Racial Abilities:

Flicker:

Flicker is an ability that allows Claire to temporarily displace herself between spaces in dimensions. With this, she will begin to flicker and blink, as though she IS bad reception on a television program, then she will disappear. When she disappears, she will be displaces meaning she's between dimensions. The reason she can do this is because as a Memory Rosary, she originated her form and power between the dimensions of Soul Society and earth. She became comfortable with those realms, and because of it, she attained the ability to do so. Most of the time she uses this ability, she will appear within the same dimension, just in a different area. If so, she has a range of about 1 mile, and anywhere between that 1 mile and her point of origin. If she travels neighboring dimensions, she has the same distance, to travel 1 mile in the new dimension, or anywhere from the point of origin. If she travels any farther than 1 mile, the ability will automatically halt, and she'll appear in her direct location.

Blood Flux:

Blood Flux is an ability that allows Claire to control spilt blood. If there is any blood that has left the body in an open area, Claire is able to control it and manifest it as it no longer belongs to the holder, but now the world. Claire can make the blood sharper or harden for any reason and control it 100%. With this, she can turn droplets into spikes or bullets for impaling her opponent, or she can simply create a shield for protection. She can even use the blood to create a spear and use it to shank her targets. This ability is mainly used to feed Blood Queen the required sacrifices, but was then used as a weapon when possible.

Wraith Control:

Claire controls blanks and their every move/power/use. She can summon possibly an infinite amount of blanks to obey her wishes. The Blanks are indeed powerless, but since their being is that of Spiritual Pressure, Claire can sacrifice/produce so many to use at her disposal for combat, or any other purpose. Also, since the Blanks are somewhat dumb, Claire will use them for servants/cooking/cleaning in Las Nachos as they do tend to be a good help.

Upgraded due to Claire's access to Death Energy as well as all power types within known existence, Claire has upgraded all her Blanks into Wraiths, what she likes to call "Deathless Angels". The Wraiths take the following appearance:
They let out a loud shriek when as they communicate and all have access to Claire's energy pool. They don't hold a power over 2-0, but aren't Claire's fighting force, but are more energy spawns.

Dimension Control:

Claire holds the ability to open and close the Valley of Screams, as well as The Kokuryuteshi's Realm, when she wishes and move in and out from where ever she wants. This allows her freedom of movement as well as transportation to any realm between Hueco Mundo, Earth, The Kokuryuteshi's Realm, and The dreadful Valley of Screams.

Ego:

Claire is a Memory Rosary had holds two internal Ego's. Her primary Ego is known as Despair, her insane and bloodthirsty self, she receives inspiration and increase in power whenever she is around something that cries in despair, or suffers. For example, if Claire is slowly torturing a Mother, and the child is crying in despair, it'll fuel Claire making her insanity stronger, and adding impact to her lust of cries. If Claire receives Hope, or someone she loves dearly is in need of her, she will enter her positive Ego, Hope. When Claire enters this state, her eyes will turn blue, returning to their natural color and her hair will shine and shimmer in grace. Her mind will calm down and her sense of kindness will also return, entering a mission of giving Hope to existence. Whenever she is surrounded or witnesses something that holds hope for the future, or Hope to survive, Claire becomes inspired and gains a boost in power to strive for this Hope.

Memory Release:

Claire has the same ability as her brother, the power of the Memory Rosary Release, where she will release her malfunctioned existence and become an unknown level of strength, as the charts can't even reach her level. Her appearance in this state is that she will be glowing a crimson red, and become a flowing shape of blood. Solid objects go through her and cause her to simply splash, and reform, making her immune to physical attacks. She cannot speak in this state, but instead releases loud shrieks and roars. If in the right mental state, Claire has access to telepathy. The way to gain this power is currently unknown to Claire, but it will be of the same magnitude as Ceon. She will gain pure white orbs of energy, due to the number of bonds she holds gold in her heart, and her speed/power/everything will be off record scale. After the Memory Release is completed, Claire will perish till her next rebirth. The main abilities while under Memory Release are that she can substitute her very soul between her orbs. She can teleport to any point and place, as long as she can mentally see it. She also has an ability called Magnum of Existence 2.0. Like her Magnum of Existence, Claire will be able to shoot out condensed remnants of memories (Blanks) in massive power that if enough is added, could bring the collapse of existence. These are different in that her's is a condensed and smaller shot that goes on a smaller scale, but can potentially hold the same amount of damage. Claire can use all her Shikai/Bankai abilities, and finally, the Grand Omen of Praise. The Grand Omen of Praise is just like Ceon's final ability, where all orbs and the main will gather in a centralized location and focus for 3 seconds. At the end of the 3 seconds, a massive explosion will occur, taking the life of everything caught in its radius. At the end of that ability, Claire will disappear.

