Hope Seized, the Iramasha and Shinigami. Empty Hope Seized, the Iramasha and Shinigami.

He'd been named the Head Captain now, something was demanded and important. Tsubasa had decided to make a journey that few Head Captains had made. He was going to repair the damaged hope between the Iramasha and Shinigami. No this wasn't an act of war the Head Captain even sent a letter ahead of time. Tsubasa was serious, he had come here to talk face to face. Most leaders sent people in their stead, but that wasn't the way to gain trust. Tsubasa would go on this journey as the leader and do what he must to become the man they needed. His ideals and beliefs were of an impressive nature. Tsubasa's energy could be felt all the way across the entire settlement. His power was massive and he couldn't be hidden unless he desired it so. But not on this day, this day he would help rekindle the relationship that had been so poorly maintained over the centuries. The alliance of heroes which didn't save or protect the interests of one another. They were often times broken into small portions and unable to protect one another. This was not the way things had to be, they needed to change for the world to work better. Seizing Hope was his first objective, balance was now the second. He needed to repair the balance between the Iramasha and Shinigami. His people tried to often to rule others and this wasn't the way things had to be. They weren't meant to be above or below each other but equals. With the same purpose and goals and Tsubasa believed it firmly in his heart that reasoning this was the best option. His presence could be felt by anyone with even a bit of skill in sensing reiatsu. His presence was not meant to be hidden this time. Tsubasa came with the purpose of unity and working together with the Iramasha.

They were effective as a team and it was what the Soul King had intended to begin with. But as of late they'd been more on different ends of the spectrum. Reimu Iramasha, the diversity of the clans that lived here. Tsubasa had a couple people with him nobody would speak but him on this meeting. Tsubasa was going to do the talking, he was a man of few words and his actions spoke volumes. He promised to change the Gotei 13 for the better, making pretty speeches wasn't in his nature. Tsubasa would let his actions speak for him and in that light this would be the way to do it. This wasn't the only trip he planned to make and the other had Central 46 very concerned. But he had them willing to put faith in him, Tsubasa was going to Karakura where few if not any Head Captains had journeyed there. The battlefield Ichigo Kurosaki foguht so often upon, but it mattered little. Tsubasa had business here that couldn't be put off. The Iramasha clan was something important and as of late they'd suffered great losses as well.

But if the Iramasha and the Gotei 13, if they could work together and seize the hope they both deserved. If the two tore down the walls between them as a race. Perhaps things would be better, the crimes of past Iramasha had many doubtful but Tsubasa belief and convictions drove him forward. He would make this happen as he quietly waited for them to come. His promotion and first act as Head Captain was to make the relationship with the Iramasha stronger and to bring the alliance as close together as he could. Mana and Kin wouldn't sit on their rears forever. The fact of the matter was this was the best way to protect their interests and grow stronger. Strong enough to protect the innocent and prevent what happened last time in Malaysian lands from happening again. He'd not been present for that, but he'd heard about it. The battle would of been different had been present and he was aware of it. Tsubasa made it a mental note of how the war would be with the Gotei 13 working as one unit. A unit working with the alliance and trying to protect the balance that they were sworn to defend.

His choice was made, the Iramasha would soon make their own choice as to how they felt. Only time would tell how the divide between these two people would either grow or shrink.

Well, today was certainly going to be an interesting day, wasn't it? The air within the isle in the heavens seemed to be thick, hot and filled with tension. From the looks of it, there a load of activity going on in this clan as they prepared their troops, people and leaders to make their visits to the human world after establishing a base within the depths of Earth. Through the will of the Iramasha Military, they were now taking a more proactive hand in the circumstances occurring in the living realm and were ready to strike at any moment. They weren't going to allow this to descend any further into chaos; as their figureheads had made it all too clear that if they remained in such an inactive state, eventually, one day, this war would come to their own front door. It's why when the Diplomatic Figures attained messages from the Soul Society, they were more than ready for what was going to come next as a result of it.

Having received word from the Gotei 13 that the likes of their Captain Commander was on the move, apparently this individual had set forth plans to speak with the higher-ups of the Iramasha. Henceforth, The Iramasha Military Leader commanded his men to simply be on stand-by as he'd come down himself in order to investigate and greet the Division One Captain of the Thirteen Court Squads for his own satisfaction. Without this approval, or clearance as to who this male was, the likes of their commander, Koichi Iramasha, most likely would have blown the threat out of the sky. This is because the Iramasha are very selective on who comes into the homeland and who doesn't. Similar to the way the Gotei 13 has their Seki Stone set in place to ward off intruders, this barrier and separation from others allows The Iramasha Clan to filter out those who seek to do their island harm and phase out any sort of threat, enemy or wood-be criminal looking to cause trouble for their people.

