I just want to thread with someone. Garret Tanner is a member of the K-World research team, Sapphire Cross. He's not a card-carrying villain, but he is loyal to K-World by virtue of needing them and wanting to make sure he isn't seen as easily disposable. He's available as a low-level antagonist, someone with entirely too much free time, or someone who's looking for research volunteers. In particular, he's interested in researching Soul Force. Any SSE-using humans willing to undergo noninvasive studies would be greatly appreciated.
