First Operation: Heal the Homeland Empty First Operation: Heal the Homeland

Wed Aug 07, 2013 9:07 pm

Hulderic walked forward, he'd lead Cero to a place that the others would be waiting most likely. Hulderic's eyes looked on at the blowing winds of the frozen world. He smiled slightly as he gestured and looked back to the male known as Cero whom agreed to help them. The whole Organization had been summoned here to the land Hulderic had managed to take now. It hadn't been hard of course, but he would show these people the power he had here. "I'm sorry if it's not what you were expecting Cero, we are very much homeless or were..This shall be the foundation to build the Quincy Homeland this place is where we build the blocks to the future...The Future the Quincy have deserved for so long." Hulderic said as though careful of the fact disappointment loomed in the mind of his people. He rubbed his beard carefully as he walked forward, reaching down in his belt. He was going to do something very interesting, it would take him sometime to do it. But he would restore life to this place and bring it back. " Sorry old friend seems as though I will have to use you to build the future here..forgive me, I had promise to save you..for the most important of enemies." Hulderic seemed to discuss with something not quite there yet, he had work to do before Lync showed up. He knew what was needed of course for the Vandenreich to have power they required a base.

Operations would be held in this place, Antarctica was a perfect location that they could use. The Vandenreich the Neutrals whom only cared for their own, it was a fitting location. He rubbed his beard as he waited feeling snow through the blond hair as he waited calmly, Cero would soon be meeting the members of the Vandenreich. Hulderic had much to do here, he was handling the situation here to set them up. Hulderic and his people were ready, the Operation to Obtain a Homeland was successful. Now they needed to heal it, however he wouldn't do it alone. This was home for the Quincy now, they would make whatever touches they could to the frozen and snow covered lands that stood before the people whom looked on. Hulderic saw the future here, this place was it he couldn't be more sure about it. The location before him was the spot the Quincy were going to reappear as the beings they once were. But time was the first thing they needed, they had plenty of it.

This place had such an interesting feeling about it, how could one describe it but as the foundation for the future. His form smiled as he waited for the others to arrive, he didn't need a coat as his biceps showed the man seemed extremely fit. His eyes of hazel seemed to take over the land and feel it out over the matter of moments that came. Soon, soon it would be time to begin the work that would establish the Quincy forever. It was almost time for the Quincy to begin making their moves. Oka, Akira, Cero, and so many others like children to him. He would do his best to prepare a future for them here, this cold forgotten land fit so much into the race that had been such. They were forgotten and the sad truth was they would be till Hulderic decided to reveal them. He wished he didn't have to go to such lengths to hide them at times. But the world wasn't ready yet was it? No time wasn't here for them to take the center stage. Hulderic needed to be an Emperor now.

This book may of been ragged and hurt, but to Judge it would be the most unwise thing anyone could do. Hulderic could use it his power here to save this land and make it strong. But to do it alone wouldn't have a meaning. "I'll explain when the others arrive..Cero..I promise." hulderic made sure Cero understood that Hulderic understood that this was a bit strange to bring someone out into the coldest place in the world. But soon things would be shown clear as day he hoped.

Cero Telca

It was a pretty sure thing, that the first thing that didn't come to mind, when he thought Home of the Quincy, was the middle of Antarctica. Although, with Europe and North America in mostly Demonic control, Cero guessed that this was the best option available to them. It seemed that as he traveled more and more, these places that were not very well known became something much bigger. It was after sometime, that he realized that Haru, his good friend from the very start had been here on an investigation in a place called Madness City. He had heard from him that the place had been leveled by a fight between many different beings, one of the being, Mana, Queen of the Demons and Shadow Fall. She was the person that made him, what he was today, and he still didn't know whether to thank her, or kill her on first sights. Perhaps the reasoning for the second was that Zero still loomed within him and as such, he was fighting her, when Cero was formed.

He listened as Hulderic spoke about how this place would be the foundation of their new home, and he understood, that they couldn't even begin helping, because they didn't even have a proper base yet. That was at least until now, as they were just getting started, but a entire group of Quincy could build a base quick couldn't they, especially if they were very skilled like him."Is there anything I could do to help with the process?" He asked Hulderic. He couldn't just wait and watch as a whole place was built before he own eyes obviously, and within himself, he had this want to get this done as soon as possible.