At any rate, before Tsubasa could even make it to the top of the hill which lead to the entrance gates of the Iramasha Clan, Koichi was already in pursuit to that location. Prior to his arrival, the likes of the Loyal Hound was seen standing upon a mountainside in one of the forestlands of the colossal island in the sky. In this moment, most of the males attire seemed to be extremely basic in nature. For starters, the only article of clothing that could be noted from the individual was that he seemed to be wearing a pair of black pants which gave off the appearance that they were very loose in it's fitting; along with the fact that there appeared to be The Iramasha Clan's symbol embed with a white marking on the front part of his upper left pants leg. Thus, with that said, the only additional accessories to this get-up were a pair of bandages wrapped and compressed around his hands and arms, in addition to the Iramasha's feet, ankles and lower legs.

Piercing his crimson eyes to the greenland scenery before him, he'd begin to twitch his slade shaded canine ears which blended in seamlessly with his raven black hair. Swaying his lengthy tail that extended a few feet, a confident smirk etched itself across The Hound's face as he became aware of Tsubasa's presence even from this obscene distance. To him? Following that Australia blowout, it seemed that everyone's nerves were on short order. War was in the air, tension consumed the known realms and the outbreaks for alliances were echoing throughout the inner circles of known organizations such as The Iramasha, Gotei 13, Yayjuu, Vizard Corps and so forth. It was time to gather the allies needed for this truly trying year and Koichi was more than ready to face it head first. So locking on to the vicinity of his guards and The Captain Commander's energies, his eyes would briefly flash a brighter shade of scarlet before utilizing Chaos Warp to teleport himself to their location within a few seconds.

Appearing in a burst of brightened light, The Devil Hound stood at the top of this peak with his arms folded as he had the seem smirk across his face as he stared at the likes of Tsubasa Unabara face to face. Motioning for the Iramasha Guards around them to keep their distance, a few of the soldiers around them started to back up as the knew better than to go against the direct orders of their commander. Without his men getting in the way, after all, The Military General could size Tsubasa up in order to figure out what it is that this male seemed to want. There was no doubt in his mind, after all of the speculation reached from the battle of Australia that this guy wanted to address the actions of the Iramasha. So, as he let out a soft chuckle, he'd utter these first greeting words to the likes of the Gotei 13's Leader:

"Oh, so I take it you managed to find our little paradise in the sky, huh? Well let me be the welcoming committee on this day and greet you into our humble little abode. My name is Koichi Iramasha, otherwise known as the Leader behind the Iramashsa's Military. I take it your Tsubasa Unabara, no? My associate and fellow Iramasha Leader, Reimu Iramasha, has already informed us of you two's greeting on that fateful day in Australia. So we're aware of who you are already to an extent. However, I am curious to know, what brings you here to this island ours?" Having uttered all of that out in the open, a more intrigued expression came across the hound's face as he started to move his coal shaded tail back and forth from side to side. With this pause in his speech, hopefully he'd get an answer to some of his questions that were asked to the Captain in arms. Meanwhile, he'd take a quick glance to his side to see if there were any more of his guards in sight. There was whispering going on in the background as they conversed with one another, but that was merely because of the presence of Koichi himself and what this meeting might entail if the two of them got into a serious scarp or downright dirty meeting.

So, turning his sights back on the likes of Tsubasa, he'd go on with his pressing questions, words and dialogue in order to decipher this encounter further: "As I'm very certain you didn't come all this way just for milk and cookies, am I correct? You should feel assured in knowing that whatever you need to say to those behind these walls of ours can be easily relayed through me if your words aren't up to par. We can't let just anyone through here, hehehe. That's why I'm very interested to hear more of your story and what brought you here. This is only the beginning of many trials you'll await if you plan to make a long-term stay on this little home of ours."

With that much said for everyone to hear in the vicinity, Koichi would await to see what his reactions, response and words were to the events that had transpired. Would they be recepted in a positive manner, or would things turn violent? These were things that were up to the hand of fate and all The Male could do now was watch as the actions that followed would be heavily montiored by The Iramashsa's keen, canine insticts in case one wrong move was made on this day. Between these two individuals, civil unrest between the Iramasha and Gotei 13 could result; or a glorious harmony between the two organizations could be worked out. Words must be chosen carefully from this point onward.

Hiroshi didn't know what to think of this meeting. It's importance was that vastly beyond what he could comprehend, but the danger if it went south was also there as well. Being Tsubasa's former Lieutenant he was asked to be one of the people whom accompanied him as he went to talk with the Iramasha. Hiroshi did not feal fear, or unsteadiness towards this situation. He felt honor that Tsubasa would choose him to accompany him on this extremely important trip. Tsubasa in Hiroshi's eyes was not just his Captain Commander, but also his master. The one whom had shown him how to step upon his true path and how to wield a sword correctly.

Walking to the right behind Tsubasa Hiroshi wasn't shaken so he kept his calm in the extremely delicate situation that this was. In order to be as respectful as possible Hiroshi wore his traditional Shinigami attire with his Lieutenant band to the right hand side as he had always. He wore his Zanpakutō to the left side of his waist and his hands were at his side so as to allow there to be no suspicion of him doing any wrong doing.

