You are gonna need to be way more detailed in reason to have an upgrade like that. I'm not going to read the thread because you should be able to summarize key events that transpired in it that had caused such a change. I'm all for getting upgrades from a critical thread, but not if you can't give me concrete reasons as to why other than fighting a 0 tier character. Therefore, I'm going to deny this for now due to failure to provide adequate detail in the upgrade.
