» Personality: When Sherri was infected with her inner hollow, her personality itself became corrupted. This created an alternate personality, similar to Sherri's true personality, but bent more towards a hollow's evil way of life. However, since reuniting with her family, they have figure out that her true personality reemerges when around the flames of her sister, Miaka Yazaki. If the smell of Miaka's flames leaves her though, her personality will revert to its corrupted form.

True Personality:

• Immodest: Sherri does not know the meaning of modesty, and sometimes acts in a flirtatious manner subconsciously. She does not mind other people seeing her naked body, in fact she enjoys being nude.
  
  
• Protective: Sherri has an extremely strong bond with her Yazaki siblings, and will protect them from danger at all costs. She is even willing to let herself get killed to save any one of them.
  
  
• Lonely: Sherri has this constant feeling of loneliness, like she can never belong in any other group. The only group excluded from this is her family, she actually has a very strong bond with them. For other people though, it is almost impossible to befriend her and gain her trust.
  
  
• Family person: To Sherri, nothing matters more to her then her family, including their orders and the safety precautions that have set up around her. She knows that she has been given a second chance at life, and that these precautions are meant to keep her in a safe condition. She will follow the orders of the family's leader without question, unless she is told to harm another family member. If she is, she will refuse point blank, and may attack said person.
  
  
• Emotionally fragile: Since returning to her family, Sherri's emotional state has become extremely fragile. It takes very little for her to fly off the handle or to drop in to a bout of suicidal depression. However, due to her sister Miaka's help, this has never become an issue thus far.
  
  
• Lusts for battle: Sherri loves fighting, she loves the rush of adrenaline, the excitement of being close to death. If she sees someone fighting, she will want in, she will laugh while fighting, to her it is the biggest thrill. She has not found another way to satiate these feelings, though she will always listen to her father figure, and will stay out if he tells her to.
  

Corrupted Personality:

• Temptress: Sherri is willing to use anything to distract someone or get them to do something, she is even willing to tempt them with her body if she can. It doesn't help that she is physically at the age where most mortals would have lovers already.
  
  
• Protective: Sherri is extremely possessive of people she takes interest in, and there is no boundaries as to what she will do if she meets such a person. She would have no problem kidnapping them or blackmailing them for her to get what she wanted.
  
  
• Confused Lover: Sherri has never had a lover, and she is desperate for one. This leads her to cling tightly to those she befriends, and will more likely then not break down emotionally should someone sh cares about seem to disappear.
  
  
• Listens to superiors: Though she may not like what they say, she does not argue with what her superiors in the monsuta say. She will do anything they say, short of kill herself or a comrade. There are a few exceptions to this, and they are when dealing with her lust for battle or when she is dealing with an emotional breakdown.
  
  
• Emotionally Unstable: Sherri is very emotionally unstable. Small things can easily set her in to a rampage or curl up in depression. The only one who has managed to calm her down is her father figure, no one else has managed to.

» Zanpakutō Name: Mastiv

» Zanpakutō Spirit Appearance:

» Zanpakutō Spirit Personality: Mastiv is like a parent and a mentor to Sherri. The zanpaktou tries its best to help Sherri grow stronger, pushing her in ways that she can go the furthest. When Sherri is having a particularly bad day Mastiv may pull her in the her inner world in order to help her calm down. Mastiv acts toward Sherri as if the zanpaktou were her mother, and is glad she has found her place in the monsuta.

» Inner World: In Sherri's inner world it is always midnight, a full moon shining its dim light through the trees in the forest. Only a small amount of moonlight manage to make it the the trees, creating lots of shadows on the ground. A tent is pitched under on tree, two sleeping bags to one side. Upon one is where her Zanpaktou spirit usually sits, a large black dog that was too soft to be a regular dog.

Sealed Zanpakutō Appearance: The grip of her zanpaktou is made of fine leather strips wound around the hilt. The guard is made of some metal, a square with two black gems set in to it, one on either side of the blade. The blade is a bit longer then most zanpaktou, but this does not seem to impair her ability with it at all.


