Personality

• Personality:

Impulsive: Saenai acts often without thinking about his actions prior--not to say that he never thinks about what he's doing, but Saenai's often the type of person to go headfirst, feet second. Oh, there's a fight going on? WHY NOT SEE IT FIRST HAND. Ever met someone who'd say that? Was his name Saenai?

Childish: More accurately, Saenai's immature. He has a poor sense of responsibility, and can't seem to get his head around being a proper adult, albeit only having been one for two years. Along with his childish demeanor, naturally stubbornness follows, but the foremost trait Saenai possesses in terms of immaturity is the lack of knowing the consequence of the action.

Intellectual: Okay, sure Saenai has some pretty bad traits gearing away from this characteristic; nevertheless, to be the world's foremost drug dealer requires some brains. Saenai? Sure, he's immature, impulsive and irrational, but when things get down, he still is capable of performing rational decisions with calculated thought. One might've not expected it, but Saenai can actually perform mental-calculations on an insane level. Paired along with eidetic memory, the dude can process information of all kinds and direct a response nearly as quickly as a computer of the 25th century.

Natural Attributes & Supernatural Powers

• Natural Attributes:

His superb intellects been mentioned already, right? Well, said intellect adds to his reflexive decisions. Saenai's senses aren't anything superb, but the processing speed and reaction to these senses are next level. It's quite possible for Saenai to respond to a gun nearly instantly. For instance, should someone point a gun at him, and be just about to pull the trigger? Saenai could react logically to such a situation, evading by running away or simply teleporting.

Not really a talent, but Saenai's body has adapted to be extremely durable. This is mainly due to his abilities often requiring it. For example, ending up through one of his portals going 1000kph, for whatever reason. Generally, without any support that could terribly damage a person, right? Well, in Saenai's case it'd be pressure that's easily countered. As such, his body's durability exceeds many expectations, as he has once been shot with a bullet and be left with a bruise. Do note, he's a blast at mafia parties.

• Powers: There's essentially only two abilities beyond the norm which Saenai is capable of performing: his more used 'portal' ability, and 'teleportation'. Both are talents he has been able to utilise since his young years, his portal-creation ability dating back as far as only months from his birth. As such, he's found to be extremely experienced with these talents, given that he's had them for 19 years.

• Pure Abilities:

Teleporting: This ability is more limited than the other talent Saenai possesses, for whatever reason. As it would seem, Saenai can't seem to exceed teleporting 300kg in one shot, to any distance. He can try, but nothing would happen. As for the distance, anything over 200kg (and under 300kg) Saenai may teleport to a maximum distance of 100 metres. As for anything over 100kg and under 200kg, the drug lord is capable of teleporting the item(s) to a maximum distance of 300 metres; below 100kg can go 500 metres. The uses of teleportation in a row hasn't been seen to have a limit necessarily, but Saenai hasn't ever tried to find the maximum. From pure estimation, Saenai believes that teleporting an object below 100kg 30 times within a specific timeframe (5posts) is the limit, and items beyond 100 but under 200 can go up to 20 times within the same timeframe; as you've guessed, above 200kg and below 300kg has a maximum of 10 times within the same timeframe. Things which are teleported and possess momentum retain their momentum. Saenai cannot teleport objects within organisms or into organisms without adequate empty space in-between them).

Float: The only exception to the above terms is what Saenai refers to as his "float" ability. In essence, Saenai does a rapid series of teleports on himself consecutively within a singular point in space; if done mid-air, technically he would be floating. Simple, right? Well, visually yes, but imagine all the calculations necessary to perform this successfully. Good thing Saenai's got some brains. There's not really any limit to this ability, and in essence he could float indefinitely, given that he's conscious to do it.