Eventually he was answered by the Emperor, being told that it would be explained to him when the other Quincy that were with him, arrived to the area, to help with the building. He kind of wondered who he might encounter that was also considered his kind and if the would be pure bloods or Ziamachi. The Biggest shocker, he supposed would be if there was another of his kind among them, after all, not even the Yayjuu had really any information on what he had become after his battle with Mana. Eventually, Cero looked around for a few seconds as he watched the snow fall on the land, and on him, this place was very could, and he needed to fix that a bit, since he really wasn't use to the cold temperatures. He simply began by clapping his hands, taking the sound from it and the vibration to heat the area around him and melt some of the nearby snow, after a few claps, he manipulated the sound to sustain itself through his own energy, and anyone nearby could probably sense him like a lighthouse shining out at them.

He assumed this would only make it easier for the other Quincy to get to them since they would be arriving soon like Hulderic stated only moments ago.

This place was freezing. What type of God would make such a freezing cold place? Not that it was a bad thing, after living in Japanese with incredibly humid heat and intense summers, it was a nice change. Those years of her life that she spent training were in blistering heat and carnage, it was nice to finally be somewhere that could actually be considered a home. Who was this woman? Oka was the secret weapon of the newly established organization known as Vandenreich. What was she doing here, though? In Antarctica? She had heard that she needed to come check out whatever they were attempting to build here, she simply heard it as "home". Never the less, she wandered through the snow field, hands held in both of her yellow nun-outfits pockets; spiritual weapon being no where to be seen, tongue hanging out of her mouth whilst her quincy cross rested upon the cusp of her tongue. A wicked smile crossed her face as she pulled her tongue back into her mouth, the cross still staying placed on her tongue in her mouth. She had felt the pressure and saw a vague figure of someone in the distance, as she got closer realising by the voice that echoed that it was none other than Hulderic, the man who aided her in making her the weapon she is today. She wandered over, wicked smile still crossing her face, one hand resting on her hip, opening her mouth to let the quincy cross fall gracefully until about knee height. "Oh my, it seems I'm a bit early. Oh well, more time to make conversation with you two meat bags." She continued her wicked smile as she let out a bellowing laugh, an insane one that could scar the very ears of those around. "HEUEHAUEHAUEHUEHUEUHA."

She stopped her laugh, hand still placed on her left hip and raised her right hand to her head to scratch her hair hidden under her outfit. To anyone onlooking, she would have appeared to be a menace to these two, like she could lash out and attack them both. At least, that could be said for one of them. Hulderic was someone she knew and trusted, but the other one was... well, new. Oka didn't know him, but he seemed to be on good terms with Hulderic, which was good enough for him. It was time to treat him like an ally, like family. "And who's this? More cannon fodder for the heathens that oppose you, Huldy? Oka was a very weird girl. She treated friends like enemies and enemies... like, well... the anti-christ. She was very weird like that, and on top of this she had nicknamed Hulderic as 'Huldy'. She didn't care whether he liked it or not, but she simply would continue to use it anyway. Lowering her hand back down, she laid both hands down by her side and smile. "Whatever he is, I'm sure he'll be good as a meat shield alongside the other corpses, none the less."

She didn't particularly hate anyone here, in fact this was how she treated friends. Oka was a very weird woman though, she loved the quincy race. She loved them as they were so unique in their own ways. Although her personality got on many people's nerves a lot of the time, it was normal for her. She was an insane person who normally talked to herself and treated others as she saw them, no held back emotions from them. This was exactly why Oka was never permitted to these types of meetings; she would speak her mind and often offend anyone that would be there. Her personality was absolutely insane, though. She's also a provocative person, allowing herself to make people angry easily. As she walked through the snow, she finally came to a stop; the droplets of snow-flakes falling upon her clothes. "Anyway, what the hell do you guys want? Any sinners to break?"

Oka of the Vandenreich lifted her hand to her neck, cracking the side of her neck to the left and to the right, followed by her fingers. She simply let the quincy cross hand from her tongue and blow with the intense wind that constantly surrounded Antarctica. To anyone that hadn't met her, her yellow nun outfit would appear to be rather... interesting when comparing to the piercings that were planted in her face and the pierced quincy cross hanging from her tongue. Simply, walked up to Hulderic and planted a hand on his shoulder, leaning right into him and whispering into his ear, saying, "This guy new?" She leaned back and struck her smile away from her face. Raising her hands to her mouth, she took a deep breathe into them and warmed them.

Wastelands.

It was all Akia had ever known. Endless expanses of.... nothing.

Of course, it wasn't always the same KIND of wasteland. There were sweeping, blistering deserts. There were ruined cities that stretched for miles, nothing but rubble or radiation. There were empty and devoid forests, all trees in sight uprooted and nowhere to be seen. There was a part of her that knew these wastelands were what she was destined for. This sort of thing was the price for one who had, in essence, been forced to sell their very soul simply to get here today.