Hiroshi had been explained the great importance in the situation that they found themselves in and was ordered to remain silent. Hiroshi never really spoke as it was, so doing so was fine by him. His input was anywhere near as important as Tsubasa's so that also allowed him to remain that way. Hiroshi's objectives upon this trip were first to ensure that Commander Tsubasa's well being was not harmed, and that if it did turn south to if need be give his life in order to allow Tsubasa to live. To Hiroshi his life in the grand scheme of the Gotei 13 was only but a pawn compared to Tsubasa's which stood at the highest point.

As they approached the settlement Hiroshi remained silent as he followed Tsubasa. The wind brushed against them both as it glided across the grass around them. For some reason even though this was an extremely intense situation it allowed Hiroshi some sort of comfort. This wasn't them walking into the enemy territory these were friends, and we were here to mend the relationship which had undergone it's tribulations through out the years.

A few moments passed as they continued to walk when at the blink of an eye a man appeared in front of them. Now Hiroshi wasn't startled as much as just watching what actions Tsubasa would make, and what actions the man would make. In a moments notice if he went to attack Tsubasa, Hiroshi would step in, but it seemed this visit was of that of another kind.

Listening to the man explain who he was an question Tsubasa, Hiroshi recognized the name. Formerly being a part of the 12th Division of the Gotei 13 he was given briefings on other races and organizations. This man seemed to have reasons based off the protection of his home, and that is something that Hiroshi understood all too well. While his guards backed up he understood his reasoning and did not see him as a threat, but as a person alike to himself. Someone whom had the best intentions of his home and what he held dear in mine. With that in mind Hiroshi stood silent with his arms still down to his sides looking towards Tsubasa for a response. while always being ready to step in and die on his behalf.

Tsubasa listened calmly letting the words reach him and taking them for what they were. "Thank you for the offer, but I can speak.." Tsubasa said politely to the offer, he prepared himself to speak a long sentence. Tsubasa was a quiet man who spoke only when it mattered. What he'd been thinking of was much larger than an alliance to fix them. Tsubasa got to see the problem as a whole and it was something he had to fix. The Balance, no his heart demanded it be handled and Tsubasa would follow it. "I have been troubled lately, when I look back on the war of Australia. No the Iramasha Moonie's actions and what the Iramasha did was not the troubling thing to me. The enemies and how well they worked together as though a unit, in some cases coming to the aid of Monsuta successfully. In others our might won out, but it shouldn't be that way..Losing as many people as we did isn't something I can accept. Now I know many of you believe I may of come for retribution or an alliance..I have come for a purpose different than that...I believe a coalition must be formed of the greatest warriors our organizations have..I am not claiming to lead them or guide this, the Vanguard has been silent for many moons. " He went quiet to let the words sink in, Tsubasa didn't believe an alliance was enough not to deal with the threat of the larger problem of Shadow Fall and K-World. Not to mention the Vandenreich which had made an appearance in the war. Things weren't right, how he hated talking this much. But he needed to make his point clear Tsubasa didn't believe himself fit to lead as he closed his eyes for a moment. Thinking back to the moment when this thought came to him.

During his training he came up with the conclusion that an alliance wasn't enough. So a coalition was the answer that came forward and perhaps it would be denied. But the fact of the matter was that they needed a change, not something small as an alliance. But a Coalition of representatives for each Race. Leaders representing the hope of their people. Taking action to better the world that is around them he looked at Koichi now. "An alliance between us will aid our people this is true, but something more is needed now..I do wish for the Iramasha and the Shinigami to work as one as intended by the Soul King from the beginning..But from what I have seen of our enemies...This cannot just be the Shinigami and the Iramasha, it must be far larger than just us..Iramasha, Ziamichi, Vizard, Suigura, and Shinigami..We must work as one to defend the balance of this world..Our enemy is strong and have shown that they will do what it takes to win working as a true alliance..An organization or a Coalition of representation for each race..Is what I believe will aid us, working as a single entity for one purpose. Peace and making this world safe for the generations to come..I live and fight for a better tomorrow..to make the next day greater than this one..I do not speak often or consider myself good at it..I am a man who has to allow my actions to speak for me..so I'll say this once alone.. When the Iramasha need aid the Gotei 13 shall come and give it.. Tsubasa made his message clear now, leaving it to Koichi to take it how he would. Tsubasa didn't hesitate or say anything more about the Vanguard, as they both knew it was true. Many of the members and leaders had been missing for ages. So now Tsubasa had suggested a game changer, something that would change the very flow of the war. Tsubasa's plan was large and what Koichi had to say would see what would happen. Tsubasa did make one thing clear, his focus centered in on them as he waited. He and the Gotei 13 would answer the Iramasha if aid was ever needed, it wasn't much of one for speeches. This was the beginning perhaps of a sour note, he didn't let the actions of Moonie bother him as he wasn't himself at the time and things had to be done. But the fact of the matter was, the enemies acted as a better unit than they had. Less would of died on the allies side had they been working together and Tsubasa noticed it right away. Tsubasa wasn't a talker and even said his actions would speak for him. He would say one last thing as he looked at them fire burning in his eyes with determination hardened as his resolve was strong. "I shall surpass Head Captain Yamamoto..that's my goal."

