With UHCM pretty much out of the picture, I am going to assume that Dr.Hebi and his family was able to overwhelm Yuu and bring down the Southern District. If there is any conflict with this, feel free to PM me, but this thread looks to be about done for the most part since it has gone months without an IC/OOC post. So it is time to hurry up and conclude this event.