Unlike many of the Quincy that had been rising to power as of recent, Akia was extremely young. The amount of power she had inside of her, one might expect of an elder in the quincy arts. Or, rather, one who had spent several lifetimes training. However, one would find no such age or honed discipline within Akia Hisashi. She was only nineteen years old, a fact that was hardly believable to anyone who had seen her in combat.

Including, of course, the leader of the Vandenreich, the organization that she now belonged to. It was an interesting coincidence, the fact that a Quincy organization stood to defend their own. On one hand, Akia felt grateful for its existence. It was awesome, the kind of unity and sense of accomplishment one could feel when knowing that they were part of a group that was striving... fighting for something more. On the other hand though.. Akia resented them. Not because of their goals, or motivations, but because that they had chosen now to appear, instead of a time when they could've really made a difference in HER life.

But such thoughts were selfish, and to dwell on them was immature. It would be un-befitting of her position if she were to express such immature notions aloud. Besides, she had to prove to those around her that she was worthy of her power and rank, and her age was already enough for most to cock an eyebrow and question her.

And prove it she would. Even if, for the moment, all it meant was more wastelands.

This one, at least, was more bearable than most. It was frigid, yes. It was just as desolate as any other. However, Akia prefered the cold, and it was a welcome change to see a landscape that was destroyed because of external forces, and not her own strength.

As she detected a few unique spiritual signatures, one of which she recognized to be the leader, the man who had invited her here today, she moved toward them, ready for this meeting, or whatever it was to be.

And so she approached them. Now, if someone were to tell you that the leader of a unit was approaching. Nay, a leader of a combat unit that was going to be known as the front lines of a group.. who would you expect?

A rough and grizzled war veteran, to be sure. One with enough experience go justify the position, and an absolutely ridiculous number of battles under their belt. Someone tough, mean, and chiseled to the nines.

Certainly not a girl who was as slight as she was short. A white-haired woman with a sleepy look in her eye and a vague expression, as if she hadn't gotten a decent wink of sleep in days. This was odd enough, but it became even more peculiar when one realized that she was crippled, depending on a black cane with a silver, snake-head shaped grip, for the simple process of just walking, as it would appear that her right leg wasn't supporting her in the slightest.

But this was what they got, and this is who walked up to the group, bowing herself forward slightly toward Hulderic, heavy eyes glancing around the group, first to the only one she knew, Hulderic, and then to the other two, whom she didn't recognize.

"Hulderic, thank you for inviting me here.. It is an honor to help any way i may be able to, although I apologize in advance if I fall short in any matters of heavy lifting." Akia spoke softly, slowly, methodically, as if it pained her to get words out. She turned to the two she didn't recognize, bowing again, "Hello.. My name is Akia Hisashi. I am to be your Kriegpferd Captain in this group, and I am sure I will enjoy getting to know you both as we serve the organization together." She smiled, running her free hand through her shocking white hair before slipping it the left-side pocket of her jeans, her white button-up billowing in the bitter wind slightly as she awaited some word of what exactly they were doing here.

First Operation: Heal the Homeland Empty Re: First Operation: Heal the Homeland

The unforgiving wasteland that appeared before the figure in the snow seemed to contain nothing but miles upon miles of white plains of nothingness, the Quincy moved through the snow with a pace akin to someone wandering through the streets of a city or town without purpose or need. Senkoumei had been called here by someone, he was simply there to accept the invitation.

Through the blistering winds and the unforgiving landscape Senkoumei had found himself near to the point that was dictated by the leader of a new organization that had called him here. This 'Vandenreich' was born seemingly out of the gathering of Quincies to act in the interests of them as a whole, such things were much beyond the extremely tall teen's understanding he found that the idea was interesting enough to go beyond what was reasonable and leave the summers of Japan to journey to such a desolate land to find those that had called to him and perhaps others they had interest in joining. The notion seemed interesting at first but the journey had been a pain for the young man to undertake. The road from Japan to Antarctica was not a easy one, this was more exasperated by the supplies the titan Quincy had brought along with him.