Sealed Zanpakutô Abilities:
Vision of the Shadows: Sherri can see perfectly well in pure darkness, except without color. If there is any amount of light, colors start to come back, going from no color in absolutely no light to Full color in regular daylight conditions.

Smell of Flames: Like a hollow can smell spirits, Sherri can smell fire based users. When one is close and using his/her abilities, it usually forces her mask to form, after which she switches targets to the fire user who, in her mind, is the best smelling. She will attack others who attempt to fight that target, as she sees them as trying to steal her meal. However, the smell of a member of the Yazaki family does not cause this to happen. For most family members, their smell is calming, a relaxing effect. For her siblings though, their scents are extremely strong towards her. Even when not using their abilities, she can still smell their flames if they are near her, and each one has a unique effect, depending on the sibling.

Yoma: Drains sherri of all energy over one post. At the end of Sherri's post, she will fall the the ground, unconscious.
Miaka: Return her to her old self, healing the damage caused when the hollow infected her. Her personality returns to how it originally was, and she gains full control over her inner hollow's abilities. In addition, she does not suffer from the other effects of this ability, except for Yakitsuki's flames.
Tsui: Fills sherri with irrational, paralyzing fear. For a short period of time, Sherri will be frozen in place from the fear, after which she will react in whatever manner she normally would when filled with that much fear.
Yakitsuki: Fills sherri with extreme happiness. It is an irrational happiness, one that makes Sherri energetic and playful.

» Release Phrase: "Growl in to the dark, Mastiv!"

» Shikai Appearance: Pitch black flames leap up from the two gems, covering the whole blade in them. A black chain sprouts from the bottoms of the hilt, winding loosely around her arm. It rips through any clothing as it makes its way up, stopping at her shoulder where it combines with another chain link, anchoring it there.

» Shikai Abilities:

Vision of the Darkfire: At will, Sherri can activate this ability to replace all color vision with thermal readings, colors getting closer to orange and then white the hotter the object was, and as things got colder getting more towards blue and then black. She can deactivate this ability at will, and it automatically deactivates should she leave shikia.

Darkfire: The fire that covers her sword while in shikia is darkfire, a combination of fire and darkness that burns pure black. While it will burn as a normal flame would, the flames burning at about one thousan degrees Fahrenheit, it is more potent in that while burning a living being it will burn not only their body but eat away at their reiatsu, slowly draining them of energy. This drains energy so that someone with the same amount as Sherri would have none after fifteen posts of constantly being drained from darkfire. The amount of darkfire covering the person does not affect how much energy will be drained. However, darkfire is an unnatural union, and therefore cannot be maintained once it is separated from its source. Thus, if Sherri's blade is not touching darkfire that is burning it will, after four posts, revert to normal fire and decrease in temperature to about seven hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Sherri is immune to her own darkfire, whether it be from her sword's flames or a technique she uses.

Shadows of Corrupting Vision: Shadows rise up from the ground, forming a large dome of black mist about 200 feet in diameter. The mist combines with the air to form a 50/50 mixture and blocks light. Normal eyesight reaches 36 feet before becoming blurry, and ends 60 feet from the viewer. Every post this sphere is active the temperature in the sphere increases by fifty degrees celsius. While something is in contact Sherri or her zanpaktou they do not suffer the affects of the increased heat. This sphere disperses after five posts, upon which the temperature returns to normal, and she can't use it for four more posts.

Shadows converge and cover the fallen flame, flames form in to the arm of the fiend. Come forth from the earth, Tendrils of the Fiendish Visage.: After saying this chant, Sherri stabs her sword in to the ground. A ripple of darkness spreads out in a circle of twenty five feet in diameter, eight tentacle shapes, formed of darkfire, erupt evenly from the edge of the circle and attempt to entangle anyone who has been damaged by her darkfire before. This darkfire is much weaker then what is on Sherri's blade, and would, at most, provide mild burns, and only drains a very small amount of reiatsu at a time, such that it would take someone of Sherri's strength fifty posts to go from full to nothing. On the other hand, they are not detached from the source for the duration of this ability, after which they burn out completely after one post. This ability has a duration of 4 posts, and a cooldown of 3, starting at the end of the duration.

