The Wave Moved

There's something deep inside... that keeps my faith alive.

The male thought simply to himself, as at last he stopped walking, the jeans on his legs gliding gracefully as he felt his arms stretching slightly, his camo jacket plain on his chest. "A pleasant day for a possibly unpleasant mission..." He muttered to himself, his footsteps ringing throughout the Nature Iramasha base, as he looked straight upwards, in the garden now as he stared at the trapdoor on the ceiling. ...If I'm right... He thought simply, his feet touching off the ground as a torrent of water appeared under him, pushing him straight upwards like an elevator, his hands still in his pockets.

He slowly took one out of his pocket, lifting the hand up as the elevator slowed down, grabbing the handle and opening it, before rising up into the room. "...So you are here, then." He said simply, beholding the small girl, who was silently regarding the under used room around her. However, that was what James expected. He blinked simply, noticing how there were now pictures in the room. ...So he accepted them, then... James thought silently to himself, a toothless but satisfied smile touching on his lips as he looked at them. He had given those pictures to Moonie, pictures of him and Shisome, which James had had created from the stories that Moonie had told him. There was one of the two of them falling down from the top of a roller coaster, one of him looking at her in the middle of a park, another of the two of them passed out on James' bed, and a final one of him just standing there smiling with her on his shoulders.

......He's changed so much. He thought simply to himself, before looking at the girl in front of him. "Miss Shisome... Would you perhaps be willing to look at a proposition for employment?" He asked her simply, his deep blue hues looking straight at her now, his hands in his pockets once again, his gaze straight ahead, firm but not uncaring...

After all, he had a mission...