Well, from the looks of things, it had appeared that this assembly of Iramasha and Shinigami were beginning to grow larger in number. Keeping a keen eye on his surroundings, The Iramasha Leader would raise his arm in the air to give a swift single to those under his wing not to attack the new presence he felt coming to the vicinity. Why was that, you may ask? Sensing the spiritual pressure of the individual, it reeked of a Shinigami's scent to Koichi's instincts and with a logical bit of deduction, it wasn't hard to deduce that this male was most likely in partnership with the Captain Commander in front of him at the moment. Detecting that energy which radiated off of the raven haired Death God, The Royal Hound assumed he was simply his Vice Captain and gave him a nod of the head when the Shinigami started to make his presence known to the others around the area. "So, it looks like that this little gathering of ours is beginning to turn into a crowd it seems. Will there be anymore guest joining us today? I'd be interested to know." Taking a glance at Hiroshi's eyes, then peering over to Tsubasa; it honestly didn't matter much to the Iramashsa if they did answer this question or not as they'd make preparations regardless at this point due to the frequency of these guest appearing on the island.

Giving them each a few moments to let his words be heard by the other Shinigami males, The Royal Hound soon started to begin to folding his arms together and swaying his lengthy onyx shaded tail carelessly in the wind from side to side; with the twitching his ear made apparent every few seconds as he digested the information that Tsubasa given him. While Moonie Iramashsa's actions were indeed a case that the clan was going to tend to soon enough, especially with the likes of Reimu wishing to discipline him for interfering with the war, The Hybrid himself agreed that indeed this man wasn't the main problem of the war. In spite of that, though, he'd entirely disagree with them not working as a unit and would soon correct these misconceptions that the Commander of the Gotei 13 had been uttering out to him as he seemed blatantly oblvious to the actions he set forth for his Iramasha in that Battle for Australia so many months ago.

"Ah, Moonie Iramashsa. I've heard his role in that war and I feel rather perplexed about that individual myself. I'm not sure he was suppose to be assisting our allies or defending the enemy with the actions he chose in that battle. In fact, hahaha, you can rest assured that one of the Iramasha's within the circle of leaders in our clan are going to deal with his actions soon enough. After all, he left that Miko girl you were fighting alongside quite infuriated with the rhetic he was spewing at her. I'm sure you must've seen the clash between those two, correct?" Briefly pausing for a moment, the tone of Koichi's voice started to soften as his smile eased over and a more easygoing vibe had been pitched from his tone; but he still seemed quite composed, serene to the core and very critical minded of the circumstance at hand. Nevertheless, for some reason or another, maybe it was the fresh air, perhaps it was the cause of these special guest arriving; but a force within him felt rather jovial today.

After coming back to the frontlines, The Hybrid Iramasha has done nothing but bury himself within paperwork, various sorts of drills involving the members of the Iramasha Military, getting back on the grind to the intensity of his training to deal with these threats in the new world they must now face and taking out most of his sorrow, pain and agony in the multitude of fights he has been involved in for the past three months since The War for Australia had concluded. Through all of this hard work, immense dedication to his craft and pouring every ounce of his waking moment into this cause; the passing of his wife was more than suppressed for the time being due to the fact that there was simply too much for the Iramasha to do in this very pressing time of incredible change within their land and throughout the known realms. Although, there were certainly points where this despair within himself exploded like a raging volcano to the surface and sinked it's teeth into whatever miserable target was on the agenda to take down.

As many noted, during his fight against Yako Grim in Toowoomba's city limits, the Iramashsa had acted savagely, beastly and utterly aggressive; showing no signs of restraint as he let the threshold of suffering within his soul become released out to the world and heavily inflicted upon his opponent to quell the inner beast within his mind, body and heart. Thus, as he started to phase back into reality to get his head out of the clouds, the words of Tsubasa woke him up from this daydream and he'd let out a content sigh to at least know that today wasn't going to be very...upsetting...mentally speaking of course. A conversation with this man and his people was certainly eons more comforting and easy than compared to sitting within the solitude of his mind, staying idle within his well of despondency and turning a blind eye to that which aches his heart.