DarkFlame Fangs: Points her sword towards a target and darkfire in the shape of a dog's jaws flies towards the target. Upon making contact with anything solid it explodes in a burst of darkfire about 10 feet wide. Anything living within the blast will be afflicted with a short term darkfire which only lasts for 2 posts, with no regard to her hollows strengthened darkfire, but which drains two times as much as her normal darkfire does from their reiatsu, and is just as hot as her normal darkfire. After the two round, this darkfire disappears completely, leaving no ordinary fire behind.

» Bankai Appearance: Her appearance doesn't change at all besides for the disappearance of her sword.

» Bankai Abilities:
The flame dogs of humanity: When Sherri releases her bankai, Her zanpaktou spirit appears in front of her, the first flame dog Mastiv. While she is still using her bankai she can call out the name of any other flame dog and they will be summoned to her side and aid her until she stops using her bankai, at which point they will vanish.

Mastiv, the killing flame:
Appearance: Mastiv is a giant hound, his back reaching up to Sherri's shoulder's when laying on the ground. His body is made completely of darkfire, flickering with darkness.
Abilities: When Mastiv attacks someone, they will get burned by his flames as well as one tenth of their remaining energy (spiritual, chaos, or whatever else) is eaten away by his flames. However, no one can be affected by the energy drain effect of his flames more then five times in one thread. This is in addition to the physical damage caused by being bitten, clawed, head butted, or whatever his attack was.

Lumina, the loving flame:
Appearance: Lumina is about half the size of Mastiv, only coming up to Sherr's shoulder if she stood on all fours. She is made up of blazefire, a brilliant, blinding flame of pure white.
Abilities: She can wrap herself around an ally, bathing them in her flames in order to heal their wounds. She will heal most non-life threatening wound fairly fast, though beyond that is severely reduced. She can only keep herself wrapped around someone for two posts, then she can't wrap around someone for three posts. In addition, she can let out a growl which is accompanied by a cone of light, blinding everyone in front of her for fifty feet for 1 post.

Nethar, the birthing flame:
Appearance: Nethar can only be seen as heat warped air, forming in to a shape around him. He is about the size of a normal golden retriever, made up of a mass of pure heat, reaching temperatures as high as the surface of the sun at some points.
Abilities: Nethar's only ability is to create new flame hounds. By devouring a flame based ability Nethar can create a flame hound based off of that flame's unique traits. To utilize this I must first get permission of the owner of that character, and then I must post an upgrade which must be approved by a staff member. Then I must wait 3 days after the upgrade is approved before I may start using that flame dog in threads (this wait period does not apply to Kry-ah who was created by Miaka's flames).

Kry-ah, the crystal flame:
Appearance: About the size of a golder retriever puppy, Kry-ah is the smallest and newest of the flame hounds. Made of blue flames surrounded by some sort of blue diamond shell, this is a hound made of Miaka's flames.
Abilities: Kry-ah has the ability to enhance all fire based abilities of allies within twenty feet of her. In addition, she can shoot diamonds covered in blue flames from her mouth in order to damage her opponents. Also she can move one of the diamond plates covering her body on to an ally, giving them a protective layer of diamond on their skin, equivalent to a arrancar's hierro.]

» Inner Hollow Description: Her inner hollow takes the form of a man, spiky black hair settled handsomely on top of his head. Red eyes glinting at her, wearing a leather biking jacket and worn jeans. His skin though , a ghostly white, betrayed his true nature as her inner hollow.

» Inner Hollow Personality: Her inner hollow's attitude had calmed down, but it was still basically the same as ever. He was disrespectful, seeing everyone as below him. Extremely self centered and arrogant, he was difficult to work with. Now though, instead of outright bullying her and reducing her to tears, he satisfied himself with the occasional sexist remark towards her.

» Inner Hollow Powers:

enhanced speed and agility: her inner hollow is much faster and agile then she is, he easily doubles her speed without breaking a sweat.

Strengthened Darkfire: Her inner hollow has been able to strengthen the union between fire and darkness, creating a darkfire that lasts for double the time as her normal one before reverting to normal fire.

