River Nix
Mon Sep 09, 2013 2:45 pm
"And the day it goes on, and on, and on…"
The male stated simply, stepping from stone to stone. He was walking across a river, his feet pressing on and off of the stones as he walked across it deftly. Now, for the massive, roaring river that he was walking across, for this callousness… it was truly unexpected. Aso Gaiden was crossing the great River Nix, crossing it to reach the other side. However, as he stepped down on the ground, he turned around, turning his head around. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaki!" His voice rang out, reaching across the massive storming course of waves as it reached the other side, Aso looking for his companion.
However, as he did so, he turned his head slightly to the side, he blinked, watching as a line of the water shot out of the river, before forming next to him, the entire river becoming calm as a stone path revealed itself, easily able to be traversed as the male appeared in front of him, a smile on his face. "Ah… This is new." He stated simply, laughing slightly to himself as the blue haired male appeared before the Hybrid Iramasha. "My name is James Mizumuzi, Nature Iramasha of the Water." He stated simply, his blue and red eyes looking at the male before him, before turning his head behind him. "And your partner it would seem." He continued, before reaching his right hand out as he grabbed onto a staff made of rapidly freezing water, another line of the stuff coming from the river as it froze the tip into three parts, becoming a full on trident. "What can I do for you, then?" He asked the pair simply, flashing that calculated smile.

The blue eyed female smiled happily as she walked along, her long white hair flowing behind her. She was wearing a white button down shirt and a blue skirt that ended slightly above her knees. Upon her shoulder road the little illusionary sprite of Quora Tomaka. The psychic being had taken fondly to this form along with his nickname of Maka, and he smiled happily at being able to not have to hide right now. Aki had become comfortable with letting him hang out in the sprite form, though in truth he was just a being formed of mental energy. When they reached a river which Aso called the River Nix, she paused, thinking as Aso hopped across. She wasn’t sure she would be nimble enough to cross the river as Aso had, so she would have to find another way. She could attempt Chaos warp, and likely that would be the safest and best course of action. However, she worried about how Aso would react, so she searched around for other answers. Her other choice was to utilize her telekinesis in order to part to water or levitate her across. However, after only a few moments of mental debate, she noticed something.
She had sense him before she saw him, a part of her mind picking up on small traces of mental energy in the water. Then, a line of water shot out of the river and on to the bank next to Aso, forming in to a blue haired male. This action had shocked Aki, flowers suddenly sprouting up randomly at her feet. She had been previously been maintaining a mental control over her ability to cause plants to grow around her. The shock from seeing the male form from the water had caused this control to slip, plants blooming at a rather fast rate in the area around her. A few other plants could be seen mixed in with the flowers around her, but the flowers were many times more numerous. As the man looked over at her, she blushed from embarrassment, quickly attempting to stop the plant growth as she did. It took her a short while, and she looked up worriedly at Aso. She only hoped she had not angered the Nature Iramasha before them, the one calling himself James Mizumuzi. A quick telekinetic push from behind propelled her across the river bed, and she landed with ease next to Aso.
She moved close to Aso, wanting to be next to him until she was sure that James was not upset by her actions, using her angelic powers to cause plant growth. The little illusionary sprite seemed agitated at her fear though, and he gave her what would look to be a silent earful. This was due to the communication being on a mental level, and thus no sounds were created. She sighed, nodding slightly as her mouth formed in to a slight smile. Giggling, she thanked the sprite mentally before turning her attention to James.
“Hi there… I’m Aki. You startled me when you came out of the water… I hope you don’t mind the flowers.”