Magnum of Existence:

Claire controls the power of the MAGNUM OF EXISTENCE. When Claire summons the Magnum, it'll appear in space and be the shape of a giant cannon that all beings in the hemisphere it appears in can see. It'll even have energy that can be felt by all beings below it. Now while the Memory Rosaries are non-existent and do not appear or exist in any other dimension than the current, the Magnum however does exist and appear on all layers of existence including the one summoned. This happens because the Cannon is meant to destroy existence and all its entirety. Thus to do so, the cannon needs to fire from all parallel dimensions. When Claire activates the Cannon, she will amplify its power to destroy the plain of existence with Ceon's energy. Then, she will use Senna's control of Cycles to ensure that the Cannon also obliterates time. Then finally, by using her power of existence control, she will fire the Cannon sacrificing herself in the end with her manipulation of Existence Control, thus obliterating all of Existence. When activated, the Cannon cannot be stopped and thus, when complete, all existence will be eradicated and the mission of the Memory Rosaries will be complete. The Ritual can be interrupted however, thus allowing an outside source be capable of disrupting the Ritual and not allowing Existence to be removed. The Cannon can shoot Energy too, and have the capability of causing mass destruction. The blasts of the Cannon are extremely powerful and will need an extremely powerful barrier to protect from its shots.

Twisted Fantasy:

This ability was obtained from Blood Queen before she disappeared from Claire. Blood Queen changed Claire that day and gave her a curse that she could not control and would effect others around her. When Claire sleeps, she will fall into a dream, and the first person she thinks of will become effected by this. If they are awake, they will fall asleep instantly, and if they are already asleep they will enter this dream with Claire. What happens then is the Twisted Fantasy will take effect and whatever is interesting/potential for the second individual will become the theme. From there, the natural world of what one would expect of their fantasy will become twisted and take hold. Nothing physical or mental can happen to the physical body of the guest initially, but mental damage can be done. If believed that this world is real, then they will slowly meld into madness and Claire will watch and observe, and there is no escape from the fantasy till Claire wakes up in the material world. If one believes the world they are in is reality to themselves, not only will their sanity slowly slip, but the damage they take in from the dream will follow them into reality. Claire cannot control this ability as it takes a natural hold, and even she is bonded to all her dreams. She doesn't become the target, but instead she watches as the events are made to make her take a turn back to Insanity...

Zanpakutô Spirit:
The most mysterious and suspicious Zanpaktou spirit of them all is known as the "Blood Queen", the one with the ability to grant its wielder the powers of a God. The Blood Queen is as insane as Claire is, and because Claire lives with the torment of the very fabric of existence, Blood Queen has grown attached to Claire. With Claire's never ending desire for death, agony, despair, and torment, Blood Queen has promised Claire her abilities, but at a cost. If Claire were to ever give up on her conquest of endless Rage and Revenge, and not pay Blood Queen her sacrifices, then Claire will lose her very power, and as a double-edge, her mind would be suspended into limbo, thus removing Claire from her very mind and body.

I'd probably reword that as "reach the strength of a near god."

We don't allow that in combat and cannot be used to alter the site's timeline. As, when you go back in time on this site, it automatically splits your divergence from our timeline and creates a separate one where you are free to experience the past without it effecting the present or this site's past.

Mangum of Existence: Claire controls the power of the MAGNUM OF EXISTENCE. When Claire activates this ability, she will sacrifice Ceon and Senna thus becoming the host of Memories. She will then eradicate the very host (Herself), and will cause a flux between dimensions. When activated, she cannot be stopped and thus, when complete, all existence will be eradicated and the mission of the Memory Rosaries will be complete.

Already said for him to readjust the wording so people are clear: the sacrifice cannot be stopped, but Clarie herself can be.

"Existance Control: She can literally control any being within her range of 1 Kilometer and do as she wishes with them. This is a power to be feared amongst all as no matter the power, Claire can control you and anything you do, giving her the nickname the "Puppeteer". I'd probably remove the LITERALLY ANYTHING part, but say it is open to a large variety of her control. You should also adjust to where she can control most things that come into contact with her, but not everything a person does. In addition to that, she can control endless amounts of subjects and targets? Care to go into more detail about that?

"Whim of the Maker is the ability to "Remove/Erase from Existence". With this, Claire's Pitchfork will glow and with this, Claire will be able to remove anything she sees or desires from Existence. When removed, all history of that person/place/thing will evaporate and cease to be known. For example, if Claire used this ability on HITLER, then the complete Nazi Era would never exist and World War 2 would have never happened. When Claire uses this ability, she can either "Erase" it, or "Store" it. If Claire stores the very person/place/thing, then it will be removed, but stored into her pitchfork for later use. This ability is famous for Cero's for example. If a Cero flies at Claire, she'll just use this ability as the Cero will never have existed, and be stored for her to use in a future time"

It's fine to obliterate someone to where nothing is left, but the memory thing cannot happen. That falls in line with our timeline thing and would cause disruptances if it allowed to occur. Everything else may be allowed, but allowed to be countered if someone is strong enough to think of a way.