Henceforth, deciding to clear things up further with that which Tsubasa addressed, the time for Koichi to continue onward with his dialogue with the Captain had soon came up: "I'm going to have to say, in regards to our efforts in the war, I think you've simply become rather...blind to the motions, actions and results of that battle. I understand you were preoccupied with that battle in the Golden Coast, but surely you've had time to review all of the reports from that clash now, have you not? Were you not aware of the fact that my men were steadily assisting in the rebuilding of war torn cities? Or how about one of my Iramasha Elites, Cirno Iramasha, working together with the Vanguard to secure the city of Wollongong? Perhaps you've heard of Toki Iramasha's efforts in Alice Springs? Hehehe, heck, at the very least you've seen Reimu Iramasha assist you in Golden Coast with maintaining that city; as she was the only one attempting to recover the damage done to that metropolis and placed the barrier around it to protect it.

From what I've observed in that battle, in fact, we held our ground strongly within it compared to efforts made on Earth in the past couple of years, would you not say? The Yuudeshi's, Yayjuu, Vizard Corps, Gotei 13, Vanguard and Iramasha were all working together in order to fend off the likes of the Monsuta from having a grasp on that country. Morale has been heavily crushed in that organization and it's on the verge of death the last I had heard. Collecting that bit of information, I'd say our combined efforts together had proved the difference in that war. So, while you may arrive to our island with good intents, I believe you are a bit more late for the talk of an alliance....because we've already established one with the Shinigami. We've never been against the Gotei 13, as we're merely two organizations working towards the same goal at this point. A coalition wouldn't make that much of a difference in my opinion because we'd still need to conduct ourselves properly as a unit; yet alone the mishaps of various cultures colliding with one another.

Instead, I purpose we simply work as the likes of The Yayjuu, Vizard Corps and Vanguard do on Earth and have a better means of communication with one another along with allocated resources. You can have all of the coalition's you want, but it will prove futile and useless if you cannot achieve a sense of understanding and direction for the people behind this front. It's why I believe the likes of Shadow Fall, The Kokuryuteshi and The Monsuta, along with all affiliations to them, work so swiftly together: they have a transmission of intelligence, tools and people to give them the professional discourse of guidelines and instructions during war to make their force truly something to be trifled with.

So in the end, I agree with the fact that our various factions throughout the organizations should work together more often, I do not agree with the means of it because the purpose of what you speak of is already in existence; you'd merely need to ask us and we'd be there to assist. You have my support at the conclusion of it all and I can certainly see the other leaders of these followings doing much the same now that war seems almost imminent for this year."

Now, taking a long exhale of breath after uttering his assessments on the war in Australia, the point of view from Tsubasa and the stance of the Iramashsa a whole; the next few minutes we're going to be rather interesting to watch take place as he'd give sharp observations as to how they would react to these words he spoke out. Would they take that which The Iramasha Leader said the wrong way? He'd certainly hope not. The intent of all that he had discussed was in the notion that based around what The Captain Commander proposed appeared to be an urgent issue, but the means of achieving it was already in place and the method in which he implied was certainly unnecessary. For, in Koichi's point of mind, great progress has been carved out over the past few months in this effort mentioned. This is because The Iramasha had been noticed so much more interaction with the world since that point in time. So from where things stand now? The way to improve this performance is through better guidance, swift direction and constant stream of communication. These were the methods which were going to be the tools that made a difference in stepping forward from here on out. And, consciously, this was a step that The Iramashsa Military would heavily support.

Though, in any case, a more confused expression steadily crept across the face of The Hound's face in regards to him stating that he desired to surpass the now late Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto. With a cocked eyebrow, he'd ponder how this had much relevance in the conversation they were having. It made him question if he was merely talking to himself, or just making these claims to make them. It made no difference to Koichi as brute strength alone wasn't going to get you anywhere unless you had absolute power; which is one thing in the universe that did not exist. Therefore, before closing out everything, he'd address that bizarre announcement.

"Well, that's certainly a fine goal you pose there, but I have little idea as to how that is related to your stance on these matters. I will say that you can have all the power in the world, but it won't make much of a difference if the foundation in which you stand upon isn't entirely up to par. The strength that lays vested within me is indeed strong; yet without a disciplined mind, knowledge and experience behind my belt I'd be nothing more than just another brute fighter. So, I say to you, don't focus so much on that desire to surpass someone; but rather, retrain that focus into actually progressing what you have now and not adhering to some relic of the past. Trust me, trying to make your movements based on someone long dead in the past will get you nowhere in the future. I understand that sentiment all too well, my friend."

Sounding slightly more somber towards the end of his speech, The Iramasha soon closed his eyes and chuckled slightly as a vision of his wife briefly flashed inside of his head; quickly being followed by the months of eternal blackness that took place and essentially freezing his mind within that place of time to make himself disconnected, detached and severed from the present and never allowing himself to move on towards the future until that fateful day in Australia where something within him...snapped. The chains of bondage which held him in captivity for all of that time no longer seemed as important as plainly dealing with that pain, accepting his lost and trying to get on with things as best as he could. In this, the history was no longer important and he'd have to mend his own path in to a brighter tomorrow....somehow...someway.

