Okay, in this scenario, Orihime (although out of character) wants to kill Spiderman. Also, Spiderman has the Iron Spider Armor and isn't dead :3. Now, GO!

How is it common sense? It's an Orihime that actually wants to kill Spiderman, and Spiderman is in the Iron Spider suit. Seems like a pretty close battle to me...

Not to me. There's the fact that spiderman has spider sense, allowing him to anticipate any moves being thrown at him, he has an overwhelming power advantage over Orihime and if Orihime let him get close up or even get web on her, it'd be over.

I have to agree. Sure, she WANTS to kill him, making her powers more powerful, but want, and having the ability to are two different things.

Spiderman's Spidey senses isn't applicable constantly; if it was, Spiderman would almost never be hit. Also, Orihime does still have the event canceler, shield thing, fusion of matter rejection majigger, and all those wonderful things, and Spiderman doesn't necessarily have any form of power to nullify that power. This was meant in that, assuming Orihime was willing to use her powers to kill Spiderman, and Spiderman wasn't dead and has the iron spider suit, also having some reason to fight Orihime back; who would win?

your also forgetting something very important which spider man are we talking about? are we talking about spider man from the 2099 universe or the noir or the ultimate or the what remember spider man powers sorta change between univere and how he uses them but all in all he has about the same powers and abilites in all of them with small changes in some way. also by iron spider do you mean any spider man has them from the said universe your talking about? remember zombie spider man has cosmic powers due to consuming glatics the eater of planets in the marvel zombie universe. so yea what spider man from what universe?

Earth 616, right after Pete found out about his new spiderpowers after killing Morlun and Tony gave him the Spider Armored Suit v2.0. I'm lessed experienced in the Marvel Universe as compared to others, so I might have a few inconsistencies, but if that happens, please notify me and I'll clarify and fix what I said so things make sense again
