Since me and Kyle are doing a major overhaul of the paychecking system in the admin panel, I am going to take this time to update yen payments in organizations. Therefore, I've updated the paycheck amounts for the Vandenreich AND fixed a few coding errors. If there are any issues, take it to staff board or skype.

«DEMOTING THIS FROM ORG STATUS»

Well, there are a few reasons why this is being reduced to a team. The first is that The Vandereich has lost its leadership as Hulderic is rumored to have been deceased. So with Crow himself saying he is done with Quincy, and having no form of leadership really step up, that is one strike in the coffin of this org.

Additionally, K-World seemed to have gone on the offense against the organzation for war crimes comitted against them in Australia. Thus, they have broguht many of the Vandereich's bases to ashes and have either killed a mass horde of their Quincy, imprisoned them, forced them to leave the org or absolved them into K-World.

Furthermore, there has been a rather heavy disinterest in this organization and its about time for it to be demoted from Org Status. If someone is able to put in the work to rebuild this from the ashes, they can go for it. But for now, it isn't considered an org and in the PH Verse they are heard to have been dismantled.

Notes: The characters personality would fit best within this group as he does not particularly listen very well to orders usually doing what he is supposed to do in his own way. Rest of the Quincy he considers way to serious.