Hiroshi listened as Koichi acknowledged him and wondered if more would come. For him this wasn't a question he could answer so he just did as he had thus far and remained silent. To make sure to be polite as possible, and to lack as much suspicion as possible Hiroshi stepped forward to the right and slightly bowed introducing himself

"I am Hiroshi Saito. I am pleased to meet you."

Hiroshi then rose back up into a standing position and continued to listen to Koichi and the conversation between the two.

Hiroshi didn't get the complete briefing on Moonie Iramasha's actions during the war, but he got the gist of it. He trusted fully that the iramasha leadership would be able to fully deal with him the way they saw fit. Because he was a part of the Iramasha it was up to there discretion for what they would do with him.

As to the contribution in the war the Iramasha did have a large impact, but so did the Gotei 13. There was no thought that they were of lesser force in the war, but together Shadow Fall, Kokuryuteshi and Monsuta moved better. They not only had parallel goals, but were able to work as one in order to accomplish them. Especially with the state of Earth as it currently was it was evident that they had not been able to make a good enough of an impact against what enemy Organizations had. The Iramasha and Gotei 13 shouldn't just have parallel goals, but should be able to work alongside each other in a combined effort to complete their goals.

Koichi didn't understand what he truly meant, but it wasn't Hiroshi's place just yet to do anything, but stay silent and await what Tsubasa had said.

Hiroshi had no problem with what Koichi had been saying so far, but if he were to take any sort of offense towards Tsubasa then it would be tough for him to hold back his words. Tsubasa is a great man of Honor and Respect and though no one is perfect he would lead the Gotei 13 into a new and better era.

Tick.. Tick.. Tick.. A small pocket watch began to tick silently in the empty room of Azure's home, the blinds were drawn and the world around him seemed to not exist. The world was a matter of fiction for the male that did not seem to care about most these days. Kicking off of his desk, Azure stood silently as he looked around, beginning to stretch violently as he yawned loudly. "I am beyond tired these days... Waving his hand to the right, Azure sent a small vibration throughout the air to cause the room's blinds to shoot open, the windows smacking against the outer wall of the Hybrid Iramasha Mansion. Taking a small step forward the male seemed to quickly make his way from the desk to the grounds of the Hybrid Iramasha Mansion, the thick air hitting him like a semi. The sun the was high, the air was thick and the Iramasha Island seemed to be moving as one.

The Iramasha were hard at work as usual, a group of people that never seemed to truly stop doing what they believed to be right. The Iramasha were a people that believed that family was a value that everyone should hold, they believed that people should work together, they believed that those who needed protection would receive it. At least, most of the Iramasha of Iramasha Island believed these few and strong values of the people. Azure was among the many that seemed to believe in these values, even if he wasn't the type to go out of his way for his immediate family, not those who he grew up with to say the least. Moving slowly through the fleeting streets of the Island, Azure thought to himself on the matters of the current day. Previously, a week or so before that very day, a letter arrived on Iramasha Island stating that the new Captain Commander of the Gotei 13 would be paying the leaders of the island a simple visit, wishing to speak on the Gotei's behalf. This wasn't the first time Azure would have come into contact with the man, nor would it be the last most likely. The male's name was Tsubasa Unabara, a powerful Shinigami that thought it would be beyond helpful to all of the worlds that the Iramasha and the Shinigami work on common ground. Usually, Azure wouldn't bother with this type of interaction due to his constant statements of how the Iramasha needed to work with all of those who are intended on protecting themselves and the human world, against those who wish and seek to destroy or control everything in their path. Azure has stated this thousands of times and yet his words have gone silent, until Koichi, his brother, took it upon himself to invade on Australia to protect those that live there and to end the tyranny of The Monsuta, an org that was run by evil or harmful vizards. Azure appreciated this act that his brother had taken, and with that, being one of the one reasons as to why he was going to entertain Tsubasa's request to see the leaders of the Island.

Twitching his ears slightly, Azure began to erect a pulsating sound throughout the area around him, spamming the large Island as he smiled. Tsubasa had finally arrived, yet this wasn't the only person that would be in the same vicinity of the meeting area. Koichi Iramasha, his older brother, and a young Shinigami were both with Tsubasa, it seemed that the meeting had already started in some way or another. By kicking his foot against the ground quietly, Azure use the sound vibrating off of his foot to release a small amount of chaos energy to envelop his body and to transport him to the three male's that were meeting. The area was grassy, the world around him seemed to be filled with flowers and hills. It was the front gates leading to the bustling streets of the Island, an area that wasn't very fitting for such a meeting but it would be held their none the less it seemed. Stepping into the area from his chaos warp, Azure listened to his Brother and Tsubasa speak back and forth for a small amount of time while he contemplated what he himself would say.

