsu. I will also give a suggestion for her will skills. Forget the Will and Tier.

Racial Skills:

Hakuda: Grand Master

Shunpo: Grand Master or Master

Zanjutsu Advanced or Master

Kido: Master

General Skills:

Durability:Master

Speed: Grand Master

Strength: Adept or Advanced

Weapon Skill: Advanced
Any Extra Notes: (Anything else you want to add?)

Alright, since I just got done checking all the canons that needed a will sheet? I'm not approving the will's listed in there as I just got done doing that. However, I will approve everything and give my 1st of two approvals for the Grand Masters.