The numerous bags of potato chips, sweets, chocolate bars, lunch boxes and just about every other snack food that was found in the large rucksack on the back of Senkoumei was quite extraordinary, seemingly the teen had kept himself occupied on his food supplies filling the sack to the brink rather than other survival tools. He kept a large woollen hoodie on him to protect from the cold, but with the thing on it seemed like the abominable snowman was appearing from out of the thick white sheet of snow that blocked out most vision for more than a few feet with most having to use the sense of spiritual energy to locate anyone in the snow. This was exactly what Senkoumei was doing as he focused on the large amount of spiritual pressure gathering from miles around he moved slowly to make his way to those he expected had given him the invitation to come to a rather gloomy and cold party.

"....This is becoming dire...." The Quincy thought to himself as he walked to the gathering place of all the power around. He thought this as he tried to take a chip from an opened bag inside a pouch like pocket in the hoodie he wore only for it to be blasted away with the gale-force winds stirring up ever now and then making the face of the teen scrunch in disapproval each time until he stopped to look beyond for any signs of life. Looking around granted Senkoumei some clarity as he began to see many figures in the distance, he would have chosen to pick up his pace had he felt that his presence was needed, he felt that he'd rather not be needed so as to not be forced to do work.

The appearance of the teen would be notable even to those without keen sight, his height as it was made him seem out of place even in a frozen waste such as this and those that saw him in the distance would probably note the large human-like figure. As he walked further towards the many that had gathered in the frozen nation the gales that had knocked the food from his hand would blow the hood from his head revealing his face and his violet hair as well as the youth of the teen. He had always been tall for his age more so that the fact of his youth might put some off from the incredible height of the Quincy. But as the hulking teen would get closer he would note that he was among a gathering of strangers and though most of them were not what he was expecting each had incredible power. He seemed to know none of them, all except for the man who he knew had invited those with the powers of the Quincy to this place. He was the Emperor and the one who seemed to be comfortable in the situation the Quincies where in.

Of those gathered they each seemed odd in some way. One of them was seemingly a nun in what seemed to be a more flamboyant outfit unlike those normally found from those of the cloth, another seemed to be giving off a sort of heat that made the area surrounding them a lot warmer than what was to be expected in the Arctic it was an odd feeling but it was welcoming after the many hours through the cold and snow of such an environment. The last was a girl seemingly a similar age to the teen though the woman seemed to have hair shocked pure white making it almost difficult to differ between the snow, what was more odd was that the girl seemed to be using a cane to support her weight to get this far with such a disadvantage made the large teen quite interested in the how and where of the distance that the woman had journeyed.

As he looked to the others in attendance Senkoumei moved his hand through his hair noting the snow already falling upon him, with a blank look of disinterest to all those around he took the bag of chips previously found in his pocket and began taking a few of them and crunching on them looking up to the others and saying with an slow and uncaring tone. "....Senkoumei Tikoto.... Nice to meet you all...." Each time he made a few words the boy would eat more from the bag until it was emptied making him put it back in the pouch he found it as a makeshift garbage disposal. Looking to the Emperor he continued with the same near monotone voice "Thank you for the opportunity....." He took a slight bow towards the Emperor as he spoke but with introductions aside the Quincy waited on someone to make the appearance or for someone to announce themselves hoping they could all get out of the snow soon.

First Operation: Heal the Homeland Empty Re: First Operation: Heal the Homeland

Artist: ReallySlowmotion - Song: Ruins - Word Count: 7693

War. War never changes. The Romans waged war to gather slaves and wealth. Spain built an empire from its lust for gold and territory. Hitler shaped a battered Germany into an economic superpower. But war never changes. Since the dawn of humankind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood has been spilled in the name of everything: from God to justice to simple, psychotic rage. War will never change, with prides on the line. Much like how this land is a barren wasteland of snow and cold.

The man having long, typically messy black hair and golden eyes that pierce the darkness. He has a slight stubble that forms a curve on each side. He is approximately 192 cm tall and weighs 74 kg. He is fairly muscular. On his face, he usually carries the same expression even with the most shocking of news: a stoic, yet determined look that transmits fear to others around him. His outfit resembles somehow of an inverted captain's haori and shihakushō, as its colors are switched. The haori is also much larger than most and is torn and worn off on the bottom, just as the shihakushō. Along with those pieces, he wears: a metal headband, metal gauntlets, with blue cloth, possibly representing his Quincy lineage and metal sabatons with black socks. He walked for what seemed like hours on end to reach this place on foot, with the harshness of an blizzard rushing down around him. He walked with no troubles, not even in this forsaken blizzard slowed his walking pace. No hint of snow on his person as if this blizzard refused to touch him. He came so far in such a small time, his power growth was a nightmare. Two years ago he was nothing more than a grain of sand in the desert, holding nothing special about himself. He was only talented as a Quincy nothing powerful or feared in the mass of quick war that broke out. He had shame and his pride destroyed in London battle that ended in a total wipe out of lose of London towards the demon forces of Mana. Yes this is the Quincy known as Raiki Lync.