"I know I shouldn't speak in such a tone to neither you nor my brother, Tsubasa, but I believe that you both fail to see the clear point that truly sits here, on a small pedestal that seems to be surrounded by not only our organizations but The Yayjuu, Vizard Corps, and Vanguard." Azure spoke up once Koichi and Tsubasa had stopped speaking, his intentional respect trying to be shown as he spoke to the two leaders. His words came out simply and bluntly, his opinion being one that he didn't think would be valued on the level that either Koichi's or Tsubasa's would be. Turning his head to the Shinigami that accompanied Tsubasa, he turned back to his brother and Tsubasa and began to speak.

"You both make valid points and you both have highly valued opinions both in my eyes and many others, but you fail to understand what is truly said to be the biggest problem here. There or hundreds of people wishing to take what they believe is "rightfully" their's on earth, organizations such as The Monsuta that was held high control over Australia and the large organization Shadowfall, a org that is hell bent on obtaining land for themselves. While yes, these organizations are the "big baddies" of our times it doesn't mean we should be so bluntly obvious about knowing this. Look at the destruction on earth that has been caused by the individuals that work for these organizations, do you not understand that what they have done is radically insane?" Azure stepped from one side to the next, pacing slowly as he began to speak fluently and with a small flow that could just barely be sensed.

"Not only do the Gotei and Iramasha need to work together, but as a whole we all need to work together to keep the worlds in check, to keep a balance of sorts. I've said this thousands of times and each time I have tried to make my point clear I have gone unnoticed. I know that I am not the best of leaders I truly understand that I am prone in to disappearing from sight and ears for quite some time, but I am here when I am needed am I not? I try my best and yet the warnings I had given multiple times have gone unheard. We all need to work together. The Iramasha will be there for the Gotei when they are in trouble, or at least those that wish to stand by me in this choice will be there. And I am sure that if we do that you will in turn make the Gotei be apparent when we are in need will you not Mr. Unabara?" Azure knew greatly of this man, his acts are some that are.. very hard to follow. He is a murderer, he is a saint, he is a male that has protected those that needed protection. As cold as he may seem on the outside, Tsubasa has a heart... as thick and covered as it may be. And his brother, Koichi Iramasha. This man had a large heart as well, wishing to help those in need whether they were family, friend, or stranger. Azure had learned a lot from the man and even believes that his brother is one of the most... courageous, if not brave people in the world. Azure held both of these men at a high level of respect, as highly as he would hold his putrid father Ketsu Iramasha. Finally stopping his pacing, Azure cracked his neck and fingers, causing the sound to radiate throughout the air.

"Look, we have leaders on this Island that will stand by the Gotei if I am not mistaken. I myself is one of them, Reimu Iramasha most likely being another. I believe my brother will help anyone in need and I know for a fact that my uncle, Halo Iramasha, will be kind enough to lend a hand to those in trouble. As it stands... I believe that we need to work together as a single people, and I'm sure you're willing to do so are you not Tsubasa? Forgive me if I am wrong, but do you not agree that if we bounded together that the people of earth would have the protection they needed and that those of us in the soul society would obtain the alliances we need. So please.. if I am of any wrongful speaking or idiocy in my small little speech you need to let me know, other wise, why do we need such a meeting to make it clear that we need allies when it's simply a given that we should be allied...?"

Azure smiled at the two, placing his hands behind his head as he giggled like and idiot. "Besides, everyone needs a few friends don't they?"

Toki Iramasha
Heir to the Iramasha Guard

It was in Toki's opinion going to be quite a day, and to start it off was the typically routine of things, but something that he knew that was happening had arrived. It was the arrival of the Gotei 13's Captain-Commander, which Koichi Iramasha was going to be meeting with today. From how things occurred in Australia, he could already tell himself without even being hinted at, the topic of discussion between those two great leaders. At first, Toki was deciding whether or not he should go to it, as Koichi was capable enough with handling the talk and details. But, in response to that Toki remembered that he indeed would have to eventually lead the guard himself. So it would most likely be best for him to attend even if he had nothing to add to the matters at hand regarding the Clan and the Gotei. So after he was able to leave his routine without disrupting a major portion of the Guard, he did so and left whatever was urgent, in what was suppose to be capable hands, as people would say. So, shortly after the arrival of Azure Iramasha, Toki approached the increasing number of participants, however Toki himself really didn't know if he would be involved in the discussion.

For the time being, he would just stick to the background until someone took notice of him and acknowledge him or asked him a question directly. His plan for the time being was to just merely observe how Koichi was handling this and only jump in if some of concern caught his attention or something was said that was interesting or he didn't fully understand something. Toki knew that it was definitely a different feeling being here at a meeting among such strong people, he was no one who often was use to such gatherings in this manner unless it was for a mission briefing in the Guard or regarding some kind of task. It was here that Toki would truly learn the tools of peace as the two leaders would speak to hopefully bring the two sides together on better terms. Toki personally knew the tools of combat and deception far too well to be so involved in this off the get-go. As a shapeshifter, the Angel of Change, he had the capabilities of transforming into any that he has touched, and he may change his voice to match any that he has heard so long as he knows what voice or person that he is intending to use.

