Bladed Dynasty

He saw sky. Then he hit the ground with a grunt. He'd been rolled over the girl's back. He was about to move, when he felt his arm released, and his head between her legs. With a small groan, he tried his hardest to free himself, but to no avail.

Damn... it... He couldn't move. Not good. No matter where me tried to move, the girl was more powerful than him, and her strength was definitely something to be feared. What now? The redheaded Shinigami could all but utter a slight groan as he tried his hardest to struggle free, and alas, to no avail. He sighed, relaxing his body ever-so-slightly. There wasn't any way, even with his stamina reserves, that he was going to be able to get out of this one.

The Shinigami was good and stuck... Not. Turns out, the hand that Hinashi had grabbed wasn't gloved. A small grin crossed his face as he took apart the shield and struggled to move the Glaive around to her leg. He started to slowly push at first, and then injected his Reiatsu into the hit, trying to increase the force of the push and buckle the woman's leg.

Finally." Hinashi said with a grin as she extended his arm further across her body. The touch of cool metal brushed against her leg as she felt his body relax. She wasn't sure if this was a sign of his surrender or a trick to squeeze out of her hold. She kept the same pressure on his head but twisted his arm a little at the same time. While she was tightening her hold she felt something push on her leg. It was forceful at first, causing her to tighten her leg but then the force increased. She looked down and saw the glove pushing her leg away. That glove was odd, it was something she had never seen before. This things power was incredible, matching her own strength in a confined area. She didn't want to see what this thing could do unchecked.

Summoning all her strength she gripped her legs harder, "Bakudo Number 63 Sajo Sabaku." She said. This kido would bind the arms of Dai, in a attempt to stop the use of his gloved hand. Hinashi was already at her breaking point with this hold and could only keep control for another minute.

It happened. He was hit with a kidou, a high-level bakudo. With a soft sigh, the redhead dropped to the ground, unable to struggle anymore. And he was so close too! He sighed softly, and tried to roll out of her grip. Nope, he was still stuck. Fun, fun. With a groan, he finally spoke.

"Alright. You win. Can you let go of me now?" He waited for her grip to release, and then got up onto his knees, looking up at Hinashi with another sigh and a small nod.

"This is why I have Kiba Ookami - I try to remove the kidou threat before it reaches me... That's all I can do. I can't counter kidou with my own kidou, and I can't do much else to it either. I'm not really useful in that aspect then, am I?" He laughed nervously. All he could do was destroy the bonds, and yet if he couldn't move his hands, he was useless! He laughed to himself, and sat against one of the intact trees.

"I'm no kidou user, but I can stop it. That's my strength, I guess..."

Hinashi smiled as she let him go and got up slowly. She cracked a few of her joints with a loud pop and rubbed the bruise on her leg. "Not too bad, if that would of went any longer I would of had a few problems." she said with a smile. Brushing her hair from her eyes she sat back down on the ground and repacked her pipe. "All you need is a little training, its all about being repetitive. The more you practice, the better you get." Puffing slightly on her pipe, she stopped to let her finger drift in the smoke. "If you can stop kido, why not be able to cast them also. That would make you a almost unstoppable person."

The purple haze of her smoke clouded the area until a slight breeze caused it to swirl away. Hinashi stifled a yawn as she stood and grabbed her kimono. "Well its been a fun day but I think its time for a nap back home. It was very nice meeting you. Maybe we can do this again sometime soon." Hinashi waved as she walked away, heading back towards her divisions barracks.
