Personality:
Solis is an incredibly vain man. He cares a lot about his appearance, to the point where he changes his appearance often just for the hell of it. He changes his hair color almost daily because he can't decide if he looks best as a blonde or brunette.

Solis isn't a bad person though, as an Espada, he only fights when ordered if he can find a good reason to do so. At other times, he'll fight purely because he thinks it'll increase his influence. Solis refuses to fight without a good reason, he favors talking things out instead of fighting to solve his problems. If he knows that he'll have to fight, he'll ambush an opponent with his slick speed instead of fighting head on.

As a leader, Solis stands up for his subordinates and refuses to let them be harmed. He is close to those who are loyal to him, so he is immediately enraged if they are harmed. His anger is a force to be reckoned with, when he's enraged his pacifism goes out the window and his reiatsu becomes unwieldy.

He is loyal to no one because his time as a hollow and arrancar has convinced him that everyone else is busy being loyal to only themselves. He shows loyalty and cares for his subordinates because they do the same for him. For now, he's using his position as a way to get more people (shinigami, arrancar, whatever) to be loyal to him instead of their respective organizations. What he'll do with this power, no one knows.

GENETIC LOOKS

Appearance:
He's six foot even, weighs about 200 pounds (most of which is lean muscle). His hair is down to his mid-back and golden, his eyes are green. He wears the usual uniform of the Espada.

Underneath his hair on the right and left sides there's a large rectangular block of bone white mask.

Lealtad is sealed as two black sai.

Racial Abilities:
The ability to disguise himself indefinitely (four post cool down once he ends a disguise) and the ability to create two fraccion-level clones indefinitely. The clones can be told apart from Solis because they don't have his Espada tattoo (five post cool down once one is destroyed). The clones are meant to exist interdimensionally. If they are within Solis' presence for one post, they go back into his body.

Cero, Hierro, Cero Oscuras, and Sonido as well.
RESSERECCION

Resereccion Name:
Lealtad (Loyalty)

Resereccion Release Phrase:
Distorsionan y destruyen las expectativas (Distort and Destroy Expectations)

Release Actions:
He connects his two sai together and they become one, turning them into a single katana-sai hybrid.

Resereccion Appearance:
Solis' ressurreccion powers are locked within his sword in this form, which is one of the reasons why he calls himself “the boring Espada”. His appearance doesn't change.

Resereccion Abilities:
Name: Estar engañada (Under a delusion)
Description: Estar engañada confuses a reiatsu based attack, sending it back at the enemy. He does this by infusing the attack with his own reiatsu and making it his own, giving him control. He can use this ability on any attack. He uses reiatsu equal to the attack to do this, making it an ability that can tire him out easily. If he uses twice the reiatsu of the attack, he can increase the attack's speed to bala levels.
Cool Down: Three posts.

Name: Sobrecarga (Overload)
Description: Sobrecarga causes a reiatsu-based attack to explode. He uses reiatsu equal to the attack to do this, but he compacts the energy into a golden beam. By compacting it, Sobrecarga moves as fast as a bala, but it also requires incredible precision. He can use Estar enganada and Sobrecarga in conjunction with each other.
Cool Down: Three posts.

DUES EX RESSERECION

Leal Caballero de la Muerte (Death's Loyal Knight)

Dues Ex Release Phrase:
Desapretar (Unlock)

Dues Ex Release Actions:
Solis stabs himself with his sword and the now-powerless zanpakuto turns into an pure black katana.

Dues Ex Appearance:
He looks like he's covered in a full suit of black armor, but keeps the now powerless katana. He wears a long, heavy black robe for the sake of lowering his speed. The armor is made up of his reiatsu and would incapacitate almost any fraccion-level arrancar or lower. His reiatsu becomes far greater. His hierro becomes much stronger purely because of the armor. His golden eyes pierce his opponent through the helmet and his hair grows longer, flowing out the helmet's back.

Dues Ex Abilities:
Name: Las mentiras que le dice a la belleza (The lies beauty tells)
Description: This ability is an extremely powerful version of Disfrazada, his disguise ability, which changes the world instead of Solis' appearance. He does this to show just how powerful his deus ex segunda makes him, he can change the world around him for about a mile to whatever he feels it should be. This ability is used to confuse, scare, or otherwise disorient an opponent.
Duration: Five posts.
Cool Down: Can't be used again in battle.

Name: Totalidad Sobrecarga (Total Overload)
Description: Solis' sacrifice, he uses the armor as a catalyst for Sobrecarga, destroying almost everything within a 50 foot radius. Using this ability means that Solis dies.

Hierro rises to Advanced level, Reiatsu becomes incredible. All normal resurreccion abilities are retained.

History:
He sat in his room, completely taken away from the screams that came from his parents' room.

He kept sitting there, even when his mother's voice suddenly cut off and her body thudded against the floor.

Still, he sat there when his father broke down his door covered in blood, some his own and some his dead wife's. In Solis' mind, his father's bellows were the cool waves of the sea, crashing and crashing and crashing...

As the full moon glimpsed through Solis' blinds, his head was being cracked open like an egg. The father had taken his own life before morning. Whether this was remorse or avoiding murder by the hands of the community, we'll never know. But a beautiful golden haired ten year old boy laid dead, his battered body finally broken and his eyes, gratefully, finally closed to a world that he had spent years learning how to ignore.