He is seen as cool and calm, and able to process any information he may receive, no matter how shocking or disappointing it may be. Raiki often appears aloof and is indifferent, and rarely shows any emotions other than slight annoyance or dissatisfaction on certain subjects. Having the ambition to walk his path despite all that has befallen him. Raiki is willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish his goal, even if it means lying to his followers and using people as bait for the outcome he desires. He views equality and justice as an evil that must be dispelled and encourages social battle to maintain evolution within society. Raiki is very proud of his own power, but unlike other members of his race, possesses no physical signs of arrogance or overconfidence. He rarely speaks, and when he does, he's fairly serious but is known to be around his allies to be kind, and care to talk to them to get to know them better.

He must of been running late, its been hours since he started this forsaken walk in this blizzard. He had no supplies, yet he did not need such things, it would only weigh him down further. Why was this? Raiki held a special power, that people can confuse for many things, but that shall be revealed in time. He had no reason to explain his powers not even to allies or foes. Only those close to him had any real hint of his power he wielded within. When he got near, he felt the spiritual pressure of other Quincys. He walked on till he reached them, on the way a bag of chips flew into his chest. Raiki not even looking grabbed on to the bag and placed it into his cloak. As he walked towards the spiritual pressures, the blizzard around this forsaken city that died in Mana last attacked vanished into nothing. The wind dying as he neared, an hot wind started blowing. Like the jagged lines across the sand of a desert. The crumbling buildings around them showed the horror of what happened here. Surrounded by frozen bodys, blood stains around them buried in sands. These were the horrors of this forsaken city. Then heat rose above to the point the snow around them melted into water, and vanished into nothing. At this point he was no more than few blocks away from them on foot, would be there in no time. What was going on, the weather was getting stranger and stranger as he neared. It was hot enough to melt the snow and turn the water into vapor in an instant yet it would feel perfectly normal to everyone else.

As he stepped into view, he had no signs of spiritual power around him, yet how was he causing this odd ordeal around them. He eyed everyone there, his lord and the one he helps lead Hulderic, a being known as Cero who supposedly had Hollow and Quincy powers. Oka.... a strange woman, no rather a complex woman, he helped her out to be a hidden weapon. Akia... another odd woman, one who you don’t look down upon or else. And finally a boy known as Senkoumei. He walked in behind the boy, and not even saying a word, pulled out the bag of chips and lightly toss it to the child. Destipe being so late he “heard” everything by listening to air vibrations in the wind to listen to people far away. Looking at his leader with a slight glance and with a surprising small gust of wind, that shall brush against his leader ear, by using the air vibrations to make a tone of voice that only he could hear. “I won’t use your old friend to restore life, at least not now.” Raiki then turned his glances over on to the others.

“Forgive me for the tardiness, I had to perform surgery when asked to appear before you. You have no need to inform me of anything, that I might of missed.”

Raiki Lync... was a medical doctor, a world renown one for sure, known for amazing breakthroughs on basic and advanced medical fields. Capable of amazing feats in the medical area, you could say he is only rivaled by his skill as a doctor by his raw skill as a Quincy. Walking over to Cero, he would look him into the eyes, and only have them peak slightly, as if amused such a strange being indeed, he might ask for more information about this man. He then turned his head over to the boy, such a young child.. Raising his hand towards the boy, he would simply ask him one thing.

“If that bag is too heavy for you, I shall carry it.”

He glanced over to Akia, he could do something for her to help her leg out, but only if she wanted to, he had no right to force himself to fix her problems. But knowing Akia, it would be unwise to ask such a personal ordeal to be fixed so easily by the likes of him.

Snow.

The freezing cold of the artic raced across the land; the land was like any of the others, but except it was colder, more frozen wastelands; nobody bothered to live here except for the forsaken, and those that had no meaning other then a cold death, due to the entire world being crazy. In fact, it could even be a last stand by for humanity to take it's stand, as the strands of pink danced behind her, flowing in the air. The only thing of note was once the place of Madness City; the deadly place where power had reigned in supreme. The Drachen looked over the land; far from the others, far from many, and alone in her own right. There was something inherantly sad about the countenance of the young lady; she was eye catching beautiful, but the simple vest of plaided designs, seemingly not thick enough, and the strange pumpkin shaped skirt with faces on it was something more were not used to. Was this girl pitiful, for wearing such things in the land of the cold, and yet not freezing herself? That was perhaps something that many thought strange; but the girl was more then that. That was immidiately visible; as the ghostly shape of faces, animals and humanoid figures, floated around her, in circles and patterns so mysterious that it seemed.. impossible. The girl looked out at the ruins, before she felt that it was necessary to move on - in fact, she could hear the voice inside of her, calling, seeking.