Blazefire: Somehow her hollow had managed to create blazefire, a union of the sun's power and fire which created flames of extreme heat. This fire is even more unstable then normal darkfire, and only lasts a few seconds, and then instantly dies out, leaving no flames behind.

Cloak of the Raging Flame: The raging flame is the connector in her hollow's blazefire, and her hollow has learned to use it in another way. Her hollow has learned to completely envelope his body in an aura of flames. The distance the aura from him changes every post, and the cloak lasts for a total of ten posts and then requiring a five post cooldown from him. All temperatures below are in celsius:
First post (Activation post and repition post, aka 6th post): It starts with only a distance of an inch from his body, with a heat of five hundred degrees.
Second post: it extends to 3 inches from his body, and the heat increases to 750 degrees.
Third post: it decreases to 2 inches from his body, but the heat increases to 1000 degrees.
Fourth post: It extends to 6 inches from his body, and the heat remains the same.
Fifth post: It extends to 9 inches from his body, but the heat decreases to 600 degrees.
After the fifth post it goes to back to beginning.


Cero: A standard energy blast, it consists of firing a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some Arrancar and Vizard are capable of firing Cero from their hands, fingers and other parts of their bodies

Bala: a technique of firing hardened spiritual pressure against his enemies. Less powerful than a Cero, but it can be successively fired at 20 times the rate.

» Vizard Powers:

Increased speed: While her raw power does not increase when she dawns her mask, her speed and agility is increased greatly.

Strengthened Darkfire: While she is wearing her hollow mask, her regular darkfire is replaced with her hollow's strengthened darkfire, so that they revert to regular flames after eight posts instead of four.

Blazefire: When under the effects of Miaka's flames and she has dawned her mask, Sherri has found she can actually summon blazefire. However, it has taken on a completely different form then what her inner hollow uses. For some reason, her blazefire burns at exactly 98.6 degrees fahrenheit, an extremely low heat for a flame ability, but this flame is a flame of healing, not battle. This flame starts out like a long rope coiled around her arm, before slithering over to her target. Upon reaching her target, it covers a part of their body, up to 50% of it, in itself. However, people do not feel burned by this white fire, in fact it feels pleasantly warm. After one post the flames die out, revealing the area beneath them to have been healed. The amount of healing done depends on her Kidō skill, her tier, and the amount of area covered by the fire (the higher her Kidō and tier, the stronger the healing, the larger the area covered, the weaker the healing).

» Background:
Sherri Yazaki was born either the third or fourth child in the Yazaki family. The second set of twins their mother had given birth to, Sherri and her sister were, at birth, almost identical. Same radiant red hair, same eyes, and this made telling them apart very difficult. They were also very close, playing together, and in general having fun. As she grew up, Sherri always had this carefree, happy go luck attitude about her. When she was three years old, there was a falling out within the family, their father taking her older brother Tsui and leaving. For the first time in 3 years, Sherri's joyous giggling did not flow through the house. For a week she kept herself locked alone in her room or a closet, coming out only for meals and other essential tasks. Depression had caught her, and she didn't know how to react to it.

At the end of the week, Miaka and Yoma, the youngest of the siblings, snuck in to the room when she went to get a meal. When she returned, they sat with her, sitting together. This comforted Sherri, and by the end of the day, she had returned to her old self. However, she never had that constant cheerfulness again. After the day, the three of them would spend most of their time together, always playing together. They usually played outside, and Sherri enjoyed it immensely. Then, tragedy would strike, in the form of Sherri's death.

The three of them had been playing ball near an abandoned old building on that day. Somehow, the ball ended up bouncing in to the old building, and the three of them raced in after it. Miaka said it would be faster if they split up, and Sherri agreed, pushing little Yoma towards Miaka before running off. After turning a corner, she saw the ball, along with what looked like a large, black dog. The dog pushed it farther in to the building, Sherri chasing after it. After a couple of minutes, the dog stopped, turned around, a sly grin spreading across its face. It seemed to burst in to black flames, spreading to the very pillars around her, crushing her to death instantly. Within minutes, a black robed man came up to her, placing his sword on her head and sending her to the soul society.

