• At this point in the site, do I REALLY need to explain what a SOTM is to most members who have been here at least a month? All we'll be doing here today is voting for a hardworking staff member for who you think should go on to the OTM Finals. So with that said, get to voting. This thread will close out one week from now.

Second Place: One Million yen, five Awesome Points, 5% discount in any shop of choice, and an honorary mentioning.
