What Are You Upgrading: 3 tier upgrades for Rachel Dare, I believe this will increase her from 1-3 to 0-5.
Any Extra Notes: If staff feel I am not deserving of a 0 tier character, I am willing to only put 2 tier upgrades in to Rachel (pushing her to 1-1 if my math is correct) and put the remaining tier upgrade towards Inverse, Rachel's ziamichi spirit, boosting it from 1-4- to 1-3- (think that's right). However, I would prefer to put all the tier increases towards Rachel if possible.