She woke up on the streets of rukongai, her memories hazy, blurred to some degree. All she had with her was some ragged clothing, and strangely, a sword. From this point on she learned of the harsh reality that is the rukongai streets, and that her best chance to survive was to fight. This came easily for her though, she had this huge lust for battle, the feeling of the adrenaline rushing through her, the excitement of facing death, they intoxicated her. For years she fought barbarically on the streets of rukongai, becoming stronger and stronger. Eventually she heard of a place that would allow her to fight for them, give her food and drink, supply her with her needs if only she would battle. Though she was older then most who applied, she decided to apply to the shinigami academy, and she was accepted.

She graduated from the the shinigami academy extremely quickly, a year earlier then average. This was due to her skills having been honed on the streets of rukongai, when she entered the shinigami academy she was older then most, and she already knew almost everything they had to teach her. Most of her time there was spent training her to at least have some fundamental knowledge of Kidō, something she never used after she left.

She never obtained a seated position within the squad she was assigned to. This was due to her deliberate attempts to hide her powers, along with her being a big troublemaker. Though she had easily obtained shikia, she never used it, refusing to because she might be forced to take up a seated position. This sat well with her captain, as she was quite the prankster, and her captain didn't want to make her any sort of role model for the rest of his squad. Especially since one of her favorite pranks was going to the world of the living without authorization, and she did it very often.

One day when she had snuck in to the world of the living, she was attacked by a strange hollow. It was not like any other she had seen or heard of. This one was comparatively small, maybe 2 feet tall at best. It was shaped like a giant bee, and was much faster and more agile then anything she had fought before. Though she was trying her hardest, she could not hit it, no matter what she did.Then, without warning, a stinger flew off the hollow, embedding itself deeply in her stomach. She doubled over as the stinger's poison poured in to her memories disappeared almost instantly. Within minutes she fell unconscious as the poison progressed further.

When she awoke, her body had regressed to that of a twelve year old. She had no memories, yet she still knew how to use her zanpaktou due to her instincts. The biggest change was that she now had a full grown inner hollow within her.She wandered around, stuck in the living world as she had no memories of any other place. Her inner hollow would often come out, he had found he could easily torment her with words and then take over for a good while. Though she hated when he did this, it was during one of these rampages that she met the person who changed her life. Her inner hollow had taken over, and was rampaging one day when she came upon a man. Her inner hollow attempted to attack the man, snarling with rage. The man stepped aside, avoiding the attack, and simply put his hand on her head, whispering a word of caring to her. The mask that was forming crumbled to pieces, and tears rolled down her eyes.

From that day forward, the man treated her as his own daughter, caring for her and making sure she was alright. In turn she started to see him as her father, treating him with respect and fondness she didn't show anyone else. With his help she trained to regain the skills she had as a shinigami, and then to overcome her inner hollow. Her training to overcome her inner hollow did not work out as she had hoped. She confronted her inner hollow in her inner world, hoping to drive it in to submission. Unfortunately for her, her inner hollow proved to be faster then her, have stronger techniques, and to top it off, played with her emotions. It bullied her, trying to get her to give in to it, to let it take control.

On the brink of despair though, she changed tactics. Instead of trying to physically overcome it, she started to fight back with her words. She insulted the hollow, verbally degrading it, and eventually becoming the bully. The inner hollow, unprepared for such a tactic, eventually gave in to her without her beating it in to submission, agreeing to lend her its power. After she subdued her inner hollow, she began to become more and more emotionally unstable. The tiniest thing could push her in to a rampage or make her curl up and cry. She managed to push through because her father figure was always able to get her happy again. Fortunately, before things got any worse, they joined the Monsuta, and she seemed to get a bit better.

While at the monsuta, she became the lieutenant of the front lines, though perhaps this was because her father figure had become the front line's commanding officer. While there she pushed herself further, becoming stronger and stronger, all the while only caring that she was helping her father. She did horrible things while with them, things she would later come to regret. Time would happen to see that this regret came after only a quarter of a year, in the form of her true family.
