Raiki here since I was in that thread so I can not approve this one myself but the reasoning so far is that Jack should be dead. And Frost over skype I believe he said jack should be dead by now. And the fact the cero would of been aimed at the chest of Jack not the head when he got to Ryo he is by all counts dead to me, and since he is a human body there is no way to survive that.

DENIED.

I don't know if it's how Ryo typed his post, but I see NO mention of a Cero aimed at the chest or head. If he's talking about the Cero Slash, I don't even know what the fuck that is (nor is there ANY mention of a target). Not to mention the fact that, with enough arrows, a Quincy could at least negate a Cero. Also, Raiki, I don't believe this falls into your category of applications to be checked. And finally, after talking with Frost, Raiki cannot use any of his "Staff Powers" to interfere in the fight. If there is a problem, he must contact an admin or advisor. That is all.

Alright, we've been talking on skype and in PC's and we finally decided that Urufu would die since no one could really come to one final conclusion. It was simply causing too much drama, too much attention and too much fighting. Therefore, we all decided at the flip of a coin to decide the winner since their post were hard to read anyway.

Two for Urufu dying, which was heads.
And one for Ryo dying, which was tails.

So with that, Jack Skeleton should be dead in the next post. If any other staff or other member shave problems with this ruling, please make sure your opinions are brought to our attention. Otherwise, the decision to kill him still stands.