The girl's body started to float; she held no fear of anything or anyone, as the long strands of pink, shaded with myriads of magenta and purple, danced in the air. A sound came to her; a sound she felt familiar with. Oka's laugh; the woman that was the secret weapon of the Vandereich.. and Sai's current superior. The girl, no the woman, mused that the other had found someone amusing.. or just met the other prescence that Sai could feel. The tactician of the Vandereich was no push over, as she would wait longer; she would come as one of the last, being of a lower rank of course. However, she would not be the late one; as she understood it.. the Jagdarmee's lieuteant was problem riddled. The dancing of the cold was almost like a charm; the expanses of the white storm that encompassed nature's cruelest element; the wise of the water. For the wind came swiftly, and destroyed all; fire ignited and rampaged, setting all ablaze. And the earth would shift, cracking the very foundations, and as such, break apart all things. But the water; water was a much more dangerous thing, as it would loom, and bury.. and kill slowly. The snow was a numbing cold that killed all of the senses, and the sheer massive white was almost like a void on all colours. It swallowed everything.. and killed it slowly, as she sensed almost all figures present. Just a few more from what she knew; but the Quincy could wait no longer.

''Reise.'' was the singular word she spoke, as the girl was suddenly moving; gliding along the ground, her entire body shifted with mere minute controls, as if not even effected by the air itself. What was this sorcery? On the side of her head, there was a mask; it had the beak of a hawk and the shape of wings. It was a mask, much like the ones floating around her. The girl's body was moving rather rapidly, as she zoomed across the snow; and moved towards the prescences. However, one would say she had misjudged; the girl was several feet above the entire group, as her shape was now visible above them, as a shadow on the ground. However, she noticed immediately something; the snow; the beautiful white expanse, had become something else. Heat had melted, leaving bare, brown earth; and the girl simply waved her hands, the air current keeping her up dying. She fell, but simply landed on her feet; a small push of her hands had offered a slight current to stop a problematic fall. The Tactician had arrived, as she closed her eyes, the masks around her fading one by one, as if being drawn out. And finally, there was none of them left; apart from the one on the side of her head, as the eyes of the girl opened, revealing the gaze of the child that just.. decided to arrive about in front of all of the people there, making sure their sights were on her.

Yes, Sai knew how important it was to understand each other; but the girl simply stood there, not speaking a word. Her face was still; there was no emotions, just a blank slate on her face. Even though the girl's body was right there, it felt like she was ages away, her gaze shifting around, and then losing itself into the sky. The myriad of thoughts that entered her mind were all concerning a tactic or the other; there was nothing that made her anxious or worried. In fact, she probably knew where Hulderic was heading; peace, and yet the scraping of tactics, letting everyone seize on each other, gauge the various individuals that had assimilated here. Yes, this was a fight, a fight for acceptance so Sai could see many thousands of things. The sense of utter calm that the girl was excluding was similar to that of the co-head; however, were as his held power, hers held.. nothing. It was empty. She was empty, as her gaze shifted to the aforementioned co-head. But she paid no more mind to him further then that; her gaze shifted once more, and landed on the particular pair, the only two that perhaps could keep the Tactician's attention longer then most. Oka, her superior, and Hulderic. Savior and Emperor, leading them, he was her teacher, the one that had taught her several things. And she closed her eyes again; what were words spoken, if nobody wished to address her?

''Sai Eostre. Executive Captain. Drachen.'' she said simply. What? It was more then most people got out of the girl on their first meeting; her hands lifted, and she simply left them there, uncaring that she might look silly. In fact, she was trying to see if she could read the air currents; and see where the strange wind like heats were coming from, her curiosity leading her to try and understand all of the battle tactics involved, in case a brawl did break out. Perhaps she was unique; perhaps she was a bit touched in the end. Only further interactions would decide the course of fate for this girl.