It seemed that as a leader that Azure wanted to ensure that the objectives set here were completed and properly understood by both sides as he spoke. It was also during this time that Toki took notice of the second Shinigami that was present with the Captain-Commander. From what he could guess from the looks of things, he was either a subordinate or a good friend of Tsubasa. Although he could also very easily be both or some that could completely throw Toki off on his guesses. With him now present, that made this a total of five people present for this meeting specifically. He could only guess that more would follow after him, but how many was a question along with why they were coming here. He hoped that no troubling news would come from either side that could possibly ruin this meeting, for this was something that they, the people of Earth, and the Earth itself needed to live in peace. Should something arrive on the Iramasha side of things, he would most likely take care of it before it take a shot at Koichi's focus for this meeting.

Tsubasa remained silent for a bit taking everything in. Letting the worlds go into his mind function like the first Shinigami super computer, his mind thought on what each person had said. Taking it to thought, it seemed like Lord Azure was in agreement with him. Things couldn't do much less, Koichi suggested a means of communication. He thought on everything as a whole, the fact was the Iramasha and Shinigami must work as a unit. The communication would work well, he rubbed his chin keeping his eyes closed. Thinking as an inventor now for a method to allow the Iramasha and Shinigami to communicate regardless of the location, something large perhaps small was needed. His mind was computing the idea and this would have to be something of a give and take. Tsubasa patted Hiroshi on the shoulder softly to settle him, he knew Azure and the other appearances would have some sort of effect most likely. His crimson eyes opened at last, Tsubasa was a warrior and he understood his role as the leader perfectly. His eyes scanned over each person taking his time as he wasn't one for talk. Tsubasa and Azure had met previously, he was one of the Iramasha's higher ups and Koichi's young student had arrived as well. Or his heir, he knew little of the structure enough not to be disrespectful of it. Tsubasa spoke now calmly as he accepted everything as a whole and decided. His eyes looked on at Koichi, the words he spoke he didn't agree completely with them. But for this relationship to work a compromise was needed. Good faith was something they needed to show for once, the Gotei 13 could not wage this war alone nor could the others. Compromising was the only way to make this work and Tsubasa understood it.

"Some of what you say is correct, some I personally do not agree with..but that's due to difference of personalities..However as a Leader I must put that aside, we will work on a method for communication between our people as a whole..I'll have the 12th work on a device..I'll look into Kido to perhaps make one for something...Of course Azure, when the Iramasha call we shall come..I must visit Karakura next..and the reason I stated it Koichi..is because by studying the past we become stronger..Yamamoto tried to do things alone with the Gotei 13 as itself..I will not..make that mistake.." Tsubasa finished speaking finally, he disliked the whole talking thing. Sometimes he thought himself more of a man of action, after all Tsubasa did acknowledge the greater threat. The Iramasha would be needed on a far greater scale than ever before. For when this next war began everyone had to be ready, Tsubasa looked at them carefully. They would train he could almost tell, they knew as well as he did.

Tsubasa looked at Hiroshi now, it would take time but he could certainly grind the edges out on this one. Tsubasa couldn't spar him, not yet he wasn't ready to face him at full. Tsubasa would need to think on how best to handle this when he got back. Zeda was also rough around the edges, he rubbed his chin thinking about it. Tsubasa would have to do something drastic in their case as well as one other. He needed to be sure the Gotei 13 was prepared for the war, so his duty as the Head Captain would be to aid them in reach the apex of their skill. Tsubasa looked at the Iramasha one last time before giving a nod to Azure, they had work to do. Preparations for the next war would be at hand and the Shinigami and Iramasha would work as a well trained unit. Tsubasa wouldn't need to set things up for Zin and Shadin, but he needed time. So Tsubasa would have to do something drastic for the 7th Division and perhaps his old one as well. It was time for him to take direct role in each persons training. Ibiki and Nis were prepared well enough by his eyes, all the others he would need to go inspect and make sure. But looking at his student he realized what must be done here. He couldn't yet fight against him, his strength didn't quite measure up. Tsubasa would need to do something drastic to prepare his pupil for this war, he wanted Hiroshi to stand a chance in what was to come.

Tsubasa turned to leave finally, this matter was settled. They had the word of the Head Captain, it was worth it as Tsubasa would do everything he said as Azure knew. He once said he would go into the Iramasha meeting and did so to voice his concerns on Mana. He'd met all of them previously when he did this, Azure, and Reimu had met him before. The time to begin was now and Tsubasa wouldn't see the Gotei 13 below his expectations, he would put in favors where it mattered. His tutor was Ukitake Jyushiro to teach him to show a kinder hand at things and to be reasonable. But in the end he learned that he was needed for greater things than what anyone knew, Tsubasa was planning something amazing for Hiroshi and Zeda.
