A loud scream almost like that of a hollow that had just died, that wail of the thing could be heard for miles as a man walked out of a alleyway, looking behind him on the cold, crisp, afternoon, the sun shining down upon his pale face, his black hair going down to about his ears as he looked around, he really didn't seem like a bad person but it just seemed like he was out of place as he walked down the street with a sword around his waist, but what was odd is only a couple of people could actually see him, the one's that could try to ignore him a little bit, he wore a black shirt and jeans, this wasn't the normal attire of a soul reaper of anything of that sort, he looked out of place really. The weird part is that he seemed to be looking for someone though, within the single seconds that he closed his eyes, you could hear the sound of a shunpo, it was a distinctive sound and because of the it was named "Lightning Step". Appearing on top of a building he then peered around a little bit.

Noticing something off in the distance, he could feel someone with a strong sense of reishi, a blue flash from over there, he could tell what it was, it was a quincy. Maybe it was the person that he was looking for. With a simple flash step he was standing on top of a building looking down he could see the man down on the streets of downtown Karakura.

"A Quincy killing hollow, what a surprise."

His body seemed to ripple from existence as he then appeared right in front of the quincy that stood in front of him now.

"Is just killing hollow really enough for you, Raiki?" He questioned, the aura that he was giving off was of someone with great power.

Hashiamatsujiyuu was right now recruiting people with extraordinary abilities, not something like the league of super heroes, but people with spiritual awareness. This mainly because as of this moment, people were not very known in the Hashiamatsujiyuu because many of the people that had been recruited in the past had left before, but now that was going to change, something big was happening and they all needed to get ready for anything that they would be thrown into.

Asking him to talk more about the organization he chuckled a little bit and then seemed to pull down something almost like a garganta. Basically what this would do is teleport them to the Vis Dei, the floating city that was miles over karakura and noone was able to see it at all. Basically Sho wanted him to see what it was like, instead of telling him what it was like.

"Follow me and instead of telling you i can show you what we are like and why you would be good to be placed in something like this. I will show you our fortress. If you would step through this portal here we can be on our way, if you don't want to know anything futher then remain here, if you are interested then please, follow me." He stated, walking through the portal.

Appearing many miles above the Karakura and walking across the lawn that was all around the steps where they had just come from, looking around a little bit he then turned around, there were buildings every which way.

"This is Vis Dei. Meaning Power of a God, we don't see ourselves as someone that fights with god on our side or anything like that, some of us don't even believe in god, but we agreed on this because of the single fact that we all believe in peace and that's what we are here for. I am the Co-Leader, the Leader is Shizuru, my wife." He stated with a happy smile on his face.