That was more than a thousand years ago, but Solis still hasn't forgotten. The mental illness that Solis had that led to his father's insanity was dispelled by his hollowfication and replaced by incredible vanity and greed. He was tenacious in his youth, destroying and consuming hollows left and right for the sake of increasing his strength. Within fifty years, he was an adjuchas, a fierce golden lion that pounced on anyone unlucky enough to even look at him the wrong way. He saved two adjuchas from a Vasto Lorde, stopping their deaths, but unable to consume the legendary hollow. Those two adjuchas have been his only official fraccion ever since then. This was the first time that the thought came to mind:

What if there's something stronger than a Vasto Lorde?

It was innocent and fleeting, but he kept thinking about it over the years. Over the next one hundred and fifty years, with this assistance of the two shadows, he fought constantly to reach Vasto Lorde status. Sadly, his dream would never be. Instead, he met Aizen in the sands of Hueco Mundo and was turned in an arrancar by his hogyoku. Almost like a shinigami, Solis locked his abilities within his zanpakuto. His power was lowered considerably by this decision, but he feels it was worth it to keep his beauty. Solis was a numeros then, but he trained constantly and discovered his Deus Ex Ressurreccion which increased his power intensely. His normal resurreccion actually took his vanity into account, refusing to change his appearance at the cost of power.

Upon using deus ex resurreccion, just to see how powerful he truly was, an onslaught of hollows was attracted to the reiatsu. In fact, Solis wouldn't have gotten out of it alive if it wasn't for the two shadows. In return, Solis allows them the luxuries of whatever position he finds himself in. Most importantly, Solis found that he hated his deus ex resurreccion. He had finally uncovered his beautiful face from its mask and now he'd be forced to cover it up again for the sake of power. He is now coming to terms with his resurreccion, actually realizing that the armor makes him look pretty bad ass.

These days, Solis is happy as Tercera Espada. Upon finding his deus ex resurreccion, he decided that being a simple numeros wasn't enough and that he had to become an Espada. When he took the empty Tercera Espada seat and became the Espada's Assassin, he gave the two shadows real names, “Consuela and Consuelo Idasson”, recognizing them as his brother and sister. He still finds loyalty just as useless as he had during his days alone, but now he acts as a manipulator. He stays out of the petty disputes and wars and plays both sides of them instead. To him, life is a game of Chess and everyone is a piece for him to play with.

It was their usual ritual, the two shadows woke Solis up every morning by singing his name in unison. They knew just how much he hated being called “aniki”, so they did it just so that he'd wake up a little quicker. Back in his days as Hueco Mundo's king, he didn't mind his name being used with honorifics, they were weaker than him and should show respect, right? But seeing how many of the Espada treat their fraccion, he realized that simple respect was too commonplace. So, he had his fraccion call him by first name, just to be different.

“How many times have I told you two not to call me aniki?!” he bellowed, echoing through the castle.

“Sorry, Solis!” They said, bowing.

Anyone who had seen Solis and his fraccion realized that their relationship was very strange. Instead of the usual complete subservience, they worked together. Many believed that they were truly related because they acted more like siblings than Solis' underlings. Truthfully, Solis wouldn't have it any other way. His mind often goes back to the day when he almost died, submerged under a mountain of hollows, and Consuelo and Consuela pulled him out. While he was King of Hueco Mundo, they were the Prince and Princess. Whatever he had was theirs as well.

“It's getting to be boring here... what are we doing today?” Consuela said.

“I think... I think we'll be visiting the human world. See if we can meet some shinigami and have a little fun?” Solis said, smirking as if no shinigami could ever stand up to his power.

“Are we going to get to have a little fun too? You always get to fight!” Consuelo said.

Solis sighed, and pulled a clone from his body. “I think you guys should go off with him. I feel like I'm needing a bit of beauty sleep.” He said, checking out the non-existent bags under his eyes.

Solis flopped back into bed and watched the two go off as they put on their underling act once again.

“Sayonara, Solis...” They said, bowing and entering the garganta with the clone.

From the depths of the garganta, he heard one word blast into his room “ANIKI!” Solis grumbled, but the smile on his face was wide and real. Why would he ever want to give up this simple life?

Alright, I've found a few problems with your application.

2: You're not the first natural arrancar
3: You couldn't be the "King of Hueco Mundo" after Barragan's death.
4: Can you make a post limit on the clones? I don't like indefinitely and clones mixed.
5: In one of your abilities, you state you can send reitsu attacks back. There's a problem. If the attack is a dumb-fire type (Which most are) then your attack would have no effect on it, since you're saying your attack puts your reitsu signature somewhere else. The problem is, that a dumb-fire type would continue to go in that direction.
6: You can't have that as your appearance~ Cain is taken by me

Didn't notice the no Vastos rule, my bad. Clones have been edited, keeping the ability's point (meeting other organizations in other dimensions) but giving them some combat usefulness. They can only be in Solis' presence for one post. The indefinitely is still there, though they can only exist indefinitely if they aren't near Solis.

Estar enganada infuses the attack with Solis' reiatsu, basically making it his own. Edited to show that. If that doesn't work, then I'll change it to something else.