She crossed the water with... telepathy..? A strange usage of the mind, to be sure...
The blue haired male thought to himself, beholding the brazen youth before him once more as she made the crossing, before looking at the little sprite on her neck. "...Odd!" He exclaimed simply, laughing to himself for a bit before finally calming down, before tilting his head at her. "Mind the flowers? Quite the opposite... We Nature Iramasha love the spread of natural life... Well, except for our Aki... But he's literally doom and destruction everywhere, so it's fine." He said, before raising a finger up to his chin, tapping it for a few moments. "Well he also leads them here... Ah, it'll be fine!" He finished, capricious in his actions as Aso merely blinked at him, before looking over at Aki.
"Sorry for startling you." He said simply, spinning the trident in front of him for a few moments before looking them both solidly in their eyes. "Though I WILL repeat, what is it that you would like from myself or the Nature Iramasha this day? Certainly you're not just tourists...?" He asked them, before Aso stuck his tongue out slightly, biting down on the pink flesh as he thought intently. "Aki... Wasn't there something that you wanted to talk with them about?" He asked the lady next to him, turning to her as he tilted his head, his green wig moving slightly to the side as he did so, having honestly forgotten in the hustle and bustle that it had taken to get there, leaving James blinking at the two of them, waiting to hear their reply.

Aki sighed with relief, she had been afraid that because it was due to her angelic powers the nature iramasha might not be happy with her flowers. Instead it seemed that they were happy with them, it felt as if a huge weight was lifted off her shoulders.
“Ah, I’m glad. If I walk on natural ground, I seem to cause plants to grow around me. Usually I suppress this as I doubt people want me creating gardens around them.”
Remembering that Maka was showing her illusionary form, Aki picked up his illusionary form in her hand.
“Oh, this little guy is Maka, I hope he’ll be nice and behave himself…”
She giggled softly, seemingly lost in thought until Aso asked her a question. She glance up suddenly, then smiled at Aso.
“Thanks for the reminder. I guess I got lost in my memories.”
Turning to James, she contemplated how to start the discussion for a few moments before opening her mouth.
“Well, I guess I wanted to know more about the nature iramasha. For the past four hundred years I’ve been away from the iramasha dealing with some… issues. I returned a few months ago, and Aso showed me your dwelling when I first arrived. It was so lovely… I couldn’t believe it… I’m sorry, I should probably stick to the subject at hand. Anyways, I know nothing about the nature iramasha, and I wanted to change that.”
She paused before saying the word issues, but during the entire time she had a look of longing in her eyes, a desire for knowledge, to see and get to know these people. Her love of plants and flowers had not faded one bit in her four hundred year absence, if anything it had only grown stronger.

"Interesting…"
The male breathed out simply as he beheld the girl in front of him, blinking as he looked at the illusionary being. "...If he doesn't he'll soon end up at the bottom of the River Nix…" James said simply, but haughtily. He said it in such a manner that even if one was certain he could not perform that… it seemed almost CERTAIN that he would.
"It's fine." Aso said simply, going back and forth from one foot, feeling kind of awkward now, like it was more of a talk between James and Aki, and that he really… didn't have much of a point to be there other than for Aki… whose attention was on James right now. It was definitely a rather awkward feeling.
"More about the Nature Iramasha, hmm?' He asked simply, reaching up one hand as he moved it through his blue hair, before looking back at her. "Nature Iramasha… Years ago, before even you were born, or even Aso there… Well, a very, very long time ago. I spoke with your elders, the Elders of the Iramasha. I was clearly an Iramasha… But also I clearly was not. Unable to tolerate the imperfection of their race, they chased me off the island and the other Nature Iramasha had similar experiences of suffering… that is truly the only thing that all Nature Iramasha have in common. Our origin causes us to suffer, whether we like it or not… We are Natural Beings, in such an unnatural world that it has become… it's inevitable that there is tragedy, terror, shock." He stated simply, before blinking and looking at her.
"We have power over an element each. I am of the element of Water, meaning I can become water, become stronger with water, can intake water into myself to heal, as that is the only way that a Nature Iramasha can heal - through the ingestion of their element - and transform into… cats. Lots and lots of cats. Each Nature Iramasha has a link to an animal, known as Nature Cells. That's the basic abilities of the Nature Iramasha; we have three forms, and our Seishin Buki evolve in our second form. We're a rather simple form of Iramasha… But we are fiercely powerful, as well as tempered. Most of us, at least." He concluded, before looking back at her, to see if she had gotten all the facts. [color=blue]"That's it in a nutshell. Any questions?"{/color] He asked her, seeing if he had been able to adequately address her thirst for knowledge..
