To answer your question, a canon character is a character that appeared in the original show, such as Ichigo Kurosaki.

I did not expect you to have the username "Pociden". Anyways, like Tsumi said, Canon refers to those of the original series, and on here, it would basically include any who are in an official bleach media (fillers in the anime are generally not considered Canon due to it not being one of Tite Kibo's original creations, but from what I can tell, anything in official media of the anime/light novel/manga Counts as Canon in RPs)
