Location: Dark Hero's Quarter -- Jade Journeymen Quarters Activity: Location: Activity: Location: Activity: Location: Activity: Location: Activity: Location: Location Golden Hind -- Out at Sea -- International Weather Clear, Daylight As the Golden Hind moves on and the activities are fruitful, one of those whom may still be withdrawn as if on purpose remains at the quarter, allowing only meals to be catered to that hero's quarter. The strange thing was how the door remains unlocked and left ajar as if inviting those who would be curious. Within it was a dim-lit room fit for living as a single while was kept clean very well; the lighting seems antiquated as if walking into a bedroom fit for a noble that is only lit either by a torch or by a dominant candle. Hanging nearly the opposing wall from the door was a mannequin dressed in the same dark iron armor that the armored archer was wearing during the orientation, when Gilgamesh is greeting his guests. Judging by how the armor was recently cleaned and polished in some kind of a dark solution to keep it from shining, the armored archer must been here recently. Off to the left side was a short wall that is used to stop a door and to divide the room from another room's bathroom or closet; it obscures the presence of a very comfortable looking bed that could fit two people regally. Only the front left bedpost was a visible landmark for this room. Without a moment's notice a very soft creak of the bed's mattress is audible and a short, yet swift sound of a double tap follows it before a melody resonate throughout the quarter and only softly spill out of the quarter's door. Should one investigate further, they would notice someone on the bed with a laptop occupying the night table beside it. However, they can only see a silhouette of a person with long hair reclining on the bed while a shimmer of a rapier's blade flickers through the transparent canopy that also obscures the figure's identity. Judging by the motion of the silhouette, the person is inspecting the rapier, possibly for details that needed that needed attention. Within the canopy, Dark Hero listens to the lyrics sung by deep bass voice, "And who are you? The proud lord said," While Dark Hero is listening, it is examinine a majestic rapier handcrafted by oneself with the basket handguard engraved and shaped into a lion's head with its mighty mane protecting the wielder's fingers and the cross guards protruding from the top, from the bottom, from the left side and the right side of the lion's muzzle. With the mane protecting most of the hand and wrist, it is clearly designed to be wielded in either hand and to utilize finesse to wrestle most swords into a lock or into a trap that leads to disarming the opponent. With gems socketed into the lion's eyes and teeth, the craftsmanship was well-practiced and beyond. "That I must bow so low? Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know." The singer continues on as Dark Hero checks the weight distribution from the hilt to blade. Given to the elegant nature, it is designed to be heavier on the hilt than on the blade in order for the wielder to have utmost control over the flexible blade so they can strike more frequently with better acceleration control, but with speed, it is still reliant on who uses it. With a flick, Dark Hero could not feel any jerk from the ultralight blade as the blade makes a very brief whiff sound. "In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws, and mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours." The singer continues on. Should one look beyond the elegant bed, a seemingly golden, fluted plate armor was propped up by another mannequin with a red, velvet cape that bears a golden insignia of a hybrid of a lion and a dragon. The Dark Hero looks at the armor for only a moment and glimpses upon the insignia before thinking, 'A dragon stands alone for its force equals its will and arrogance. A lion stands bold for its courage knows no bound. I pray that the Dragonne would grant me both the appeal of power and courage.' Studying back onto the rapier, the Dark Hero collects its treated, wooden sheath, which causes the sword to clatter a bit, but it preserves better than leather as a treated and starched wood will be more water proof than mere fabric and hide that would absorb what it takes. As the Dark Hero shifts off the bed to put away the majestic rapier, the song finishes its first revolution in its two rounded rondo, "And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere, but now the rains weep o'er his hall with no one there to hear. Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall, and not a soul to hear." As the second half of the song is beginning, the Dark Hero is visible without the canopy for prying eyes; an identity hidden by the dark iron armor that is now standing over yonder from the door. Though Dark Hero has its back turned to the door to hang the rapier to the belt of the caped armor, Dark Hero turns out to be a woman who is taller than average (5'8",) a strong build, light skin and long hair that is orange, but likely to be gold in proper lighting instead of the dim-lit room. Instead of a single singer, it was a duet, "And who are you? the proud lord said, that I must bow so low? Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know." Assuming no one was coming at her door, Dark Hero turns to a porthole to look outside towards the calm, disturbed sea under a clear weather. In a thought to herself, she consciously keeps her hearing sharp for anyone who would come to the door. 'The lord of Castamere spoke his final words towards his ruler without any power nor skill to back up his claim, so it ended with his hall emptied of life in a crushing defeat, regardless of brotherhood and rights. If I am to be the lion with long and sharp claws, I have to be able to show it without disappointment.' While she thinks, anyone can see that she is wearing dark socks, a pair of dark red sweatpants and a loose fitting t-shirt while her hands are clearly wearing gloves used for handling sharp blades. The song continues, "And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere, but now the rains weep o'er his hall with no one there to hear.
