Ho'kay, I'm The Frost and I'll be reviewing your application today.

First off, can you please add more to your personality? I'm only asking for two paragraph's so we can get to know your character better. Just 5 sentences each.
Second, you are free to add more to your Shikai ability since it seems lacking. Probably one more paragraph, but that's up to you.
You should also have two paragraph's in your inner hollow. 5 sentences each
No recursion yet for your character, but you can leave it in the app for when he attains it through RP.

So, once those things are fixed, I can approve your application and you can start RPing.
