Reasons For Upgrading: Jessy is a 1-5, and has completed a thread training for her bankai (link: https://www.platinumhearts.net/t10094-reunion-of-the-deadprivate-bankai-training). It has taken me a while to gather this together, so I hope it isn't too bad.
What Are You Upgrading:
• Bankai Description: When Jessy activates her bankai, a blue sphere surrounds the area within 10 kilometers of her. Along the ground within this floor, trees and plants grow at an alarming rate, covering the entire area after 1 kilometer in a forest so thick no one could walk through it. Closer to her the trees are much more sparse, leaving room to fight. Any building or structures within the sphere will be damaged due to the plants breaking through them as they grow. As the plants grow, three additional people appear behind Jessy.

• Bankai Abilities:
Control of the plant life: While in her bankai, Jessy can control plant life that was not in the area prior to her releasing her bankai. She can even cause plants to wilt and die if she wishes to, she can control these plants in any way she wants.

The four elements: While in bankai, Jessy is joined by her friend, Jashin, Kassy, and Namor, in battle. Supposedly these three died long ago, but Jessy has found out that they sealed themselves within her body, becoming part of her source of power. In bankai, the three wait within a pocket dimension for her to call on them. At Jessy's command, she will swap places with one of her friends, who then can choose to swap with one of them at another time. When swapping, the person entering takes the same position as the person leaving. All of the elementals gain a special defensive attribute, and can heal their injuries by absorbing their own element. If one of her friends takes damage that would kill them, they dissipate, and Jessy cannot call upon them to swap places. One of the remaining members must the take the fallen member's place on the field. If Jessy loses consciousness, the bankai is dispelled, causing her friends to disappear with it. The plant life created by her bankai disappears, along with the blue sphere, but any damage done by the plant life remains.

Jashin, the earthen element: Jashin can freely manipulate the earth, allowing himself to encase enemies in rock to trap them or send huge boulders flying at enemies. While in elemental form, his body becomes covered in rock, his body absorbed in to it. This gives him a hardened defensive layer, negating 30% of the damage from all attacks.

Kassy, the flame element: Kassy can freely manipulate fire, using it to attack her foes and burn down objects that get in her way. When she enters elemental form, a huge fire burst forth around her, seeming to disintegrate her in to nothing. The flames then form in to the shape of the young red haired girl. Kassy, while in elemental form, burns those who attack her with melee attacks. This makes swords and hand to hand combat dangerous to use on her.

Namor, the water element: Namor can freely manipulate water, as well as the temperature of liquids, causing them to freeze or boil. He can attempt to manipulate the liquids within other people's bodies, but they can resist his influence. When Namor enter elemental form, water surrounds his body before freezing, after which his body disappears. Namor's body can absorb great amounts of energy from attacks, making these near useless against him. However, he is damaged easily by physical attacks.

Jessy, the wind element: Jessy can freely manipulate the wind, forming it in to slicing blades or whirling vortexes. When Jessy enters elemental form, nothing seems to happen. However, her body turns in to wind, and although she looks solid, it if very difficult to harm her with physical attacks. Energy based attacks, such as Kidō and cero, will have full impact on her.
Any Extra Notes: I probably need help with distances for the size of her bankai, so suggestions are welcome.