Portals: Something Saenai has used far more often, and from a younger age as opposed to the former ability. Saenai is capable of creating portals, a maximum circumference/perimeter of 25 metres. Yes, perimeter; ever seen a portal with edges? Saenai's got 'em. The portals created possess a maximum of 1000kg, without a limit of 1km away. Anything under 1000kg also carry a maximum of 1km distance. Everything carries a 1km distance. For some reason, except for himself. Saenai is capable of creating portals between dimensions even, and could travel continents using his portals, but his own body (and things in contact with him, including energy and air) can go through a portal that travels with nearly no limit in terms of distance or dimension. Of course, rationally speaking he's not going to enter extremely dangerous realms for no good reason (but then again, Saenai's exactly the type of person to do so...). The maximum amount of portals which can be open at one time is 10, and Saenai can link all these portals to each other. Saenai can also create 4 portals with their designated links, but without dissipating and re-creating these portals, re-link them to different portals. Saenai can open a pair of portals 30 times when they exceed a metre in circumference within the span of 5 posts. Under a metre circumference, Saenai doesn't really have a limit.

These portals retain no mass; they're essentially nothing. One cannot touch these portals, as they aren't matter. They're basically two rips in space, where objects can go through them and end up on the other side. So, would it make sense for someone to be able to come into contact with them? Saenai says yes--he's the only person who can treat his portals as physical items. For example, he can grab the side of the rip and throw them like frisbees if he wants. He can even stand on these rips if he so desires. In addition, he can control these portals movement without actually coming into contact with them. For example, he creates a portal a couple metres away and moves it towards him perhaps around 100kph. Furthermore, the speed of the portal's movement can be passed on if he so desires; if Saenai drops a portal onto himself at 100kph, he can pop up on the other side of the portal going 100kph as well. Saenai cannot create portals within organisms unless at least a volume equal to a cubic metre of space without tissue is present.

Background History

• Background: Saenai was born with the Osamerukami bloodline in him; during his fetal period, his mother, an ordinary housewife, absorbed the latent energies roaming about and apparently, they were passed on to Saenai.

The young boy--starting to walk and speak before 6 months of age--was instantly a trouble-maker at heart. He would often go about, somehow attracting mayhem in his wake and throughout the day. Left and right, he would hit tables and vases would drop, sugar would spill all over the kitchen, and even much danger followed. When he was once but a one-year old lad, Saenai went up to a shady looking character, as unfortunate as such an event would be, and immediately after kicking his shin, cussed him out (his father didn't necessarily hold back his language around Saenai). This caused quite a predicament, as said character was "shady"; the guy picked a fight and nearly stabbed Saenai's father to death. His father was good in track, and hasn't forgotten those old talents of his, thus escaping death.

Now, one would expect such a troublesome child to perhaps have some form of punishment, or way of containing his wild nature. Nope. Anytime his parents attempted to give him a timeout, spank him or worse, all he would do is open a portal and escape their anger. Yes. Saenai could use portals. It was an ability he could freely use since turning 9 months old. He truly was a handful for his parents; but, they loved him, and continued to nurture him as best as he could.

The years went by, and as usual Saenai contracted more and more trouble. He realised he wasn't too special, given that other people had abilities similar to his own; in fact, born in Karakura Central, Saenai went to Karakura High School, ending up noticing all the different sorts of people with supernatural abilities. One would expect the world had changed from the turn of the millenium, but oooh noo. Citizens still desired to fade away from the challenges of life, and guess what? There were ways of doing so dating back hundreds of years, and Saenai just so happened to know one of the ways: drugs.

The years went by, and in conjunction with his unique set of abilities, it was quite the easy thing to go around collecting money. In fact, Saenai hadn't even taken up the chance to graduate high school, despite his intellect. Expanding his connections and jumping upon a slim chance, Saenai had officially immersed himself in the criminal underworld.

A few years had gone by, and his abilities had allowed him to progress far into the underbelly of earth. His connections earned him an entirely new identity, him now being stated as most likely one of the most average citizens of Karakura. Corruption helped too, although those with corruptible minds had lessened by far throughout the few years which Saenai had joined the "dark side".

With his abilities and anonymity in possession, it was only a matter of time before he was one of the few standing on the top of the human underworld.