Akira Shimotsuki The Wandering Bullet
"I'm here to do my job nothing personal, and I apologize for this swift judgement."
Akira was in tow but he was the silent sniper type of person who would just stay within himself, and he knew that it was depressing, but it was the way he rolled while they were working on the place Akira was already doing his own damn job and that was to protect them from anything coming around from the outside of them. The Boundary Sniper was ready for duty. He had his spirit weapons in hand, and he was hidden in the snow naturally not needing to feel cold because he was manipulating his boundary passively to keep his warmth around his body, and creating a boundary around the compound should anyone break in portals would open all around them and it would a swift judgement of arrows all over the place. It was Akira's answer to the problems of the Vandereich defenses for the time being. He was the problem solver of the group so to speak besides Huldric who was basically leading them. Akira would of sent a message to the group through his boundary telling them what he was doing. He was definitely in range of them, if necessary, but he had the hope that he could quietly just stay in the snow's breeze and since he wasn't affected too much by the wold, he would just keep himself focused on the job, and that was to keep all things away from everyone unless it was another quincy and he'd be able to tell that from their reiatsu signature.

He didn't need to worry about working, because his job was important in its own way. He was the main defense and offense at the same time, and if he had to kill he had no qualms about it, this was his job and that was him until he left the job then he could be himself. I'm here' that's all was his thought. That's my purpose to be here and protect those I care for with my guns and my life. That's all I can be. He just focused on that, and sure they would of been able to sense him because he was within the boundary that he was protecting for the time being. The person he was closest to was Huldric because well he was the kingpin and well he had to remain vigilant on keeping an eye on him and the defenses while they were working and keeping the place built up because if he didn't then no one would be able to complete their jobs, and well it was only a matter of time before they finish right? Because he wanted to just go home and let go of this mentality of being just a warrior for a cause that he didn't really understand why he was a part of. He did this for his parents and his sake. He respected the people here, and but he could never find it in his heart to voice his true opinions because he was just that soft spoken that even the feelings of resentment of the job wouldn't ever dare come from his deathly quiet lips, and he loved everyone around him like they were a part of his family after all.

His eyes were closed and sleeping so to speak and he wasn't coming back for a long time. He had a job to complete first and he would do it. That was the point of the Vandereichs' meaning to him that he would be the bullet of judgment for them. He was their silent shot, the one in the shadows or light that would take you out with no forethought if that was his job. That was the point of his position to track down and destroy anything that threatened the Quincy as a race, and yet he didn't want to do that but he would do it. He was bound to his duty no matter what pushed him, because the sacrifice his parents made for him to become stronger and more comfortable being a Quincy, but he couldn't help to feel like he was messing up on something that was very important and that was the lack of his own self desires. What did he really want? He had never asked himself and no one would probably because he was just staying in the snowdrifts and such staying quiet, he didn't care about the cost of his job as long as it was done. That was his thought for now, Akira would finish what he had started until it was time to go, then he would leave, or until Huldric called him to do something else than stand guard vigilantly. Other than those two conditions he would remain in place silently having his weapons prepared for battle. He was cutting out the process of himself for the time being. "Just stay the path and I will guide you home.~"

First Operation: Heal the Homeland Carmen4
Carmen Heidenreich, clumsy little hohl
Vandereich Jargdarmee Executive Captain, 1-3+, Quincy/Arrancar
Akira was going somewhere; and so, Carmen followed him. Though she told him to go ahead, because she had accidentally phased through a rock; and edged her way back around the mountain to get to her clothes. It was freezing cold, as the girl was shivering; the white snow melded well with her bandages and her apron. The purple haired Hohl let out a soft whine, and rubbed her arms all over herself; she was scared, she was cold, and she just wanted to get back to.. well somewhere. The girl just kept walking in the direction that Akira had started; and soon enough, she had found him, falling at his feet. ''Waaaaah... I got looooost...'' she said, sniffling a bit. But cleaning her eyes, she got up again, and gave Akira a nervous smile, knowing he wasn't listening to her. She would go to the.. place? Yeah. That place. The purple haired girl just kept walking, and eventually found people; her first gaze was for Hulderic, as a smile was slowly starting to beam on her face; and then died as she saw a strange nun girl with a yellow bee like jacket. ''Waaaah! Big bee big BEE!'' Shivering after muttering to herself, she looked around, and saw another girl, her wanted nurse instincts triggering. She looked so frail.. and in much need of help! ''Uwaaa... I wanna take care of her!'' she muttered idly to herself. One thing that made Carmen pay attention even more though, was the girl's youth, her face framed with hair just like the snow - wait, where was the snow?

