Reasons For Upgrading: I plan to use two of my skill upgrades from winnings in Of The Year on a few of his skills.

What Are You Upgrading: I'm pushing Hakai's strength up to Master along with a master in Hoho.

General Skills
- Durability: Master
- General Speed: Advanced
- Strength: Master
- Weapon Skill: Advanced
Shinigami Skills
- Hoho: Master
- Kidō: Advanced
- Zanjutsu: Advanced
- Hakuda: Grand Master
Any Extra Notes: For proof of this, look at Character of the Year winners, I came second and got two skill upgrades along with it.

☓	I don't see much of a problem with this request that you've posted up for Hakai. Therefore, I'm going to give it the approval it needs to be accepted and then I will move it into approved power upgrades after this post. From there, you'll need to add it in his app.