That was kind of bad that the snow was gone! But the culprit could be Doctor dearest, Raiki Lync. Oooh, Carmen knew about him; and she wanted to .. well... to just be his assistant! But she wasn't sure how to handle him.. but still! She wanted to work along side him and learn and do a whole bunch of things! Because she wanted to be a nurse? Many would question her priorities at this point to be fair. She couldn't even speak, feeling a light blush on her cheeks. And there was this weird girl with a mask; Carmen felt strange around her to be fair. She.. didn't even want to comment, and just sorta looked away embarrassed. And then there was.. ''YE GODS MAN, YOU ARE A COLOSSUS!'' she screamed out in surprise, her eyes spotting out the giant hulking purple haired male. The girl just stumbled backwards and fall on her butt, her body shivering violently, her purple eyes wide open in surprise. ''Ah.. ahh. AAAAAAAAAH!'' she couldn't help but let out, starting to sob uncontrollably. The tears were coming out like water works from her eyes, plopping onto her delicate lap. The girl sniffled once or twice, and then seemed to calm down briefly, and even relax. But yet.. she had yet to notice one thing as she cleaned her eyes. The strange male near Hulderic; rubbing her eyes though, she saw him.

Her quincy sensing skills were not stupid... but they were still kinda glitchy. The girl just tilted her head at the male, having a sense of.. of what? Well it didn't matter. But to everyone, it would possibly be weird; a strange looking girl walking in, and she felt like an arrancar; not a hollow, but an arrancar. And what was more, is that she was obviously a quincy as well, if one looked at her attire, and her cross; and the fact she was even here. The girl sniffled, and then began bawling loudly right where she was seated, unable to really adjust to the situation. Perhaps it was that; but those that knew Carmen would probably know she was overwhelmed with new people, as she tended to only stay around Hulderic and Akira, and she was also probably petrified of all of the quincy powers she could feel. Almost like a scared small animal, the girl plopped her body forward, and curled up into a ball, sobbing intensely. She just.. these people were all weird, and all quincies and she just wanted to see Hulderic and yet there was all these weird people with the stupidly tall dude and the bee lady and the nice pretty girl and then the doctor, and then weird lady and just too many! The Hohl Aquero would just curl up and sob to herself, as she had nothing else to really do or say; she was nerve wrecked..

And hopefully someone would be able to calm her down soon enough.

Hulderic smiled softly at Oka's words taking them in from the female whom had come before him. He nodded towards the people whom acknowledged him speaking now and finishing his words with them now. "Just family Oka, these are friends now or brothers and sisters..But their may be some darkness on this place. So I welcome you all and thank you for coming."

Hulderic's eyes slowly gazed over the people everyone had assembled here. The entire family built, the Vandenreich had come to the home that would be theirs. This place would be the home they never had, the one thing the Quincy deserved but never truly got. Yhwach he hoped was watching this, he'd done something great that the leader from the past couldn't obtain. He'd brought all of his family together and given them the home they so long deserved. Hulderic's eyes looked through the glasses as he smiled now and spoke. "As promised I will explain why we have gathered my people...I have brought us here, a new home awaits us here. I know it is not a great kingdom of Gold. But for our people to have a home, many of you understand exactly what it means..I suspect that the other races will know about the gathering here..However..they don't know everything.."

Hulderic left his words stop for a moment as he tapped Raiki on the shoulder glancing from each face to taking in their reactions. One final question needed to be answered and Hulderic would ask it and do his very best to meet it. "Tell me, we now have a home what is it we as a people and as the Vandenreich should strive for? Hulderic was very for his peoples opinions he knew what they needed most was a home. He'd provided it now, their was an energy signature coming from this place not to mention the scars of the land informed their masters of the large gathering here. To be fair this many Quincy at this level of power was unheard of for good reason. Their kind were scattered and broken but now they would be repaired and rebuilt. Hulderic had a message for the tyrants and for every Organization, but he would deliver it later. For now something else concerned him.

"Many of you it took me a while to get you here and find you, I'm sorry I wasn't faster with the time. But..now that we are here consider this your birthday..I will tell you my greatest wish that I have always longed for even when I fought a soldier. I wanted a place to belong, home something and a family. Now I have that very thing each of you are like the children I do not have to me. So know this I will protect you as if my own children and be the father for you if I can. That's my greatest wish now tell me what yours are, then we will make this place our home..Healing the homeland of the Quincy will only take us as a family a short time." Hulderic finished saying his words and letting them know what his true desire was, Hulderic thought of these young kids as his children. His eyes waited for reactions as he released Raiki's shoulder finally and looked over to the area where the battle had happened in the distance. He would need to deal with that scar himself, Raiki could lead the others in handling the other situations.

He could feel the snow flakes in his beard as he smiled and waiting for the peoples words to come to him.
